I don't like writing bad reviews, but I think the manager or owner should know that bad customer service loses business. Our first and last time ordering here. We definitely won't be back.

Adam Potter: Poor service, when they didn't have what I wanted (Big cup of Pretzel Bites) they didn't listen to what I'd amended my order to (Regular Soft Pretzel) and instead just gave me a smaller size of the original item that I'd decided I didnt want. Staff spent more time chatting with each other than paying attention to their customers.

Cindy Nunn: We decided to stop for a pretzel on the way out & it was NOT good service. We walked up stood there for a short minute deciding what we wanted. Then what appeared to maybe be the manager says "if you dont know what you want step off to the side so others behind you can order" We are forming a line. There were 3 people behind us that were altogether. That was very rude of the lady & we should have just walked away. We are paying customers & we'll be sure NOT to stop next time.
Zoey Adams: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First I asked the guy at the front if I could have my pretzels and then asked if I could have SWEET TEA and went along with saying we only have unsweetened. Now if it’s unsweet make it sweet that right there was the first really, then walking out to my car I take a bite and found a clump of hair cooked in my pretzel. I will never go back to this location, should be shut down permanently. Wouldn’t feed it to my own dog

I wouldn’t even give this store a single star. I worked in food service for 3 years I get that it is tough but that is no reason to be rude to customers when they have only said hello.

Travis R: So the visit was great. The staff was SUPER helpful. They were a little short on availability of items but it was two days before Christmas so I get it. My only recommendation is to find a way to make the cheese cups warm. Who wants cold cheese with your warm pretzel. Other than that it was fantastic! Make the cheese warm and you get 5 stars.

The place was incredibly clean and hair free. Amazing customer serice. I typicall despise prazels, but this place made me a fan!!!!!!!!!!!

K.R. Fioravante: I stopped in here just before closing 3/8/22. The young woman at the cash register was ignorant and rude as hell. Had the young man who served me, not been there and polite, I would have left 1 star. She tried to charge me for nuggets even though she knew I'd only gotten pretzels. Her behavior was very short and clipped for no reason. I know there worker shortage, but if owned this place I'd seriously fire her. If it had been just the young man, I'd have tipped, but I didn't want reward her nasty behavior.

Pretzels weren’t fresh and burnt. The guy spilt some out of the cup with the pretzels and thought we didn’t notice. Normally a fan of Auntie Ann’s but not this location!

Mitch Adam: Nice clean place but no types of spring water 😔
Irene Pool: Always rude when you call over the phone.Not a fan of when they get a hard to find liquor bottle like Eagle Rare they “bundle” it and make you get another bottle with it-keep in mind this “other bottle” is at full price. My guess is they are trying to push products that are not selling. I get it, it’s their business they can do what they want but very annoying.
Sonny Davis: Wow this place is awesome it's huge inside, they have a humongous hard liquor section probably every kind of whiskey or spiced rum or scotch or wine or anything you want really great beer selection great party store selection the bathrooms were nice I was very impressed with how nice this place was definitely worth stopping if you're in the area and need a snack or something.

Walter Grace: Service has improved markedly since this place first opened up. I stop here quite a bit to get snacks and drinks and used to get gas before my company changed policy with providers. Store is clean and well laid out, and the help is friendly and organized. As with any convenience store, prices are higher than a grocery store.
EL PARAISO STAR A: Nice cool selection of liquor very broad one of my favorite dunkins is located here. It's quality for sure. Just yesterday though some of the workers I wish were a bit more friendly.
