Rite Aid: what do users think?
Lance Davis: Short staffed. I understand. That’s why I didn’t complain when my prescription that was supposed to be ready at 3 still was not filled at 615. So I sat in a chair directly across from the pharmacist and waited patiently. After sitting for awhile I received a phone call that my prescription was ready. I assumed I would be called to the counter as promised to pick it up if it was in fact ready. I sat another 25 minutes as countless people walked in and were waited on ahead of me. I finally approached the counter and yes.. my order had been ready the whole time. They just let me sit there and never told me. To add insult the employee wearing very dark sunglasses was extremely rude to me and told me I should have expected bad service as they were short. Staffed. I was very patient. At some point there is a very real line between short staffed and doing your best to just outright horrible customer service, a bad attitude and using short handed as an excuse. I’ll be switching pharmacies. This was absolutely unacceptable and not excusable.
AmarieB Lansing: The one on MLK and Saginaw is filthy. I've been waiting months for a medicine that's on back order.
Calvin Guile: Closing at 9:00 sign and website say 10:00, people depend on them being open when they say
Stephanie Navarro: I have been getting all of my medications here for the last 2 years. The staff is friendly. They do seem to go through a lot of staff in the pharmacy. There have been at least 5-7 different pharmacists since I've been going to this location. There in NOT a drive thru at this location.
Brenda Snow: After a horrible experience at another Rite Aid location, I had my mother's prescriptions transferred here because they had pill packs and could deliver. The pill packs were 4 different cards, making it very confusing. They are only supposed to be on one to make it less complicated for the user, in this case, an 87 year old. Some of the medications were not in the correct spots. Also, they were hard to open and my mother was unable to access her medications easily. We ended up having to take them out and put them in her pill box. The idea was to avoid this. I finally had enough and had the prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy that isn't Rite Aid. The pharmacist at this location had the nerve to call me and scold me and tell me not to come back to any Rite Aid. Don't worry, I don't plan to. Filing a complaint with the corporate office. Who knows if that will make a difference. I suspect that is why Rite Aid is in such bad shape.
Cloudmatrix: This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I had a prescription to fill on a Friday, and they were out and gave me a four day supply saying the rest would be ready on Monday. I came back and they said they had no record of me. After I pressed and insisted, they finally found it and then proceed to fill it. I waited 15 minutes and they called me up. I gave them a coupon and was greeted with "I wish you would have told me about this before" as if I even had the opportunity. They proceeded to try and figure out how to apply it and then told me it wasn't activated. At this point I just wanted to pay and leave, but they said I'd now have to wait again while the head pharmacist approved it, for whatever reason. Not sure what changed between me trying to apply a coupon and not, but I then waited another 30 minutes. They called my name but called my last name only so I didn't know it was for me and finally, frustrated, I went up and asked what was going on. I spend an hour waiting for what should have been ready when I got there. I understand that the medical worlds is hectic now days, but this isn't the only long wait I've ever had here. Its either 1 person manning the counter, window and doing Covid-19 vaccines, or its 4 people and no one can seem to make anyone's wait less than 20 minutes, even when all they need to do is pick up their already ready prescription. The rest of the store is fine, but this experience has really put me off of this location and Rite Aid in general.
Ryan Galer: Called to see if they have walk-in boosters (said so on their website), only response is that they're "all booked up". Then why are you calling it a walk-in? And why won't you tell me when one is available? Very unhelpful
Spring Seder: Always prompt courtesy service whether I so pharmacy or in store.
Sean Tate: On multiple occasions going to this location there's a drive-thru closed sign on the window I go inside and there are three or more employees in the pharmacy. It does not take more people to wait on someone in the Drive-Thru than at the counter. Yesterday I had to call four times to get through to someone, on one call I was redirected to the main menu to select an option four times. Twice in 2 months I was told a prescription was never called in by my doctor's office, later confirmed that it had been.
Michael Carter: Got my two covid vac shots there.Arm still sore after 3 months never ever am I shopping at a rite aid again. They hurt me!
Nick: Place lies about what they are capable of filling just to avoid working with goodrx. They stated it was against Michigan law to fill a prescription from an out of state doctor, which is false. Shame on you.
Jon D: Pick anywhere else
Russell: We all know Rite Aid.A quick in and out for me just getting some kleenex
Anella Brandon: The staff is over worked and underpaid. They need more workers and higher wages.
Jamie Dtrtruelove: Don't go here for Western Union cashier ripped me off 20.00 and a second cashier tried to take my 40 for western union they are a ripoff and I'm going to try to get them investigated through Western Union
Angela Brady: I would just like to say The People Here and Pharmacist are Wonderful, They truly do care about Thier Patient's. I've been coming here for over a year now. Love you All, Thank you so much for caring , and your hard work and Long hours!!! Thank you.
Zay Vadre: No beer.
E villarreal: Cashier had attitude because I didn't have enough money for items ! Rude cashiersays didn't you check the prices ?I am sorry for making her work !If you do not like your job go home ?I guess this location won't get my businessanymore !
Elizabel Marrero Perez: Pharmacy Drive thru was closed & there was a sign written saying “short staffed, drive thru closed come inside”. When entering I saw 3 workers, 2 whom were doing nothing just sitting & 1 was actually working. Worker proceeded to have an attitude with me when I questioned why the drive thru was closed when they had enough workers to keep it open. Staff is lazy.
Gabrielle Bezinque: Don't bother going here with a script for a controlled substance. The foreign male pharmacist doesn't care enough to look up the doctor's DEA license if it's not in their system and will turn you away without your medicine after you wait 25 minutes. He said my doctors license wasn't valid but Walgreens filled it in 5 minutes, no issues. He could have looked it up on a website easily but apparently doesn't care enough to do it. They are across the street from the hospital and the pharmacist actually accused the hospital doctors of prescribing controlled substances without a license and said the doctor's were doing so illegally. In reality, he is just lazy.
Christopher Bezinque: The pharmacist is lazy, and has no sense. Two different times I took my prescription narco for my wife and tramadol for me. The pharmacist said the Dr's whom prescribed the med their DEA number was invalid. All other locations don't have any problems. He refuses to go the extra step and go online and see if the DEA number is valid. Don't take your schedule 2 drugs to this location. It's a wast of your time and the pharmacist don't give a damm

Sylvia Boyd: I love Rite aid's pharmacy department they're always nice friendly and courteous great customer service!!!

David Keyes: Gets er done
Morgan (sunshinemami): This is the best Rite Aid in town! Everyone who works here is always so friendly and it is very refreshing.
CasSandra Curtis: Not super found of it, however I didn't hate it either. Bare shelves, & snooty gm from mason store. Very clean tho & lots of parking available.
Gretchen Ewart: I absolutely love the staff and pharmacy associates at this location. They are extremely kind, helpful and friendly and they make it feel like a small town shop instead of a big chain. Love too that they are close to home.
Lisa Gonzales: I've been having problems for the last year on half. My whole family prescription are never received by them. And the doctors send them multiple times.

Rite Aid: what do users think?

Benjamin Conley: Right place to go when ur sick
Rebecca Judd: Store associates are always very friendly. Never had any issues here!

denise nelms: One of the best places to shop at or get your medicine 💉💊. Very friendly and courteous
Bourassa Julie: Well qualified pharmacists answer all your questions. They always have the supplies I need. And the cashier Sam is a cutie!
Dominic Soria: Should of gone to Walgreens across the street.

Kristine Maurer: We love this place! We trust our Pharmacist. He is down to earth, polite, extremely educated.
Joshua France: This store is terrible. Save yourself the trouble and go to Walgreen's across street. I went in for items and found what I wanted had clearance sticker on shelf. Picked up 3 went to check out and noticed one box open. I looked inside to make sure product ok and still inside. The rude Manager said to me "Don't open the boxes in the store. I told her that it was open already and I was checking to make sure product ok. She said " oh ok". When checking out did not ring up 50% off. Told cashier of sign she went and checked saying it was the wrong item and add she even checked with the same Manager who verbally accosted me. I went across to Walgreen's after stating our family will never return.
Erik Maillard: Can’t complain too much. Usually has what I need, but service could be better.
Funky Cold Medina: They never have medicine in stock that I need
Rikki Sleight: Worst service I've had at a Rite Aid... Woman cashier was rude and unknowledgeable about services, The man Jerry didn't know how to do a simple Western Union and when he asked for help the 3rd time the woman just ignored him... Won't be coming back here.... Ridiculous!
coua vang: Bad customer service. While waiting for my prescription no one came to tell me what is being process and how long its going to take, so I have been waiting for 30 mins. Very unprofessional.
Daniel Baker: Friendly staff, and great service!

Rite Aid: what do users think?
Alex Zerka: pharmacy is great, however, cashier up front was not properly trained what so ever, and i was also overcharged.
Emily Perri: Had everything I needed and not sure of the ladies name (30ish with long blonde hair), but she was incredibly friendly.. I'll be back!
Andrea Larsen: Always fast and super helpful.
Daniel Manville: My review is not of the store but of the survey. It is too long. I will not do any more surveys for you.
Jules EJ Lapprand: Came here for some passport photos, I stood by the booth waiting for someone to help. Instead of greeting me with a smile and saying, "How can I help you?" the lady at the checkout just stared at me, not sure as to what she should do. She spoke with another gentleman. He sauntered over and chatted with her, and after about three minutes he looked in my direction and asked if I had been helped. I wanted to say, "No, but I just like standing here for fun." He took the pictures then proceeded to serve two or three customers instead of completing my request. There was just a lack of, what can I say? It was excessively nonchalant. In customer service you ought to be warm and hurry to make people feel welcome. I understand everybody's understaffed right now because of this artificially induced labour shortage, but that's not an excuse to slack off at your job just because you're still working. Feels like customer service took a nose dive since this damn pandemic "new normal" decided to change the standards for everything.
Anissa Najar: Staff is always helpful.
Ellen Lucas: Scheduled my COVID vaccine using the RiteAid tool. Clean, well merchandised and excellent staff. Thank you!
Benni Jones: Both my husband and I use this pharmacy. We're old, so we get a lot of meds. Staff knows us by name, always friendly, always wearing masks. Very professional. A great place for flu shots. Senior-only hours.
Leah W: Prescriptions always done in timely manner and with a smile. Only complaint is that a pharmacy worker appears to be wearing an inadequate face covering. Chose not to go here for flu shots because of that.
Sandra Seaton: I have had excellent service at Rite Aid!
Gigi Turner: The pharmacy staff calls you by name, always greets you with a smile (especially Holly!), and will help you with any requests for products, ideas for minor medical problems, even where toilet paper is. They are great.
Krystalstation HelloKitty Gallant Jorgensen: I love Rite Aid Getting my Food and stuff and Meds.
Melissa Burns: Awesome pharmacy staff - very helpful and accommodating.
Jeanine Jardine: Expensive
Philip Wang: Staff was really nice.
Jamie Kracko: The pharmacists are always helpful.
Brett Walter: I got kicked out for bringing my dog in the store. The manager never had a problem with me bringing my dog in before. I explained to them I wasn't going to leave my dog in the car on a 102°F day. They asked me to leave.
Denise Wright: I think John and his old staff are wonderful! Some of the nwer people are not so professional. Instead of being helpful, it's almost like they want to cause trouble for you. I've gotton several calls about my medication. called in for me from the Doctors office telling me unprofessionaly I was not going to get it when I never asked for it. They call it in when they call it in and the older staff knows when to fill it then i go pick it up. I n ever asked for it early. Whats up with that? It's like they don't look at the facts first and react to what they think is goibg on and really they have NO CLUE! BUT J O HN, LUKE, JOE , HELLEN, HOLLY AND KELLY ARE ALL SUPER! THE REST NEEDS A NEW CAREER..
john somers: Love this place! Jesus runs a great place. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Jeremy Hidalgo: Pharmacy hours show 9am open time but after waiting 10 minutes no one has shown up.
Spencer Anchorage: This is for Rite-Aid. The staff was very unprofessional and not helpful. I did not feel welcome at all.

Maya Wright: Kevan Desai the pharmacist and the entire staff are very helpful and good customer service..

Kenyah Cooks: Phil the pharmacist and his crew was very nice!
Eleri Thomas: Great location! Very nice and helpful pharmacists! I always get my medications and shots here, and they are the BEST!!! Thank you!
Spencer Meyle: Came in for vitamins and eye drops. When I went to put my items on the counter I noticed The guy that was working behind the counter was blocking the exit door in case I tried to steal. Don't judge a book by its cover. ..... Never going back to Rite Aid
AmarieB Lansing: It's okay, fast professional service. South Cedar location. Good at having your prescriptions ready fast.
Brenda Snow: Pharmacist was rude and next to impossible to understand. He was angry that I couldn't understand him and would not let me speak to someone I could understand clearly. Even another location mentioned that they heard a lot of complaints about this guy. It's dangerous to not be able to understand the person who is handling the medications for you or a loved one. It also makes it more difficult for stressed caregivers. The parking lot is one big pothole. No wonder the chain is going under.I have contacted corporate and have yet to receive a response. This shows that the Rite Aid company cares nothing about the safety of its customers. The one located in Portland, MI is excellent. Perhaps the person running that store should educate/re-educate the people running the Lansing, MI stores.
donna adkins: Rude staff pharmacy always. Don't go here.
KJ H: Friendly staff. But they are Rite Aid and I think they are expensive
Debb Taylor: I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone. The store was clean and everyone who worked there was very helpful. I had a card for goodrx but Pharmacist got me a better price.
Jonny Blaze: Best place to be from 2p to 10p
Travis Conti-Michigan Realtor: Rite Aid pharmacists are professional, polite, and knowledgeable!! The whole staff is amazing!!
Sara Afzal: I love sweet staff and keval, and philip. All people are so sweet and helpful and get my medication fastest. I never need to wait to get any thing.
P. Defoe: I was told over the phone that they had The specific item I was looking for in stock and drove over 45 minutes each way just to figure out that they did not actually have it in stock and the information that I was given on the phone was indeed a lie
Joey Black: I loved rite aid because they have what I want and need everytime I go to this rite aid
Mateo Virta: I went to get my sick dad's medicine. To drive to the store to realize they close at 5 in the pharmacy but yet didn't tell customers. They crossed 6 o'clock out and put a 5. Hopefully today they are open until 5 site says 6.
Kyle Walker: It’s always well stocked, clean, tidy, and the staff is usually quite friendly. I was complemented for my crocs once but couldn’t tell if it was sarcasm or genuine. The prices seem higher than average. Even though the cashier told me otherwise, there is a Redbox outside. There’s nothing really bad about this pharmacy but nothing really noteworthy either. It’s a convenient stop for me so I’ll keep coming here.
Cellmate: The staff here seem to love taking part in gang stalking. I witnessed them take part in gang stalking a man who was clearly scared, but they just had to make it even worse for him by telling more people to watch and even take pictures of him and his car. I thought pharmacies were supposed to help people.
Holly O'Brien: Love the Pharmacy Techs. Best ever.

Rite Aid: what do users think?
Carrie Schaeffer: Excellent customer service and professionalism for store & pharmacy. Highly recommend a shopping experience at Rite Aid.
Deb Conine: The East Lansing Rite Aid Pharmacy staff are awesome and very personable.
Brian @ Nomad Anglers: Had been in multiple store recently with a broken leg on crutches. This was one of the only stores that associates asked if they could be helpful with me getting items for the holidays. Multiple employees asked if I needed assistance and one helped carry things out to the car. I appreciate people like this and wish the world had more like them in it.
Amillio Patino: Very helpful and caring associates.
Sean Felani: Very friendly staff
Heidi Dalton: Nobody likes to be sick. Nobody likes to need a prescription. Having been in both places recently, I visited this pharmacy to pick up the prescription. Right from the moment that I walked into this bright, clean, immaculate pharmacy, I was greeted warmly, offered assistance in a caring way and felt appreciated. Everyone I encountered was kind, and professional. I left after quickly receiving my prescription feeling appreciated and cared for. Hmmmm, who knew!?
nancy mabbitt: Rite Aid is my favorite store to get my prescriptions. The Pharmacists are the best. The employees are helpful when I need to find an item. A great store to go too.
carly kocsis: Called the pharmacy and dealt with Melissa who was very short, repeatedly talked over me when I had questions. Furthermore, kept changing her answers when I asked questions as if she didn’t truly know the answer, when she should have just asked someone else. Very disappointed, go to literally any other pharmacy
M dhassenzahl: Krystal should not be entrusted to manage a lemonade stand. I'm sure her incompetence is not her fault, but it is the fault of the Rite Aid for the error in allowing a lying ineffectual to represent them- 09.04.2021email provided by 'owner' no longer exists. (see photo) 09.05..2021
Lynn Pohlman: Pharmacy is awesome. Much nicer than the Haslett store and always has what you need.
Kimmie Zultak: The manager who is a woman I was extremely rude, not a people person, and bad at doing business. I would hurry up and fire her immediately. You do not want someone like this running your store.
Randy Jobin: Pharmacy is awful! They do not know how to set up medication auto refills to pick up on the same date each month. After several requests to fix the situation they were not able to correct it...it was wrong EVERY SINGLE MONTH. Had to switch to another pharmacy. I gave them one star because 0 was not an option in this review.
Jeff Shelton: Gestapo!! Drug dealer feels it is ok scan license and know to control you. Just to buy a beer. Lost me as a customer. Never again. East Lansing /Haslett
Kelly Sturgeon: Lots of deals!
Spencer Anchorage: Very friendly staff.
