Sheri A: Pizza Hut is the absolute worst! Their app and online ordering doesn’t work and when calling, it sounds like a call center with foreigners. I tried calling to order a pizza twice and each time they hung up on me.Get it together Pizza Hut. Your pre-recordered message about your quality and service is a hideous joke! So sad. I used to love Pizza Hit but it has truly gone down hill in the worst way.

Emily Butler: There's a reason why I don't door dash. They take forever. Food is always cold when it gets here. Unfortunately, this location door dashes orders themselves. I would not have ordered had I known this. Because it has been an hour, no pizza, and I just got a door dash link texted to me and they aren't even at the store to pick it up yet. And the store is a 10 minute drive from my house after that too!

Jackie Williams: Be VERY carefu!!! I ordered online for delivery. I waited for a while and it didn't come I called Pizza Hut and they said it had been put in as a pickup order which I did not. He said that was okay he would correct it and I would have a credit on my account to order another time. I had also corresponded with customer service at the main Pizza Hut corporation. About a week later I wanted to order my pizza so I called and the person that answered the phone was actually the manager who had taken my previous call and remembered me he said he would get that right out to me. I never got it or any communication from them. I contacted corporate again and was referred back to the main store. I tried to cancel the charge but at this point it's already been a couple weeks because I shouldn't have been patient. I have never been able to contact a person at the corporate office and the manager of the Pizza Hut in East Lansing has two times evidently lied to me and never followed through and I've never gotten a credit. If your pizza doesn't come in the time they said it would get their call be a squeaky wheel and call, call, call. I would have done that if I would not have been so trusting because it was Pizza Hut and not just a local pizza place

I made it clear that I've ordered there before which they knew cause my information popped up for them.Frustrating when u want to support a local business but they pick and choose who they want to deliver to. Ashley Megan: Downtown Lansing is where we ordered from. We did online ordering, and it said we would have our order in an hour. Well 1 hour goes by and the. Another, so here we are 1 hour passed delivery time. So I called… The first guy says my order is made and on the rack and is next out and they are 2 hours behind the online ordering won’t tell us that but puts me on hold to figure out what is going on with is. Here goes 15 minutes on hold… A lady picks up, says my order is next out but they don’t know what happened to it or where it’s at, then says they can remake it. So I said, so now that my family has already waited over an hour with no call stating you are 2 hours behind, we have to wait another two hours with no compensation? She said told me I can either go with the remake or I can cancel there’s nothing else that can be done. Worst customer service and should just be closed. There is always a 1-2 hour delay in delivery, pizza is always cold, they are rude and don’t care about the Custer. Again this is the downtown lansing Michigan pizza place.

Jesse Rouhman: Now two times i made an order over the phone and first time was told the lobby is closed at midnight with lobby lights off, door locked and chairs up with no indication the business is open besides the open sign being left on…no where on any of the doors or hours of service does it state that the lobby closes before 3 am…yet both times the lobby was locked and shut down let’s not mention the times I’ve drove by and assumed it was closed and didn’t place an order. Ericka is the manager who told me it closes at midnight but couldn’t explain why it doesn’t state that on any of the hours of operation…I love cottage inn and it’s a shame to think our downtown location is losing so much in sales due to this especially because tonight downtown was extremely busy and not one person was aware that they are and in fact open. So much money lost due to poor staff and employees that doesn’t want to work. Cottage inn please address this issue because the night manager ericka is running your business to the ground. I have always seen the lobby open until the hours posted online and the door until recently and as a business owner myself I would be walking out the manager ErickaNot to mention she is rude with no people skills and didn’t even want to talk about the explanationWorst experience I’ve ever had with cottage inn ( My favorite pizza place in Lansing!) and besides the last two times I’ve never had any complaintsThe young man working was polite and doing what his boss told him to doVery sad!!

Matthew M: Waited 1 and 1/2 hours for a single xl pepperoni brooklyn style pizza. I don't mind waiting a bit, but when the website says 50-60 minutes then I'd like it to show up decently close to what I'm being told. Not to mention that the pizza was was horrible, it came smushed and burnt, was cold, and to top it off I didn't even get the style of pizza I ordered. They gave me a hand tossed pizza when I ordered a brooklyn style. I've normally had great experiences but this was just horrible. Not to mention that my pizza tracker says it was the manager Richard who made my pizza which i'm sure is because of low staffing, but I expect the manager to make a decent pizza.

Kayla Fall: Whoever cooked my pizza and cleared it for consumption must have been high. It was completely uncooked in the middle, and the cheese wasn't even melted there. Was told they could only remake and deliver the pizza, no comp was offered due to a 'new system and NO CREDITS'. So if they mess something up they will not compensate you for your time or money, simply remake it and waste your time.

Charlie Tidwell: Their pizza is fine, but their business is a disappointment. I placed an order, was estimated a half hour to delivery. I called an hour later. The person who picked up the phone was extremely exasperated and short. It was clear they were short staffed, so I kept the call brief, asking if they were running behind, and asked for a general time estimate. They said an hour and a half. At the two hour mark, I called again, and this new person was still better, but still very busy. After checking the system, she found that the store never received my order. Even when I gave her my order number, she was unable to find it in their system. I went to their website to try to find corporate contact or corporate feedback, and every 'contact us' link just looped to the ordering page. Clown show amateur hour.We ordered from Cottage Inn, instead.Edit: The customer feedback page for this Marcos location does not work. The 'reply from the owner' gives instructions that do not work. The feedback form on their website just loops to the local restaurant's order form, which I said in my original review. Like, I said that was a problem, and you all just repeated instructions that I already said didn't work. How does that change my opinion that Marco's doesn't have its act together?

zywot Snyder: First time last Saturday and can't believe what their menu offers. Tons of all kinds of pizza and other stuff. The crab rangoon pizza was yummy in my tummy. The cannoli's was delish. Michael Halbert: I haven’t been here in over a year. I used to go here weekly to get a couple slices and a drink. When I walked in and noticed all the amazing changes that were made. I ended up talking to the new owner who is very nice, very knowledgeable, and very passionate about food. When we got home I took a bite of pizza and was blown away at how amazing it tasted. The dough is so good!! It’s a true New York style pizza. The sauce….forget about it . You can truly taste the love that’s put into everything to make such an amazing pizza. It was so good, we ate the leftovers for breakfast, then came back for lunch.We’re excited to try all the new menu items and scratch made sauces!!!

Ordered 2 identical subs the bread for 1 was considerably smaller than the other, that's fine except they compensated by putting less meat to match one sub was literally half the size based on the fillings. The order had an estimated delivery time of 20-30 mins took and hour and a half and the food was in the car for the majority of this time due to the fact that the breadsticks were cold and hard. Again not a big fan of negative reviews but this place is far worse than any generic chain or local place I've had. I will certainly never order here again.

As I mentioned I placed an order, for pick up at the store as I entered the establishments the workers were very busy even tho they were busy they acknowledged me instantly so kindness and attentiveness to their customers i see is pinnacle, my 3 pizzas were ready to go in the time given to me to pick up which is also awesome cause I have no patience 😂😂, as I reach home after attending to a family emergency I noticed my pizza needed attention to the miss understanding of the order so I called which I really don’t care to complain because as I mentioned we are all only human but with out delay upon explanation to my concern the worker on the phone said well please come with in 10 an we will have you a hot pizza made correctly…. As I mentioned I don’t like to complain so for the lady worker that made my complaint feel valid valued and understood she and the crew that work this establishment made us very happy customers…. David: Yuck! We used the Domino's app to order a pizza and pasta from this place for the $6.99/each deal. We figured it would take a second to cook so we ran over to grab coffee then came back.We were rung up by a rather disgruntled-acting tattooed tall lady who clearly had the kind of attitude that says "you are a nuisance and I wish you weren't here", even though I left a tip for a carry out order. When I asked for silverware and plates she acted like it was a huge inconvenience and a ridiculous request for me to make. Upon checking the food it was totally dry and unappetizing, the pizza was shrivelled and tiny looking, and the pasta was like half of a portion (didn't even come close to filling the container) and extremely pathetic. Luckily we hadn't touched anything yet and I was able to get a refund - which is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. However, when I asked for the refund the rude lady tried to tell me "it looks like that because the order was placed an hour ago" - but the receipt was timestamped and it was almost 30 minutes exactly since I had ordered. What a nutcase.In summary, avoid. This place sells bad food and the staff are rude and unfriendly. I don't expect to be treated like a celebrity by pizza shop workers but I also will not put up with cashiers who act like I'm an inconvenience unless the food justified the negative experience - which this place didn't even come CLOSE to doing. Terrible.

Jack Hanley: This might be a longer review, but it's worth reading - I promise.I'm a freshman year student at MSU, and because I live on the east side of campus I've always had Domino's Pizza on Grand River Avenue as my go-to pizza delivery place. I ordered two pizzas one night, and after the app had said that my order was being prepared for an hour straight, I called the store to check on the status. They were quick to apologize for the inconvenience, and informed me that they were not only short-staffed, but also the computer system for their online orders stopped working, and their delivery driver's car broke down. I told them their apology was not needed, and they would be getting my business again soon. They refunded my order and gave me a $20 in-store credit coupon for my next order, and they said that next time I could use that as cash upon delivery. Everything was so quick and easy. I was able to order the same thing a few nights later when I was hungry with a friend, and when they realized it was me who was ordering, they threw in an extra pizza, free of charge.The folks at the Domino's on Grand River Avenue deserve the world. They are hard workers, problem solvers, and always keep in mind what is in the best interest of their customers. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

I called the store, wondering if I might be able to rectify the situation somehow, and the guy on the phone was incredibly friendly and nice about it. He had another pizza made, along with some cinnamon twists, and sent it out on a delivery to me for free! I definitely did not expect that but was incredibly grateful for the generosity! Wonderful service either way, even if they hadn’t done that. 10/10
