It amazes me as If an employee searches my data base, I have spent something like $20,000 in the last 10 years…. I am in Sales myself and this goes completely against my philosophy of taking care of the client ….signed, still waiting ….

Elissa Stohne: Everything is so close together in this store that I couldn’t even fit my small wheelchair. My husband had to move things out of the way literally all over the entire store for me to get through. I tried to address it with a manager and she passively said they’d look into their spacing, but honestly that didn’t sound too promising. She just seemed annoyed that I even brought it up. No “I’m sorry about that” or anything. So not okay. So disappointing for a store to not be accessible in 2021 and for the manager and other workers to not even really care. Very ableist of them. They can get through so that’s all they care about. They clearly don’t care about people with disabilities. Again, very disappointing.

There's a pottery Barn store in town but the won't pick it up, I don't have a car, and I don't have the original box. They're not very helpful with returns. Lisa Mollenkamp: I like Pottery Barn products but have had so many issues with their online ordering that I will never order from them again. In the last month, I asked for help from customer service to get some bridal registry pillow cases monogrammed, she told me she would put my order through, add the monogrammed ones and then cancel the non-monogrammed pillowcases because they had to be on the order first to get the item marked as completed on the registry. What??? But ok...she seemed to know what she was saying. Yep...I got and paid for, double pillowcases, monogrammed and plain. I let that one go. Now I am waiting over a week for pillow shams that were suppose to be here in 3 days. Tonight I ordered a gift for a shower in 6 days that said it would be here in up to 5 days. After I placed the order, I got a notice that it could be 7 days. I called customer service right away (no more than 10 minutes) and she said it was too late to cancel. So now I have nothing to take to a bridal shower. For such a high-end store...they don’t treat their customers very well. Not worth the hassle!!

Jodi Hancock: Service in the store was ok and prices were high, but I was willing to pay for quality. I went with a power recliner and picked it up almost 3 months ago. I have had them out four times already for repairs. The customer service rep told me the chair was being over- used and is only designed to be used 2 to 3 hours a day. Really? You spend over a thousand dollars on a "top of the line" piece of furniture that has a recommended daily usage? I also told the sales reps that I was having rotator cup surgery and I need the chair before that to sleep in. The service rep also said they are not designed to be slept in. If that's the case, why was that never mentioned by the sales team? This is my third lazyboy purchase in 20+ years and likely my last. My new chair will probably only make it to the end of the warranty year. Not worth the price!UPDATE- Jan 31m 2019- QVC has a Today's Special Value Lazy Boy chair and the company rep and host keep talking about how you can "sleep in this chair, live in this chair and use it to recover from many different surgeries". Interesting when the company reps all told me the opposite- that it's not medical grade, should only be used for 2 to 3 hours a day, etc. They will say anything to make a sale but they do not back it up with quality.UPDATE- it took 12 months and 12 repairs for a corporate tech to come see the chair and declare it a lemon! Something with the cold molding that was done incorrectly. Then I had to return the chair and wait months to get my money back. This was my 4th lazyboy boy purchase, the most expensive and MY LAST LAZYBOY. The service was horrendous everytime I called with another broken chair issue. Literally had pieces falling out of the chair multiple times.Chair continues to have problems. I have found screws coming out of the bottom twice (three screws) and have had repairs done 7 times already in 9 months. This was the first and last time I buy a La-Z-Boy power chair. It has been nothing but a waste of money and time.FINAL UPDATE: After a year of problems and a constantly broken chair, they sent someone from the manufacturing team. He agreed with me that this chair was a lemon 🍋. Said it was an issue with the cold molding.The kicker, they made me return it to the store, and I had to wait a couple of months to get a refund. I had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS with the Lazyboy Corporation. I'm done with them. Buyer beware.

P a Williams: Bad experience with Lazyboy on w. Saginaw in Lansing MI. A huge flyer hung in the store offering interest free for 1 year along with Lazyboy paying the sales tax. When I received my first billing statement, I was charged sales tax. I called the manager and she refused to take the sales tax off. I had to file a complaint with the Attorney General. Very disappointing!

Unless you’re buying multiple pieces, expect to be reminded that they are busy working on a ‘full house reset’ and your designer will get back to you. Same for delivery, dates come and go with no proactive contact. Then, when delivery was ready, I was told they had a small home to reset in Lansing and would do their best (do prioritize the other customer, but why mention to me?). It became a joke with me and my husband.When I was unhappy with the couch and called to discuss if they would consider reselling on the floor (happy to take 50% and notified the store upon deliver), I received a form email response ensuring me I would be happy with the purchase in due time. I have since replaced the couch with a stunning piece of furniture from Ethan Allen. In fact, I’ve done a partial home reset with Ethan Allen.

We met with her 3 times, our first appt where she came to our home, and 2 additional times for finalization of our project (as the first sit down was rushed due to a personal time constraint I had). During our last appointment we placed our 50% down and finalized everything- we were so happy!Two weeks later we get an email from Kathy that she misquoted us by over $4,000!!, and their contract states that they are not responsible for any misquotes or errors while calculating the project....I would understand a few hundred dollars, but over $4k?They gave us the option to either pay the wholesale price- which was still over $2k more, or cancel our project all together and receive a refund. I felt so trapped. We had already made other commitments with contractors, getting our appliances and fixtures, and we were committed to a specific time frame with the rest of our renovations. Now we had to either come up with over $2k for something we already signed and budgeted, or find someone who could do similar work within the same amount of time and $? Frustrated was one way to put how I felt...I spoke with Beverly, the owner, and she said that she "would not take a loss on our project" and was unwilling to help in any other way than offer financing. We ended up canceling our project and actually found another company, THANK GOODNESS, that could provide what we needed within our given time frame.Cricket has great products, just MAKE SURE the pricing is accurate so you're not left feeling trapped.

Ray and Manuel did an outstanding job, they were both very polite and professional. We are extremely pleased with the whole process, much easier than working with ArtVan.
