chapomon: This place offers some great prices on new, out of box with some cosmetic damage on refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, dishwashers, washers and dryers if you don't mind some scruffs on your appliances. They also offer a selection of new in box appliances, bedroom and living room sets. We had a pleasant time shopping here with Jessica and she even went out of the way to get a laundry set we wanted from a different location. When there was a small mix up on our purchase order, Jessica made it right. The delivery people were great to have over to install. I highly recommend shopping here.

Kim Hardin: Bought a washer and dryer.
Mandy: *second edit* the technician came out and replaced what was wrong. *Edit* threads on the washer isn’t properly holding the water hose and is leaking. I have called went straight to voicemail, left a message still no call. Jeff claimed there is 90 day warranty.I went in on a Sunday and immediately felt bad as the owner said he was closed but it was okay he was doing some paperwork. So I went ahead and looked around found a washer and dryer I liked. Jeff came up to me explaining what the difference was between a couple and I went with the traditional top loader. After I paid he told me if I had any problems at all to give him a call. Delivery was a few days later and it went smoothly! The two gentlemen hooked the machines up and made sure everything worked before leaving.

James Chang: I was selling some used appliances a two years ago. The gentleman was kind of picky about what he was going to offer, it was kind of low balling compared to what I sold it. He also sold the appliance would not go out the door unless the doors came out, but when I sold the item to Dicker and Deal they did it would unhinging the door.

We walked in further and saw 3 other people made direct eye contact with them and still not a word from any of them. Not a way to run a business 😒 Guess they missed out as we were planning on furnishing our new home with all new appliances. Some other place can get our several thousand dollar purchase.

There was no pressure to purchase and he was accommodating with ensuring a prompt delivery, despite delays on the manufacturer side. Delivery was smooth with no damages to my home or new appliance and they were happy to install the handles for me too!

I have been coming here for years, for all of my used appliance needs. Every used appliance I have bought here has lasted at least 5 years. I will continue to come here for my appliance needs.

Robert VanHouten: Honestly, the customer service and satisfaction is top notch! We had issues with a dishwasher and with my wife taking care of two kids while I'm at work. It was always important to have that time saved by not needing to wash dishes and G & W Appliance took that into account.They don't even open until 7am and their boss started searching for the part we needed at 6:30am! They really do care for their customers and I know we will always go back here for any appliance issues!

Dave Jones: Quickest trip to an appliance store in years. Sales staff knew there product and gave us the answers we need to make an informed choice.
Kimberly Wright: They gave a 4 hour window to send a service person over to fix an appliance. We missed work so we could be here. 10 minutes before the end of that period they finally call to say they'll be late and that we need to make accommodations for them to get in whenever they do finally show up, but they couldn't even give an exact time that would be. Don't bother scheduling anything with them if you value your time because they sure don't value it.
Rachel Barna: Worked with G&W on a Whirlpool warranty issue. The service guys that came out to my house to look at my dishwasher were polite and professional and explained exactly what was wrong. Don, at the office, went above and beyond helping me work with the warranty company even though the warranty company ended up not doing the repair due to part supply issues, he made sure before closing the case that we were taken care of.
Marcella Wilson: How glad I am that found this company. I needed a washer badly. It was so wonderful to purchase by phone, have it delivered, installed and the old one hauled away. The employees were refined and courteous gentlemen, who cleaned up after themselves and put everything back in place that had to be moved. This company is a real treasure in a time of "big box stores".
Karri Christie: The dishwasher is great, but the installation and follow up, not so much. The second time I ran the dishwasher, I noticed water leaking out from under my sink where the water line runs. Upon further inspection, the entire area under my sink was flooded.G&W did come back out promptly to investigate and secure the water line, which I appreciated. However the area under my sink was warped and has now molded from the water damage.I placed three phone calls to G&W and never received a call back. The area under my sink is still damaged. I will not go through G&W again and wouldn't recommend them unless you're willing to take the risk.

I needed to clean the coils so they were going to charged me for a new part that wasn’t going to fix the issue.Very poor communication Scheduled an appointment September 15th they came out on the 30th and told me what the problem was and the company will get in touch with me. 4 weeks go by and I called the company asking what is going on they tell me the part is in and someone will be by on the following day to repair my refrigerator. The person came and said I was suppose to have my fridge unplugged for 24hrs to defrost and he could come back the following day and No showed. I called the company they said he called me and knocked at my door but I didn’t answer. (I have motion sensor cameras that pick up when someone is at my door no one ever came.) They said they would send someone out Friday (Today) at Noon and still no one showed up. I want my deposit back so I can find another company that can fix my refrigerator I’ve been without a fully functioning fridge for almost 3 months it should not be this difficult to get someone repaired….. smh

jmel1056: Overall great experience. Our unit was due to be in on a Saturday, but they called and said that it wasn't going to be in on time. Since it wasn't going to be in, they delivered it to our house for free.

I witnessed a warehouse employee sleeping/passed out and another one chain smoking by my open truck while I loaded my own furniture that I purchased. Not only was it in poor taste, it was a fire hazard. Don’t smoke near furniture warehouses/customers new furniture. The process took much longer than necessary. Due to laziness of all the employees with exception of Nick. Spent almost 1000$. Be helpful be kind. Yeesh

At this time we must wait for an override and tried to get the selected tv delivered to our home. We wait.They had no OLEDs on the floor or for display.

Terrance Lonnie: I spent close to 5000 on a living room and bedroom set. They set the bed up but that’s it. Left the boxes and styrofoam all about the hallway of my complex. Not only did I have to set the dresser up and put it together, I had to flip it because it was upside down. No biggie but they put it in the room with the bed where I had to lift it and place it on my bed to maneuver it. Upon moving it I noticed it was slightly damaged. I called the store and they told me that the delivery techs are third party and they did what they was suppose to do. Idk bout ABC Warehouse but where I’m from, someone spends that type of money with your business you either right the wrongs or go into detail why things are done that way. I wouldn’t advise this place for you first resource
emily jones: After having a very disappointing experience with a decent appliance purchase at a bigger box store down the street- from the delivery showing up without a call, outside the 4 hour expencted delivery window, to the appliance having a giant dent in the side that looked like Christiano Ronaldo was using it for kicking practice... It was a breath of fresh air to work with Todd at the Pennsylvania location in Lansing. He was kind, friendly and very informative. He arranged the delivery on short notice and told me what to expect, and what to do if there were any issues. He assured me he would be at the store and to call while the delivery was happening if needed to sort anything out. All that to say... if you need an appliance... go see Todd. He will do an excellent job!
SuperNinjaJuggalo Durfee: The store is like a ghost town.They sell mostly beds and major appliances.Only a couple of TVs. One stereo receiver.No speakers. No DVD or Blu-ray players.No car audio.I don't think ABC isn't going to be around much longer.Especially when you send your customers to other stores because you don't sell anything anymore.In the 12 minutes I was there, I heard them tell 3 different groups of customers to shop at other places.Crazy....

I called to verify the tv was as advertised.Made me drive 1 hr on false advertisement and then told me “it is what it is” when I asked about it.Was rude to me when I arrived because they said they would drop the price and then after a hour drive they changed their minds.Young guy who looks Indian who said “I’m basically the manager” was rude and on a power trip in his mind.Someone should tell him that basically the manager isn’t the manager.Told me to GO BACK TO GRAND RAPIDS when I started to walk out after they started talking loudly.Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.I can see why they are located where they are inside a big barn looking store.May have good prices but the products are worn, scratched, dented and they say it isn’t. Very bad businessIf a company can make more parting out a tv then why would they continue listing the same tv for over 3 months continuously lowering the price. LolThis Kelly chick is funny. No wonder why most reviews aren’t good and all say similar things.Also I only drove back because the (2nd) employee told me he could probably take another 100 off . Get the facts straight

Kelly Yoakam: Reason for 1 star: I called the office and told them that when doing the diagnostics--it came up with F70, imbalance, and that we had attempted to reset it and couldn't. One would think that was important information they could act on.When the tech came out, he also saw F70, but didn't know what it meant (I was hoping that they would have looked it up before they came at least, so they might have the parts, etc.!) He had no solution, charged us $99.00, and wrote on the invoice that he had found no problem with the machine.I would like for a more experienced person to do a follow up. It feels a lot like taking a computer in for repair and because they aren't experienced enough to fix it--just restore it to the original settings. In this case, they just said nothing was wrong--and the laundry is still wringing wet!I would be glad to edit this review if they are willing to send an expert to do the job that wasn't done--at no additional charge.--------------------------------------------------------------*****Additional review: I changed the review to 3 stars. I would have put 5 had we been helped initially.Lane's contacted me and sent a repairman that knew what needed to be done and repaired the washing machine! Will not call you if you need a piece of your furniture fixed or a place will avoid you for months on months but if you withhold payments they will harass you and turn violence will never recommend this place

Kendall Sandborn: I give this store a 2 star SOLELY BECAUSE OF YOUR "MANAGER" - RAY. We went to aarons 3 years ago, only had a couple issues with payments due to hard time. Ray was absolutely horrible. I decided to give a second chance. Bought a mattress. My direct deposit was messed up through work so I asked to push ONE payment to the next month and pay 2X that month. He said absolutely not because I'm "almost 2 weeks past my due date" I said nope, I'm 9 days past but technically only 2 because I set payment up for the 22nd and it's now the 24th. He said "well 9 days, same thing"IF YOU GUYS DONT GET RID OF HIM, I GUARENTEE A LOT OF BUSINESS WILL BE LOST.Looking at reviews and all I'm seeing is how rude he is and he's not AT ALL understanding. How is he even a manager?Mind you, when I special ordered my mattress, I was never informed that it had arrived. I was contacted by someone else who was very helpful but when I called again to set up delivery, Ray said it would be 2 weeks, when I was told TWO DAYS. My mattress was also delivered 3 weeks past the date it arrived at the store. Had I not called, I wouldn't have even known it was in.He also told me I couldn't make a later payment because I was renting the bed.......isn't that the point?! So you can make payments and not have to pay up front?!

Stacee Hart: I decided to go back to Aarons for my pedestal frame for my bad because a box spring won't work in our new master bedroom. With that being said almost a month later I finally have the frame. I called to check on the status of the shipment and Ray at the Aarons on West Saginaw was just plain rude. I was polite and simply asked if my shipment had come in and his response was "I don't know I am with a customer at the moment." Okay I let it slide and another gentleman came on the line and helped me. He set me up for delivery and gave me the option to pick up in store If I wanted. I asked if he thought it would fit into my vehicle and he was sure it would. Today 9/23 I went to pick up the bed frame. Because the contract is in my husband's name he went inside to show ID like we were directed to do. Again Ray helped him out was rude and treated my husband poorly even made him sign up for autopay and no option to pick his due date like stated on website. He was not given a choice. When they were done I pulled my vehicle up and Ray was rude and said that the box would not fit. I have a deep vehicle and the seats were folded down. I said it would fit and he said something along the lines that he would try but it'll stick out the end and if she would move her seat up it might. He shoved that box into the back of my jeep so hard it jolted me in the front seat. I have purchased several things from Aarons and never once been late on a payment and have paid off products early. He has always been the rudest person that I have encountered there. I could take my business elsewhere but one bad apple doesn't spoil the bunch. I am unsure that I will go back after this.
Shardae Silva: My whole house hold has tested positive for COVID I called the store to let them know we are on quarantine and I wouldn’t be able to come in until my 14 days are up I ended up getting a very rude call back from Ray stating regardless of my situation he would have to come to my home and pick up my merchandise threatening me to break public health orders that I received from the health department Ray was very rude and had no empathy i have been making payments for over 2 years and almost own my merchandise he still scheduled it to b picked up and this how I was treated while me and my children are suffering from a deadly virus that was out of our control I will be calling corporate
Michelle Helmic: Of course I had an issue on a Saturday. Aaron's replied promptly and send Jacob out w/in the hour. The initial problems was resolved but I'm glad he was here to help with another issue that arose. Friendly, professional, knowledgable and a genuine love for his job, Jacob saved the day and I now have a trusted plumber to call if ever the need arises.

I will never go through aarons again as fair as I'm concerned they are stealing my damn money!!!!!!
