Trevor Benoit: Wonderful little spot for Cuban food in Downtown Lansing, highly recommended. I have been enjoying their food since they were a food truck in Old Town and I am happy to have them as part of the downtown community. The empanadas are fantastic. All the food is great but the shredded beef is amazing and a real stand out for me any dish with the shredded beef will not disappoint.

Terry Lorenzen: First time here didn't disappoint. Great food, Latin music playing, but not too loud, and friendly twin waitresses from Cuba using their best English. I got to practice my best Taco Bell Spanish with them. I got the traditional Cuban sandwich (pork, ham, cheese, pickles, mustard, mayo) and maduros (fried plantains/bananas) with cinnamon. All of our guests loved the paella and enjoyed watching Nick prepare it. Thank you for making our rehearsal dinner memorable and fun!

Jessie Bailey: We recently had Fire & Rice Lansing cater our monthly company lunch at TentCraft in Traverse City. This wasn't just another lunch, it was a total experience. He had his entire set up right outside our building and invited our team to come out and watch the process and learn the history of Paella. It was a quick and easy service for over 100 people and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend them for any special event!
Darlenn Ayan: HIghly recommend! Everything was perfect from the moment that Paul and his assistant Colleen came. They came right on time and after showing them the area where we wanted it setup, they got right to work and and I was able to entertain my guests without having to worry about anything. The food was delicious - the best paella I have ever had! We had some leftovers, which they packaged up for us, and it was just as delicious the next day. My husband and I said we should be hiring Fire & Rice for all of our dinner parties!!!
