Jackie Machala: I am very disappointed that I arranged for a design specialist to meet at my home about 5 weeks ago, from the Lansing store, she texted me a few weeks later explaining she was very busy and I said no problem, waited a few more weeks and called the store and asked if Tammie still worked there and explained the situation… to Lori, another design expert and she promised to have Tammie follow up with me and that was a week ago… I pretty much know what I want but may have to search elsewhere for furniture as no one from the Lansing store seems interested in getting back to me. It amazes me as If an employee searches my data base, I have spent something like $20,000 in the last 10 years…. I am in Sales myself and this goes completely against my philosophy of taking care of the client ….signed, still waiting ….
Elissa Stohne: Everything is so close together in this store that I couldn’t even fit my small wheelchair. My husband had to move things out of the way literally all over the entire store for me to get through. I tried to address it with a manager and she passively said they’d look into their spacing, but honestly that didn’t sound too promising. She just seemed annoyed that I even brought it up. No “I’m sorry about that” or anything. So not okay. So disappointing for a store to not be accessible in 2021 and for the manager and other workers to not even really care. Very ableist of them. They can get through so that’s all they care about. They clearly don’t care about people with disabilities. Again, very disappointing.

David Crawford: Great place quality products and friendly service. Just remember everything is negotiable, no matter what it is. I once purchased a hitch listed at $1050.00 for less than $500.00. All I had to do was ask.
DL Early: I called and was able to have a console table shipped to the store for 24.99 versus 199.00 shipping online to my house. Very friendly and helpful associate. Bedding and all linens have always been excellent quality!
Emily Eckert: In the past I've had a great experience with their products. I bought a big lounge chair for my dorm and after only having it for about 10 days it ripped. There's a pottery Barn store in town but the won't pick it up, I don't have a car, and I don't have the original box. They're not very helpful with returns. Very unhappy with the product and the return shipping accomodations.

Lisa Mollenkamp: I like Pottery Barn products but have had so many issues with their online ordering that I will never order from them again. In the last month, I asked for help from customer service to get some bridal registry pillow cases monogrammed, she told me she would put my order through, add the monogrammed ones and then cancel the non-monogrammed pillowcases because they had to be on the order first to get the item marked as completed on the registry. What??? But ok...she seemed to know what she was saying. Yep...I got and paid for, double pillowcases, monogrammed and plain. I let that one go. Now I am waiting over a week for pillow shams that were suppose to be here in 3 days. Tonight I ordered a gift for a shower in 6 days that said it would be here in up to 5 days. After I placed the order, I got a notice that it could be 7 days. I called customer service right away (no more than 10 minutes) and she said it was too late to cancel. So now I have nothing to take to a bridal shower. For such a high-end store...they don’t treat their customers very well. Not worth the hassle!!
Samuel Strother: Over priced laminated "solid wood" funiture. If you're going to pay these prices you can find much better quality.
Heather: The clock I purchased is alright. Quite pricey for something that is made in China and takes a battery. As everything in the Pottery Barn is made in China. Sales clerk could have been more congenial.

Theresa Grace: A stopped in last minute 2 days before King Charles coronation we were going to have a party and I was surprised they didn't have British paper plates to cash in on quite a few parties that I was hearing about.We got some tea and biscuits and that was all good and honestly it wasn't that expensive.

Eric Brockway (Bruke): Their selection of foods has many items that are hard to find. I strongly recommend Tim-Tams and some of the licorice. They also have silverware and kitchen stuff, plus some furniture. Always something interesting there; a good shop to just browse and look.

Sarah Jones: Alcohol was blocked off and they didn't have chocolate covered bacon like before, and the styles were just too eclectic for my taste.

Timmy Andrews: If you're an eclectic type or just an oddities person DON'T GO HERE! And I mean that in the best way humanly possible. You're going to spend your money here. I found a pizza oven shaped like a fish head and hamburger cookie jar... Like what?! I know! The shelves are little unorganized in areas but it seems to be a popular location! So that's okay! I recommend coming here for literally anything. You'll find something even if you weren't looking for it. It'll be there!

Dayna H: I always enjoy browsing here. I do prefer the Ann Arbor location; but I recently moved to Lansing so this is now the closest to me. They have a lot of unique items. The prices are high; so don't let the name fool you. But it can be worth the cost to own certain things that you probably won't find elsewhere.It is disappointing that they no longer sell alcohol/wine.

Lynette Rambo: Gave Crickets a shot, and this is a one and done. Unless you’re buying multiple pieces, expect to be reminded that they are busy working on a ‘full house reset’ and your designer will get back to you. Same for delivery, dates come and go with no proactive contact. Then, when delivery was ready, I was told they had a small home to reset in Lansing and would do their best (do prioritize the other customer, but why mention to me?). It became a joke with me and my husband.When I was unhappy with the couch and called to discuss if they would consider reselling on the floor (happy to take 50% and notified the store upon deliver), I received a form email response ensuring me I would be happy with the purchase in due time. I have since replaced the couch with a stunning piece of furniture from Ethan Allen. In fact, I’ve done a partial home reset with Ethan Allen.

Nichole Vane: I worked with Kathy, and she was amazing! We met with her 3 times, our first appt where she came to our home, and 2 additional times for finalization of our project (as the first sit down was rushed due to a personal time constraint I had). During our last appointment we placed our 50% down and finalized everything- we were so happy!Two weeks later we get an email from Kathy that she misquoted us by over $4,000!!, and their contract states that they are not responsible for any misquotes or errors while calculating the project....I would understand a few hundred dollars, but over $4k?They gave us the option to either pay the wholesale price- which was still over $2k more, or cancel our project all together and receive a refund. I felt so trapped. We had already made other commitments with contractors, getting our appliances and fixtures, and we were committed to a specific time frame with the rest of our renovations. Now we had to either come up with over $2k for something we already signed and budgeted, or find someone who could do similar work within the same amount of time and $? Frustrated was one way to put how I felt...I spoke with Beverly, the owner, and she said that she "would not take a loss on our project" and was unwilling to help in any other way than offer financing. We ended up canceling our project and actually found another company, THANK GOODNESS, that could provide what we needed within our given time frame.Cricket has great products, just MAKE SURE the pricing is accurate so you're not left feeling trapped.
L: The service and selecting were outstanding, the delivery was even better! The furniture arrived gently and undamaged. Ray and Manuel did an outstanding job, they were both very polite and professional. We are extremely pleased with the whole process, much easier than working with ArtVan. I would highly recommend visiting them for any of your home furnishing needs!
Jorja Slusser: Sally did a terrific job. She guided me through the process of decorating and selecting furniture for my home. I went to a local furniture store near my home where the people “interior designers” definitely conveyed the feelings that they did not care by their lack of help. Sally gave me numerous options with fabric, textures, and styles making everything flow smoothly. The end result is a gorgeous, well balanced, well put together home that I love. No more purchases of furniture pieces that I later regret.Finally, a home I am proud of when people walk through the door.
Mackenzie gorman: I am extremely happy with Bernadette Thelen my salesperson, the two delivery gentlemen, and Sarah that helped set up the delivery. I purchased a leather Smith Brothers loveseat. Mrs. Thelen was highly knowledgeable in the field of furniture, answered all my questions, explained about every grade of leather, how to care for and what leather has to offer. I have purchased several pieces of furniture throughout my lifetime and she made this transaction a breeze. Sarah was delightful when she called me to set up the delivery date and time. The two gentlemen that delivery the loveseat were perfect in every way from accommodation to communication. I highly recommend these representatives of Cricket Home Furnishings!

I really love a farmhouse look with repurposed items mixed with new & don't feel I can get that @ Crickets. They are more into matchie decorating. I would rather get decorating support from Pinterest than this store.
