Nicholas Frankforter: I could not be happier with Katie Blauvelt from Williams Kitchen and Bath for her design expertise and five-star customer service on our complete kitchen remodel. From start to finish, Katie took the time to know us, understand our vision, provide the design and revisions, and to work together with our contractor every step of the way. Katie provided a wonderfully symmetrical design making functional use of every inch of space, integrated our ideas and suggested additional touches. She patiently facilitated the many decisions needed to get the project finalized and ordered, and kept the ball rolling by checking in, lending an ear, a design opinion, or simply waiting for us to feel ready to take the next step. Katie communicated with our contractor to make sure all of the products, big and small were installed according to the vision. Honestly, the design is better than I even imagined and Katie was really the best possible person to work with! Thank you Katie!

Theresa Grace: A stopped in last minute 2 days before King Charles coronation we were going to have a party and I was surprised they didn't have British paper plates to cash in on quite a few parties that I was hearing about.We got some tea and biscuits and that was all good and honestly it wasn't that expensive.

Eric Brockway (Bruke): Their selection of foods has many items that are hard to find. I strongly recommend Tim-Tams and some of the licorice. They also have silverware and kitchen stuff, plus some furniture. Always something interesting there; a good shop to just browse and look.

Sarah Jones: Alcohol was blocked off and they didn't have chocolate covered bacon like before, and the styles were just too eclectic for my taste.

Timmy Andrews: If you're an eclectic type or just an oddities person DON'T GO HERE! And I mean that in the best way humanly possible. You're going to spend your money here. I found a pizza oven shaped like a fish head and hamburger cookie jar... Like what?! I know! The shelves are little unorganized in areas but it seems to be a popular location! So that's okay! I recommend coming here for literally anything. You'll find something even if you weren't looking for it. It'll be there!

Dayna H: I always enjoy browsing here. I do prefer the Ann Arbor location; but I recently moved to Lansing so this is now the closest to me. They have a lot of unique items. The prices are high; so don't let the name fool you. But it can be worth the cost to own certain things that you probably won't find elsewhere.It is disappointing that they no longer sell alcohol/wine.

This happened to my 88 year old mother, is this how you run a company. So they give my mother "store credit". Is this how you treat customers? Poor poor business. NEVER buy from there. Cheap furniture!!! Poor customer service.

chapomon: This place offers some great prices on new, out of box with some cosmetic damage on refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, dishwashers, washers and dryers if you don't mind some scruffs on your appliances. They also offer a selection of new in box appliances, bedroom and living room sets. We had a pleasant time shopping here with Jessica and she even went out of the way to get a laundry set we wanted from a different location. When there was a small mix up on our purchase order, Jessica made it right. The delivery people were great to have over to install. I highly recommend shopping here.
