At first glance, it can seem a little pricy, but every item is very high quality and there is such a wide range of items to fit any budget, as well as great sales. The staff and especially the owner are so very helpful and offer a wealth of information and support (eg babywearing, cloth diapering, etc!) The store also hosts various playgroups and classes (some for free!) and buy/sell events that foster a real sense of community for new parents. This is such a fantastic store, but is so much more than just a store; you won't be disappointed!

She needs to take on a new job and not in customer service! She would not let me return my items because I used a gift card, are you kidding me! S M: The manager does not follow targets rules or guidelines of price matching. I found vital proteins collagen at this target left over from the Christmas holidays. It was on sale after Christmas at the okemos target I had a picture and receipt still on my target circle app it was also still under the 15 day mark for the price match. I showed the cashier she called her manager and the manager didn’t care to come see the photo or look on my app to see so I can price match she just straight up said no if it didn’t ring up that price then it’s the price it rings up for. The cashier didn’t bother telling her that I have proof on my app and photos she didn’t care either, why wouldn’t target price match with another target if I had proof makes no sense please have better training for your employees and especially management.

Snotty comments but apologized for being short staffed makes no difference to me. I never shop there but maybe once a year and now I remember why The Staff.

Cirea Strode: Literally my favorite go to target! The inside is always super clean. The staff are so sweet my two favorites are Bruce and Eric. They are so nice and always greeted with a smile. When checking out my daughter is always offered a sticker. The drive up has been my saving grace. They always come out super fast and with place items where ever you need them. They usually have great stock on items and huge deals. They will also honor the price check on some of the items that are online.

Charlie Beals: Long-time resident of Lansing. I've been to many a QD, and this is consistently the one with the best customer service. Especially right as COVID started, we noticed the staff became incredibly friendly and kind. Great people working here. The donuts are straight up legendary.

Ryan Jenkins: The dryers are trash and the washers take skill to even get to start. Put my clothes in for 90 minutes and came back in 70 to start folding them. They were wet and the machine wasnt running when I got there. Such a waste of time and money and now I have a hamper full of wet clothes and work in 4 hours. AVOID THIS TRAP

KnightInd: Clean, spacious. A lot cheaper then most and it's 24 hours and has plenty of wheeled baskets. Super is 4.50, 35lb is 3.25, the 6 load is 6, med machines are 2. The super ran for 27 minutes and was done. For 1.25 in the dryers you get 40 minutes. Awesome prices. Unisex restroom, snacks. Best part is its connected to a 24 hr gas station with fast food across the street.

They act like customers and customers must give them the smiles and for that store the customer is always wrong and clerk is always right. If you even so much as not smile say," have a good day", mention how something could be better,you will be screamed at and kicked out.while yelling the QD customer account number at you. If you don't smile the male shift manager will tease and be little you. Ask to look at Id again after u put it away. Chuckle at you every time first time isn't enough.But not do that to young men buying booze but get on the medical worker in her 30s for cigs for her husband.. when he's with me who btw he's older than me they will say must see his that's OK but God forbid you explain how it's a silly rule and understand, say anything but thank you and you will be attacked. The workers are nice, shift managers harsh, if the bottle machine is jammed and everyone but one clerk with a long line is helping line. Shift manager will come out of back room and scold customer. Even though you didn't say anything to mgr. I will never go there again unless I was given a public apology, & a free tank of gas.I left in tears and shaking from the trauma. I used to go there weekly and get gas donuts for the kids in early morning on my way to work.$600 a month I spent there. Never again.
