Alicia Randolph: Stopped at this location while passing through early in the morning. Russell was great, but seemed like he was there alone during prime coffee time. As someone who has worked at a coffee shop, early mornings are the worst and can be super stressful- I can’t imagine doing it by myself. Rating 1 star for poor management, but 5 stars for Russell somehow doing it alone and for the fresh breakfast.

Mick S: I’ve been going here everyday for over a year. My iced coffee started at $3.38, then went up to $3.59, and today it is $3.81. Most of the time my drink isn’t made correctly and now I’m paying more for it?! I’ll start going to the Okemos location and pay $3.38 and my coffee will be made properly.

The iced coffee with sweet cold foam came out with chocolate foam because they ran out (and didn't ask if it was ok to substitute until they were handing it out the window). Thurman Payton: The staff is inept. Even during a fairly slow time, I order ahead 10 minutes and they are surprised and start my order when I come to the drive thru. The okemos store is unusually efficient compared to this one

Phil Damico: I don't know why but it never fails when u go to the Dunkin donuts by frandor that your order is ALWAYS wrong.This time I asked for the pancake sandwich with no cheese. Even said so on the receipt. Half way home we saw cheese on it and went back. Told the cashier and I was.pokiye about it. She walked to the end and said,"this guy came all the way back cause there's cheese on this."..............I still remained calm and walked to the end of the other two workers and just politely said I didn't wanna take any more pain meds for ingesting dairy products. Those two were ok about it.I don't ever go here, was with someone actually. Also I never see the same employees here clearly a huge turnover. Always younger kids too.Quality is poor at best and orders are always wrong. Not worth it.

Tristan Boyce: For starters, whichever girl has purple hair in her braids, should take a refresher course on customer service. I come here often and I know for a fact that you carry hot sauce, due to my visit not even two days ago i received hot sauce. She suggested I come into the store, go behind the counter and look myself. As if I’m a liar? Pitiful. Don’t ever disrespect a customer like that. Whoever the shorter, skinny brunette guy is that works there exceeds expectations and deserves a raise, the purple haired girl on the other hand should figure out how to communicate to customers.

Dylan Yarrington: We ordered 12 donuts. We got there and they couldn't fulfill the order. No call to let us know. They couldn't fulfill it the next morning either like promised.

Taylor Zipparro: I used to ALWAYS stop at this Dunkin before work. I tried to go today at 6:25am & sat there for 5 minutes before someone says "We're not open for another 30 minutes." Okay, then maybe update your website if you changed your hours; or maybe put a sign up. I don't know? There was a line of 4 cars total, clearly everyone else thought they were open as well. And the fact I sat there and waiter because the pre-recorded voice recording asked if I would use my rewards.

Raymond Diaz: Do not eat the doughnuts if they aren’t fresh in the morning. They will continue to serve doughnuts even when flies and gnats will fly all on them. I use to work at this dunkin doughnuts and I had seen there was MOLD in the ice machine. I quit immediately.

Erik Daniels: Can you say slow!! I order ahead on the app then wait ten plus minutes to find out they didn't make my drink. They say come to the counter to let us know you had a mobile order. Isn't the point of a mobile order is for you to run in pick it up and get out. You can stand near counter for ten minutes and no one will greet you.

Jamie Cook: Coffee and treats are amazing but there is one employee that I believe name was Alli, she was very rude when one of the other employees accidentally gave me the wrong cup. I do not appreciate the commentary and would not recommend people going through the drive thru for that reason.
