Callie Smith: I’ve been here a few times. Something feels very off about the energy. The employees have a very snooty attitude. I went in there with a friend who is a rock enthusiast and she told them some of the rocks were labeled wrong. The employee was very rude about it. I then went in and asked why some crystals were labeled one way while it was really another. The employee said they were of the same family so basically the same thing which is vibrationally incorrect. It seems like they have a superiority complex there which is really irritating. I will go elsewhere for crystals and good service.

There are solid nodules which are NOT geodes and they are ugly and solid all the way through! When brought to their attention they claimed it is a geode and rare that it’s solid. Geodes are ALWAYS hollow! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Nicholas Humphrey: Girlfriend bought us a salt room session for a surprise, but be warned the "salt room" is two lawn chairs in a cold room (about °65 F) with sand in the ground that they claim will be "hot" but was barely warmer than the air, and the salt part of the "room" was just salt blocks in the wall, and the "room" was just a space with a curtain. A GIGANTIC waste of money, my girlfriend was so embarrassed, and the employees seemed much more interesting in selling products than selling wellness. I do not recommend.

Robin Vercande: I do not recommend the float therapy at all. The employee who took me to the float room did not tell me how to do anything. She was not friendly or helpful. Ear plugs should be provided. After floating and showering throughout the day my ears sounded crusty because they were encrusted. When I called to find out what to do the girl didn't know and guessed that I should just rinse them with hot water. She later called back, instead of the owner or manager to tell me to put peroxide in my ears but it was going to hurt. I already showered and ran lots of water in my ears, then put peroxide in because too much water remaining in my ears. Tomorrow I will be calling my doctor. Beyond a Dream should not have employees that are not trained properly. If they are going to continue the float therapy they should offer ear plugs or ear drops or something to keep salt from crystallizing in the ears. Very scary how little information the employee had AND that the owner/manager would not call me back. Yep, Facebook will be flooded with this review!

The timely manner in which they refunded and the experience my wife had, we decided it was deserving of a 5 star update.By far the worst massage I’ve ever had and I’m normally pretty generous. She lathered me in lotion, and rubbed my back the entire hour. I asked for her to go a little deeper and focus on certain areas 5+ times and nothing changes. I mean, no increase in pressure, she just rubbed my back…. I’m just blown away. My wife on the table next to me had a great massage though. Inconsistent!! If she would have made an attempt to increase pressure or do anything more than lather my back in lotion, I wouldn’t be writing this. After 5+ times of asking, I don’t know what else to say. Biggest waste of money.

Mary Lemmer: Updated review, May 2023:I went to get a foot bath here and they had me review the form I filled out previously, to indicate whether it was still accurate or if anything had changed. I reviewed, acknowledged that it was all still accurate, confirming that I still cannot have any fragranced products used on my skin.Then, the foot bath began and I could smell the fragranced product being used. I asked the person if it was fragranced, and it was, and when I asked if they had reviewed the form I filled out, I was informed that they hadn't.What's the point of having a form and asking for a client's needs if you're not even going to look at them? It'd be a better experience if they actually reviewed the client form.And, had they not had non-fragranced products for the foot bath, I'd prefer they just tell me, instead of using it on my skin.Until they improve their attention to detail and customer service (and look at the intake forms they're requiring customers to complete) I do not recommend.Former review, a year ago:I really enjoy Remedi! I have gone for their infrared sauna several times and it’s always a pleasant experience. I do wish they had a shower I could use afterwards, but aside from that, it’s a wonderful, private setup and the staff there is always very kind, helpful, and proactive. Beth: My husband scheduled me a massage and facial via phone and said he had the best service. The front desk was very attentive and flexible when he didn't really know what I wanted but was trying. Staff was great with me from start to finish.I started with a facial which was relaxing and refreshing. I felt rejuvenated the day of and for a couple days after.Once the facial was done, they swapped staff so I didn't have to move or leave the room. The massage was very relaxing, so relaxing in fact we heard neighboring clients snoring (lol). It was a great experience and I would go again to try the large variety of facial and massage options they have.

Cayla Hineman: I can in with some concerns for my skin after coming off a medication. I made an appointment for blue light therapy and when I came in the staff was so kind and listened to my goals and why I was coming in and they recommended the infrared sauna as well! I loved both treatments, and because they were looking out for me they gave me a little money off my first treatment because they felt like I needed to pair the treatments together. The staff was so helpful and kind to me, I have been continue to go and my skin was improved so much! You won’t regret coming in.

Grace: I had the most amazing experience at Remedi. I scheduled a wellness package to help with my chronic pain and muscle tension, and when I arrived Cindie talked me through the services and suggested the floating pod and infrared sauna could be a better option to help with my pain. She accommodated to my needs on the spot and was so kind and helpful from start to finish. I can’t wait to come back thanks to Cindie!

I have been coming to Roehms for 8 or more years and have always had ok service until this day. I wont be back.

But she will make sure to find a way to get rid of them. there’s a shady reason behind that…

Lindsey Richardson: I chose this place because it was available for the day we wanted (even though the same service was quite a bit cheaper at nearby locations). The location is good and the salon is clean and nice but I give this business a 1 star because of the owner and the way things are run. If I could rate the massage therapists separately that number would be different. My husband and I arrived 15 minutes early for our couples massage, filled out their paperwork and waited for our scheduled time to start. One of the massage therapists came out and talked to us and said the other one was running behind and it should be just a couple minutes. More time passed by and the owner showed up. She was nice to us, but so very rude and belittling to her staff. The first thing she says to the receptionist in a condescending tone is that 'She doesn't care about that'. She continued to talk to her this way the entire time we waited. She also talked about her own staff saying 'they were selfish' and when the receptionist told her she prepped some pedicure bowls she said, 'well... tell them to say thank you'. DEFINITELY not appreciative of her staff at all. This kind of business should not be at the front desk where customers are waiting. It made us VERY uncomfortable and my husband mentioned being in the middle of all the stress while trying to have a spa day. We sat there for a long time and the only explanation we got was 'its going to be a few minutes' every time. At some point during the wait, the original massage therapist who was supposed to be with us left for the day. We didn't get called back until an HOUR after we arrived. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable for a business to run this way. Thankfully we didn't have anywhere to be, I would have been pretty upset if I had made the other appointments I originally planned. The massages themselves were good. Not the best I've had but they were thorough. I would ask for more back work next time. I didn't even check to see if we got our full time there. I didn't get hot towels but my husband did. He also came back with a swollen burn on his neck from her nail. We did not complain the entire time or say anything when we checked out. When we came out the owner was gone. The receptionist said she would try to get us a good discount on a return service and my husband asked if they could do anything today and she said no, the owner has to approve it, but she had our number and would call us. When she ran my card she did not disclose a card fee which was another nearly $7. They really should be telling people that before they even come in. They also take your card information over the phone so they can charge you if you are a no show. I think this owner is greedy from the way things are run and the things I saw and heard. I also waited a week to complete my review to see if they redeemed themselves, but I haven't heard a word. It's too bad the owner is the way she is because there are so many nice professionals working there that made us feel welcome. I would not return.

The receptionist, Erica along with the rest of the staff were warm and welcoming-the spa was clean and inviting. Anahit was my husband’s therapist, and Shane Marie was mine. Both were courteous, kind and professional. Shane Marie worked miracles on my neck and shoulders (especially). 6 out of 5 Stars!!!! Thank you for the stellar service and care!!! 💖😍💖

Rhonda Bishop: I experienced a half day spa package which consisted of a facial with Luba, massage with Eilien and mani/pedi with Anahit. I’ll start by confirming the unpleasant interactions with the receptionist/owner. I witnessed her chastise her staff without any sense of professionalism - the facts that clients were present did not seem to matter and I quickly became empathetic to the employees. All three of my services were great! Luba, Eilien and Anahit take a lot of pride in their craft and that resonated through their services. I’d recommend their services but do think the spa can benefit from a number of culture changes - more inclusive sizing for their spa robes, strengthened professionalism by refraining from staff conversations (I was within ear shot of conversations around tips and personal scheduling issues) and mitigate all personnel matters to a more private area.

Lindsey Ball: I was working here for a short period of time, as a receptionist/cleaner while I was employed I received great feed back from clients as well as good google reviews about my amazing customer service. Punctuality is a value I would say is important to me. I was always early and stayed late. I worked all hours even when I was at home, I did the advertising with social media. Its unfortunate that the owner which was my boss never gave me a set schedule on a weekly basis, I was supposed to stay available for whenever she needed me. Which I did with no problem, I wanted to learn about the spa business and I enjoyed the other employees. I was then fired over text message and told that she did not have to give me a reason, and that was the last she was going to speak about it. I was underpaid, verbally embarrassed in front of clients with how she would speak to me if I didn't understand something, had no stability in my work schedule and then fired without any reasoning behind it. She then talks terribly about her other employees and threatens to dock their pay if they don't remember her rules. Definitely think twice about going here and think long and hard if you are planning on working here. The staff is amazing, the girls that work there are skilled and talented at what they do.... unfortunately its just the worst management I have ever seen. I wish all the best to the awesome cosmetologist and massage therapist that work there!!! I will always miss you.

If you're looking for a nice, romantic couples massage don't book here, the office is nasty and the technicians are skillless.
