She tried to charge us twice to keep the money, lied and said our order was picked up but we didn't even make it to the restaurant yet, then once we got to the restaurant she said she couldn't find our new order but then somehow had an order ready. The situation was handled poorly and rudely!
Stanley Arntson: I've always been a loyal supporter of Domino's pizza but the last few times I've ordered from them they didn't get my order right! The people who made my pizzas were unable to follow instructions like light sauce or no garlic? The older I get the less spices I am able to tolerate. Domino's is by far the best choice. All the other's are just mediocre nobody comes close to Domino's

Cirea Strode: I order from this Dominos all the time and use the drive thru. I placed an order once over the phone with the customer service representative and was on the phone for 16 minutes literally. The person taking the order was very hard to understand and did not use clear English. The person was also not aware or able to provide me with the deals for the day. After that unfortunate experience I now order strictly online to save time. When arriving to the actual restaurant the staff are super nice and my food is always ready. However the pizza I ordered appeared to be missing enough pizza sauce. It does not appear that the sauce was evenly spread throughout. So I was very disappointed.
Don't Go: Hit and miss. It's either great or bad.

Matthew M: Waited 1 and 1/2 hours for a single xl pepperoni brooklyn style pizza. I don't mind waiting a bit, but when the website says 50-60 minutes then I'd like it to show up decently close to what I'm being told. Not to mention that the pizza was was horrible, it came smushed and burnt, was cold, and to top it off I didn't even get the style of pizza I ordered. They gave me a hand tossed pizza when I ordered a brooklyn style. I've normally had great experiences but this was just horrible. Not to mention that my pizza tracker says it was the manager Richard who made my pizza which i'm sure is because of low staffing, but I expect the manager to make a decent pizza.

Kayla Fall: Whoever cooked my pizza and cleared it for consumption must have been high. It was completely uncooked in the middle, and the cheese wasn't even melted there. Was told they could only remake and deliver the pizza, no comp was offered due to a 'new system and NO CREDITS'. So if they mess something up they will not compensate you for your time or money, simply remake it and waste your time.

Lacie: I will never order from this location again, They failed to deliver all my items and basically told me to kick rocks when called and notified them. I asked to speak to a manager and his response was “well I don’t know what to tell you”. I will not tolerate my money being taken and me not receiving what Was paid for, So for future reference if your missing something I hope for your sake you don’t have to deal “Ricky, the manager that don’t know what to tell ya”.

James Wehagen: Although Domino's Pizza is a nationwide chain, it's a home state favorite. Born right here in Ypsilanti, Michigan. On my last order, I received a rather good pizza, that was, surprisingly, delivered quickly. The pizza I ordered was of my friend's choice, so I wasn't as liking of it as I would have been if I ordered it for myself. But, it was well prepared, and it arrived so quickly that I cannot complain. If you like Dominos pizza, you'll be glad that you chose this one.

Lizzee Carrier: I absolutely love ordering from here. I work up the way and am unable to leave the premises until my shift is up. I have never had any issues with this place. Michelle was super helpful and kind today when I had my first ever mix up here. She even offered to have it sent back to me the missing item. And even an extra item for the hassle. She had such a radiant vibe just from one Convo over the phone. She's by far one of the friendliest employees I've talked to there! Definitely will continue to order from this location ESPECIALLY on Michelle's shift haha xx.

A B: Online order failed multiple times.Worker answering phones at store not able to check order status .Pizza was fresh and fast. Delivery driver was polite. Wrong crust type and got yukky fake garlic butter sauce on crust which was hard to remove. Wrong cut , not square. Light sauce was correct. Front of pizza slightly damaged and box not closed well on arrival. Receipt was so crumpled it was nearly impossible to read it. Delivery driver did not follow instructions pull in driveway back door delivery, call on arrival... Simple enough.... Call received but dropped immediately twice, could be many reasons for this tho .... We met in driveway as I was expecting it and got 2 dropped calls. Domino's is usually AWESOME... everyone has rough days lol.

The Cheese Bread was either burnt or doughy, no in-between, the cheese was cheaper than Chuck E. Cheese and tasted like the lowest grade plastic available. Took one bite of my thin crust and immediately spit it back out. Worst waste of money [store credit], you could not PAY me to eat here. The abhorrent lack of love for the art of pizza making, not to mention the ludicrous price jumps from a Medium to a Large, [7$] and it's not even bigger than my forearm across. If I could rate it 0/5, I would.
NTD NTD: A few rude drivers and there is no consistency with they make there food. Wings tend to be just tossed in the box with out sauce on them and than sauce gets dumped in the box in the corner not really on the wings. Pizza are half cut most of the time. I've grown to expect this location at this point.

Ama N.: Worst service imaginable. Placed and ordered here which we had some issues with. Tried calling the store to get help with our concerns. Store clerk was rude, disruptive and argumentative. In the end they yelled at me over the phone before slamming the phone down. Nice to know that this is how Dominoes treats it’s supposedly “valued” customers. Definitely won’t be getting my business ever again.Reading some of the other reviews here and it seems like hanging up in peoples faces is repeat behavior at the store. Sad.

The cashier was polite and attentive, the back of house staff were pleasant and cordial, and even the pizza exceeded our expectations.But.While waiting, (6pm 10/10/2022) a roughly 5' 8", 30ish, bearded delivery driver stormed into the waiting area and not only complained about his last delivery, but also loudly swore for all to hear; unashamedly exclaiming his desire to quit and walk out.Major kudos to the staff working the register, you didn't have to deescalate the situation, but I greatly appreciated the fact you did.Even with all of this being said, to me it still isn't enough to write a bad review. Everyone has rough days, I understand and have compassion for this. However, I do not have any understanding nor compassion for the delivery driver after witnessing him turning tail to his coworker that stood up to him and making the universal deregatory hand motions for the mentally handicapped.I think this individual would be better suited with no guest contact.

Kitty G: i like to post reviews on google so they’re nice and public 🤣, michael made some banging pizza, as usual. raelynn delivered. i would’ve given her a 20 dollar bill tip after setting my pizzas down because i paid with card and don’t have any loose bills… but she asked for a tip with an attitude lol. so i just tipped her 2 dollars from my card instead… i can’t believe the amount of entitlement from somebody who couldn’t even smile upon delivery. i almost considered not even tipping but she needs it more than i do probably. not to mention, i broke my knee and have to use crutches to get around right now. she saw me struggling and still had a stank attitude and felt entitled to get a tip.

Androkulous Arete: I can't believe I'm actually grading on this, for a pizza place, not even a sit-down pizza place. But they seem to have a full staff of workers who are polite efficient and productive and actually seem to have good basic service etiquette! Put it this way if you eat fast food call ahead these guys will have a pie ready for you or a sub sandwich ready in 10-15 minutes. I don't know you might be able to get through a McDonald's or a Burger King or a Taco Bell slightly faster from the time you put the order in at the drive-thru to the time you get it and don't expect any good service or a full staff working at these places at least not anywhere in the Greater Lansing area I've been to! So if you want a good quality fast food order ahead go to this place they're operating just like nothing is ever changed in life, where all these other fast food places really need some help in their Staffing. Domino's seems to have overcome that problem..

Missing toppings, flat pizzas - dough not rising, burnt crusts, etc. Not sure why I keep ordering from here… especially due to how horrible customer service is. When trying to talk to who was in charge, the man half listened and walked away when we were still talking. Apparently burnt crusts are the customer’s fault due to “changing the sauces on thin crust pizzas.” too! Missing pineapple, and the fix was to throw some pineapple on it and put it back into the oven for a little bit. But only AFTER they first offered to just give us a side of pineapple. Go somewhere else to get your pizzas.Side note: New tots are horrible. Burnt cheese, hardly any sauce, all the “toppings” are huddled in the center. Definitely not what is advertised. What a disappointment.

I immediately contacted Domino's and gave them the plastic object. I repeatedly asked them to let me know what they're doing to make sure this is resolved, so it doesn't happen to someone else, with no response. Please be cautious when ordering pizza from this location.
Amanda Walters: Decent pizza great price if you carry out. Good for a quick pick up after sports. I can order it online then run over and it's pretty much ready when I get there. Takes about 10-15 minutes usually.

Till I found out the two bowls were burnt and dry. So I called to see what they could do. Remake them or credit my account. I chose to remake them then I found out because it was something they did wrong it's going to take them over an hour to remake them. Today not so great service. Not happy at all

I got a notification saying my order was ready only to be told that it just got put in the oven when I went in to pick it up so come back in 5-7 minutes. Then having to stand in line watching my pizza get cold on the shelf after I've already paid so that the cashier can field complaints from other customers. When I ask if I can have it getting told "not now sir, I'll help you in a minute" despite their claim in the app of "skip the line just come in and get your pizza without waiting" Just awful. I'll stick with Caesars or Howie's from now on if I'm on this side of town.
