Jill Hatt: Spent almost $1000 on a mattress, paid with credit card. Changed mind before leaving store and they would NOT credit the credit card. Absolutely they would NOT give credit back on card. This happened to my 88 year old mother, is this how you run a company. So they give my mother "store credit". Is this how you treat customers? Poor poor business. NEVER buy from there. Cheap furniture!!! Poor customer service.

Teresa Koenig: Walked in at noon on Friday. We were the ONLY customers in the store. The salesman NEVER left his spot behind the checkout counter. He pointed out a few firm mattresses (from behind the counter) and with roughly 35 mattresses it's hard to tell just what he was pointing to specifically.His overall attitude seemed to be that we weren't worth the effort.3 women will be sharing our experience with everyone we know. This means not only my 50-year-old friends with money to spend; but their 20-year-old friends who will all be buying mattresses as they start their lives on their own.COMPLETELY unimpressed. Happily, we went next door and bought a whole set there.
Stacey K: Scott was so helpful and patient with my mom as she shopped for a new mattress. This was a big purchase for her and he walked us through all the different aspects of it. When she needed to make some adjustments to her purchase after the fact, Scott was easy to communicate with and made the process as stress-free as possible. I would definitely recommend Sleep Doctor and specifically Scott!
Cullen Lynch: The moment my wife and I walked through the door, Scott hooked us up. This was the first mattress either of us have bought and we were a little nervous at first. Instead of wringing us out of every penny we owned, Scott took the time to show us mattresses from every type and every price range. He worked with us to find what would be best for us and explained everything in a way my wife and I understood perfectly. We will definitely be coming back when it's time for a new mattress in the future!

During my search for the ideal, affordable adjustable bed and mattress, he listened to what I wanted, and did not try to oversell me. He gained my trust because of the way he handled himself.Not only, was he professional, respectful, and courteous, he also demonstrated his commitment to my satisfaction after the sale. When the adjustable bed and mattress was delivered, the deliverers broke my retractable screen door that was less than six months old.I called Michael right away and he assured me he would address it with management. He called me back within 24 - 48 hours and asked me for the information on the door to order the replacement parts. To make a long story short, it took three separate attempts to obtain the right part to fix the door. Michael came out three times, on his own time to fix my screen door. If that is not excellent customer service than I don't know what isMichael Sutherin demonstrates the epitome of an excellent employee, and Furniture Row and Denver Mattress is very fortunate to have him on the payroll as he represents you quite well.I have shared my experience with anyone who has entered my home and I encourage them to shop at your establishment.
