ldwalton75: I received a $50 gift card so i thought i would go spend it. Ummmmm.... this is an over priced store that my sister and i joked was for people with "old money". Everything is so expensive but the quality seemed really nice. I wouldn't spend my money there. I purchased some flavors vinegars.I will say, it's a very nice, clean, well organized store with wonderful customer service.

Steven Mccornack: My wife and I stopped by this morning, looking for some bowls for our Christmas dinner. This is the first time in years that our sons AND their partners all will be together! We looked around the store, and didn't really see anything we wanted. Then Maria (Marie?) approached us, and asked if we needed assistance. We described what we were looking for, and noted that we couldn't find anything. She said, "If you can give me 5 minutes, let me check our inventory in the back." We did - and WOW, she came up with EXACTLY what we were looking for! Our special Christmas dinner will be TRULY special now, thanks to thoughtfulness, effort, and care of Maria. FANTASTIC customer service!!!!!

Mitchell Moore: Michelle is extremely helpful and provides great customer service. She helped my mother with an online order that went wrong and was able to quickly troubleshoot and problem solve. I recommend buying your products in-store (than online) in minimizing any shipping worries and having a better customer service experience. Michelle also told me if the store doesn’t have the product in-stock, she can easily order it for you.

Emily Butler: I was supposed to be refunded money as a one time courtesy when I had an issue with some items/coupons when I originally purchased them, and they never actually refunded my card. Also, one of the employees today was making fun of my brother, who had went up to him earlier and asked for an item that is apparently super out dated and "like, no one has them anymore 🙄😂". He said this to another employee right in front of me. I had to wait for them to finish their smack talking conversation before either of them helped me. I don't think they realized that the man they were talking about was my brother and they literally said that right in front of me.

Brenda Snow: The going-out-of-business sale at this store is a joke, as is the norm at most liquidation sales. The store used to have nice items, but the prices were higher than the same items elsewhere. It's no surprise that the company is failing.

Nothing was wrong with the box, we bought it thinking it was brand new, not expecting that when we opened it there was NO SOCCER NET, but instead 2 screws and used sand toys.Went right back and they wouldn't exchange it because when I left, the box was sealed.. Maybe the person who did this used glue to shut the box?!The 3rd person who came to tell me they couldn't do anything started screaming and telling me to leave after I said, "I didn't steal the soccer net" she screamed that I put words in her mouth, she never said that" and I needed to leave!!!!Not helping a costumer with a weird situation like this, saying there's nothing they can do is implying I took out the net and threw in that stuff.I asked for her manager, she laughed and said he's not in. I asked for her name and she laughed. I asked the employee sitting and laughing what was the others women's name and she just laughed at me too.I did take a picture to show management who all had been "helping me" but deleted because it didn't help the situation 😬It was a TERRIBLE experience and I'm thankful for the one and ONLY Professional who helped at the end. 30 minutes later I left with a new soccer net and we opened to make sure it was in there before heading back home.The world is broke and people don't give two hoots about anyone else's time but their own. Staff goes into it annoyed and ready to fight. This will be an experience I won't forget.

S M: The manager does not follow targets rules or guidelines of price matching. I found vital proteins collagen at this target left over from the Christmas holidays. It was on sale after Christmas at the okemos target I had a picture and receipt still on my target circle app it was also still under the 15 day mark for the price match. I showed the cashier she called her manager and the manager didn’t care to come see the photo or look on my app to see so I can price match she just straight up said no if it didn’t ring up that price then it’s the price it rings up for. The cashier didn’t bother telling her that I have proof on my app and photos she didn’t care either, why wouldn’t target price match with another target if I had proof makes no sense please have better training for your employees and especially management.

Cirea Strode: Literally my favorite go to target! The inside is always super clean. The staff are so sweet my two favorites are Bruce and Eric. They are so nice and always greeted with a smile. When checking out my daughter is always offered a sticker. The drive up has been my saving grace. They always come out super fast and with place items where ever you need them. They usually have great stock on items and huge deals. They will also honor the price check on some of the items that are online.
