Martina Valdez: We went in 2 week ago with full intention to buy furniture. I am putting in new hardwood floors, and my current living room set doesn't match. We heard about their hospitality, white glove delivery, and the goof proof protection. We were sold on that alone. They have a lot of great living room pieces. We found one we liked but had questions. The salesman was not really engaging at all. At first it was ok because we don't love of a pushy salesman. We asked if it came in a different color or if it could be ordered? He said "no" and "that total piece is $5000, did you look at this piece?" Pointing to a cheaper looking set. We decided to think about getting the color that was available, we were almost sold. We asked the salesman, who ended up being the store manager, for a card. As we were leaving, we hear him kind of snickering with another salesman. The next morning, I looked on their website and the set WAS available to order. Very disappointing that he obviously made some kind of assumptions. Later that day we had a family luncheon to attend in Flint and stopped at another store. We left there with over a $6000 living room set. Beautiful and in the color we were looking to get. Awaiting the delivery as we had to order it. As a salesman Bob's should know you "NEVER SPEND A CUSTOMER'S WALLET!!!" I have all the accessory pieces set up and my new wall piece hung, once my beautiful new set comes in, I can post pics on that review. 2 stars because they do have nice pieces.

They also offer a selection of new in box appliances, bedroom and living room sets. We had a pleasant time shopping here with Jessica and she even went out of the way to get a laundry set we wanted from a different location. When there was a small mix up on our purchase order, Jessica made it right. The delivery people were great to have over to install. I highly recommend shopping here.

Jodi Hancock: Service in the store was ok and prices were high, but I was willing to pay for quality. I went with a power recliner and picked it up almost 3 months ago. I have had them out four times already for repairs. The customer service rep told me the chair was being over- used and is only designed to be used 2 to 3 hours a day. Really? You spend over a thousand dollars on a "top of the line" piece of furniture that has a recommended daily usage? I also told the sales reps that I was having rotator cup surgery and I need the chair before that to sleep in. The service rep also said they are not designed to be slept in. If that's the case, why was that never mentioned by the sales team? This is my third lazyboy purchase in 20+ years and likely my last. My new chair will probably only make it to the end of the warranty year. Not worth the price!UPDATE- Jan 31m 2019- QVC has a Today's Special Value Lazy Boy chair and the company rep and host keep talking about how you can "sleep in this chair, live in this chair and use it to recover from many different surgeries". Interesting when the company reps all told me the opposite- that it's not medical grade, should only be used for 2 to 3 hours a day, etc. They will say anything to make a sale but they do not back it up with quality.UPDATE- it took 12 months and 12 repairs for a corporate tech to come see the chair and declare it a lemon! Something with the cold molding that was done incorrectly. Then I had to return the chair and wait months to get my money back. This was my 4th lazyboy boy purchase, the most expensive and MY LAST LAZYBOY. The service was horrendous everytime I called with another broken chair issue. Literally had pieces falling out of the chair multiple times.Chair continues to have problems. I have found screws coming out of the bottom twice (three screws) and have had repairs done 7 times already in 9 months. This was the first and last time I buy a La-Z-Boy power chair. It has been nothing but a waste of money and time.FINAL UPDATE: After a year of problems and a constantly broken chair, they sent someone from the manufacturing team. He agreed with me that this chair was a lemon 🍋. Said it was an issue with the cold molding.The kicker, they made me return it to the store, and I had to wait a couple of months to get a refund. I had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS with the Lazyboy Corporation. I'm done with them. Buyer beware.

When I received my first billing statement, I was charged sales tax. I called the manager and she refused to take the sales tax off. I had to file a complaint with the Attorney General. Very disappointing!

Jackie Machala: I am very disappointed that I arranged for a design specialist to meet at my home about 5 weeks ago, from the Lansing store, she texted me a few weeks later explaining she was very busy and I said no problem, waited a few more weeks and called the store and asked if Tammie still worked there and explained the situation… to Lori, another design expert and she promised to have Tammie follow up with me and that was a week ago… I pretty much know what I want but may have to search elsewhere for furniture as no one from the Lansing store seems interested in getting back to me. It amazes me as If an employee searches my data base, I have spent something like $20,000 in the last 10 years…. I am in Sales myself and this goes completely against my philosophy of taking care of the client ….signed, still waiting ….

Elissa Stohne: Everything is so close together in this store that I couldn’t even fit my small wheelchair. My husband had to move things out of the way literally all over the entire store for me to get through. I tried to address it with a manager and she passively said they’d look into their spacing, but honestly that didn’t sound too promising. She just seemed annoyed that I even brought it up. No “I’m sorry about that” or anything. So not okay. So disappointing for a store to not be accessible in 2021 and for the manager and other workers to not even really care. Very ableist of them. They can get through so that’s all they care about. They clearly don’t care about people with disabilities. Again, very disappointing.

David Crawford: Great place quality products and friendly service. Just remember everything is negotiable, no matter what it is. I once purchased a hitch listed at $1050.00 for less than $500.00. All I had to do was ask.

DL Early: I called and was able to have a console table shipped to the store for 24.99 versus 199.00 shipping online to my house. Very friendly and helpful associate. Bedding and all linens have always been excellent quality!

Emily Eckert: In the past I've had a great experience with their products. I bought a big lounge chair for my dorm and after only having it for about 10 days it ripped. There's a pottery Barn store in town but the won't pick it up, I don't have a car, and I don't have the original box. They're not very helpful with returns. Very unhappy with the product and the return shipping accomodations.

Lisa Mollenkamp: I like Pottery Barn products but have had so many issues with their online ordering that I will never order from them again. In the last month, I asked for help from customer service to get some bridal registry pillow cases monogrammed, she told me she would put my order through, add the monogrammed ones and then cancel the non-monogrammed pillowcases because they had to be on the order first to get the item marked as completed on the registry. What??? But ok...she seemed to know what she was saying. Yep...I got and paid for, double pillowcases, monogrammed and plain. I let that one go. Now I am waiting over a week for pillow shams that were suppose to be here in 3 days. Tonight I ordered a gift for a shower in 6 days that said it would be here in up to 5 days. After I placed the order, I got a notice that it could be 7 days. I called customer service right away (no more than 10 minutes) and she said it was too late to cancel. So now I have nothing to take to a bridal shower. For such a high-end store...they don’t treat their customers very well. Not worth the hassle!!

Samuel Strother: Over priced laminated "solid wood" funiture. If you're going to pay these prices you can find much better quality.

Heather: The clock I purchased is alright. Quite pricey for something that is made in China and takes a battery. As everything in the Pottery Barn is made in China. Sales clerk could have been more congenial.
