Gwenavre Chaffee: Well stocked, very friendly, occasionally snippety but if I had to deal with MSU students all day every day I'd be occasionally snippety too. I do, however, always feel respected and well taken care of.
Molly Bancroft: Location is super convenient and they're usually well-stocked. Minus is the CVS pricing , which is terrible, but if you have the Extra Care card you can score some good deals now and then. Plus is they have a little lottery machine for scratch offs! Pharmacy has been solid for shots and prescription pick-ups.
Kait: Don't try calling for anything unless you've got over an hour to kill while being left on hold.
Katie: Tried to get an appointment online for Covid Booster. Was told to sign in when I was at CVS. Apparently they “don’t have any appointments at a CVS near me”. It’s what I was told online. What’s the deal….I never even put a date in and CVS is 4 blocks from my house?
Mar Sakr: Abysmal customer service from the Pharmacy. I showed up in the drive-thru window 12 minutes from closing time trying to get a subscription filled for painkillers after waiting 20 hours at Sparrow to get my appendix removed. I know showing up 12 minutes from time is not ideal but I can't control when I'm discharged from the hospital following that type of operation. The lady at the drive-thru(white with short brown hair) claimed she would be unable to fill my subscription since "they were closing soon". When I mentioned that I just gone through surgery, she says "Well the prescription safe has a 15 minute timer on it and we are 12 minutes away from closing". So this pharmacist, knowing I went through an invasive surgery and was going through pain, willingly decided to reject my prescription because she wanted to leave 5 minutes earlier. This isn't the type of culture this pharmacy has cultivated in the past 4 years I've been using it, so I'm still shocked at how a pharmacist can be so inconsiderate of the pain a patient is going through, especially when they work in the medical field.

Maranda Morris: I had some trouble last night getting an emergency prescription filled (my usual pharmacy was closed already, and then when I got to CVS I found out the company doesn't take my insurance), and the young man and woman who were working the pharmacy that night were extremely helpful. They aided me in transferring the prescription over to another pharmacy that was still open and does take my insurance, and they were very polite and helpful through the whole process while I know I was a mess. Thank you!
grayson: Terrible, I have spent 100s of dollars here to please a friend by watching self checkouts, i was on FaceTime with the friend and was told no recording? Lol i wasn't even videotaping, he had such and attitude and followed me around shopping, lost my business
Carol Green: I've been coming to this pharmacy for years now. Up until this point, I had minimal issues. They ran out of my medication over a week ago now, and every time I call to check (since the app is inaccurate), when I finally get through to someone they are incredibly rude. While trying to explain the situation, I was responded to with "Well if you would let me talk", even though I was trying to provide relevant information. Whoever is answering the phones is very snippy and rude, when I am simply trying to make sure I get a medication I had to go cold turkey of for a whole week due to CVS's mismanagement. This has been a truly awful experience for me, and I may have to consider changing pharmacies.Edit: Apparently there was a manufacturing error, so not so much blame should be put on the pharmacy. However, I do think the communication on their end could have been handled much better, as being aware of the manufacturing error right away would have given me more time to find another pharmacy and resolve my issue.
William Dowell: You get rid of parking lots and make a parking structure that requires customers to pay just to park. I refuse to buy into this scam. Appalling...

Ryan Triolet: Terrible experience here this weekend. I purchased an umbrella at self checkout and left the store. The shift manager chased me out of the store and accused me of stealing the umbrella. She made me follow her back into the store until other customers told her she was wrong. She never even bothered to ask for a receipt. Absolutely humiliating experience. I recommend any young people in EL to avoid this place unless you want to be embarrassed and scammed into paying twice.

jon rickless: Recently moved from out of state. Pharmacist was very helpful in filling a 3 month supply of a medication I was out of. This gave me ample time to get set up at new docs office and get prescriptions set up. Been as helpful as possible since then.
RoseLynn Robbins: Couldnt understand what the person said. Asked to speak to someone else and he asked if I had a problem and if I was not listening. Have a prescription electronically turned in by my Doctor and my Dr has the electronic receipt that they received on December 6th at 8:18pm. Yet they still don't have what I need... Changing pharmacies after this experience. Worked great for me for years but I will not tolerate disrespect.

D S: They say they deliver prescriptions. Went in to pick up a prescription and their systems were down so they couldn't give it to me. Called twice for delivery, due to covid and they can't/won't deliver it. Taking all my medications elsewhere. They DO NOT put customers first.
Dawn Stinson: This is the most disorganized location with the rudest staff I have ever been to. I have never had a problem with any cvs pharmacy, until I came to this one. Nothing is ever ready or billed right and nobody cares. Lilla L today was extremely off-putting and was not only rude to me, but I observed her treating others that way. A little bit of empathy and understanding that people picking up prescriptions are probably not feeling well and if enough if they arent, you should be professional and kind to customers
Chris H: Extremely poor service, always a wait even for things you've been alerted to being ready to pickup. Only go if you have 15-20 minutes to stand around as in addition to the guranteed wait they don't even have chairs to sit in for however long it takes them to complete.
Susan M.: We were traveling and I was close to running out of my Rx. I called ahead to this CVS to see if they could help me. The Pharmacist answered the phone, got all the info he needed and said to give him an hour or more and he'd have it ready. We arrived several hours later. There were only two people working, the Pharmacist and a tech. The two of them handled the customers, insurance problems, the phone and got Rx's ready. When things got backed up, the Pharmacist stopped and waited on customers. They were both professional, efficient and gave excellent customer service. Very Impressed.

Great place to do for vaccinations. I’m always amazed at how good they are at making it pain free. Half the time I never feel it at all.

Megan: I have never had more trouble with a pharmacy than at this one. One of the female employees doesn’t have an “indoor voice” and shares personal, confidential conversations with anyone in a 5 aisle radius. She also told me three times that my prescriptions weren’t covered by my insurance. When I asked her to check again she realized she was using a different patients thing. She then told me that one of the prescriptions “probably wasn’t covered”. When I asked if she could check she said she didn’t have time but it probably wouldn’t be covered anyways. The other lady is extremely rude to select customers but very friendly to others. The biggest issue is that they cannot seem to read the doctors’ instructions and have caused me to miss several days of medications on several occasions. I also have several 90 count bottles of a different prescription that were auto filled monthly instead of every three months. Finally switched pharmacies. This place should be looked into.

Jasmine Haviland: So Denise that works there …. AMAZING OUTSTANDING. , after clueless managers and 4 trips later and 20 calls back and forth , Denise got my canvas it took me 2 weeks to get , manager lied saying machine was down but really she didn’t know how to do them , secondly Denise stayed after her shift to make sure I had them that same day !!! She was very amazing that’s what good customer service is and looks like !!! She deserves a pay raise for sure , the mangers there are just as clueless as the other works there that mope around . But Denise on the other hand was willing to do whatever it took to get me my pictures !!!

Jacob Berry: I was told my prescriptions would be ready asap by the urgent care, and was met with a ton of disrespect and rude language, after had waited in the line for 40 minutes, i was told my prescriptions wouldn’t be ready today and they wouldn’t be able to tell me when they’d be ready, complete bad staff and won’t be getting anything sent over to this cvs, terrible staff service.
Lisa: They said they don't take our insurance & they'd send over the scripts to Rite Aid. Later go to pick up scripts at Rite Aid & CVS had forgotten to send them over. Came back again later & CVS had only sent one out of two of my scripts to Rite Aid.

They never called the other pharmacy to get the transfer they never reach out to me to inform me that they couldn’t fulfill their job.
Kelly Wilson: Was here to pick up medication recently that I was told would be ready the evening after I dropped the script off only for it not to be ready and be get nothing but a ton of excuses as to why it wasn't. This pharmacy also had some new and very in poorly trained and inadequate staff working that had not a clue as to what they were doing one of which was a new pharmacist who ended up having to refund me for the script after he filled it after I waited well over an hour because he didn't pay enough attention and read it and fill it right the first time. Also seen a lady there tell them to transfer her stuff to another pharmacy because of such inadequacy as well.the two regular pharmacist they have usually always had there have been great,but they were not around and it shows they suffer when staff is new and they are short.

Drew Z: Just watched one manager named Patricia scream at the cashier in front of a bunch of customers and made her cry. Managers somehow lets one cashier work up front alone even when the place is swamped, frequently have to wait because manager or another employee is probably hiding in the back of the store letting one employee try to check out 10+ people in a timely manner. Won’t be coming back here anytime soon

David Vigansky: One of my 2 favorite pharmacies! The pharmacists and technicians are very friendly, professional and excel at their jobs. I'm on many meds, and they always help with issues when I call, and they even call me to let me know if problems. It can get busy, but they're always concerned about helping customers as soon as possible.
Joel: What an absolute SHAME! Today while in this location, the store was ridiculously hot. Granted the temp outside today was 100°, however this is only June. Every employee in that place had a red face. There are several room style AC units (rented from Hertz) in the isles; which cannot keep up.This is incredibly UNSAFE, not only for elderly but also for the committed employees that still continue to show up every day (for whatever reason).I called customer service and spoke with Raquel regarding the concern. A store employee told me that this ac unit has been out for a YEAR?!Kudos to the employee's who are dealing with that. Shame, shame, shame on your General Manager and Corporation for failing you and our community.
Logan Douglas: So today, May 14th, the self checkout was down what I thought was another customer walked up to the machine I let them know it was out of order and she was extremely rude to me saying that she knows and with a nasty tone in her voice, I apologize for my mistake but she was still laying it on think, other than that I rarely see an employee in the store.
