Christina M: Best rooms: 1-inside, 8-outside, and of course the VIP suite. Inside rooms include a shower, bench, TV, and French doors leading to a small outdoor area. Outside rooms include all but a TV, they have music playing. The VIP suite includes a larger tub, seating area, dry sauna, wet bar, large TV, private bathroom with tons of space. I recommend calling early afternoon to reserve on weekends.

Mary Lemmer: Updated review, May 2023:I went to get a foot bath here and they had me review the form I filled out previously, to indicate whether it was still accurate or if anything had changed. I reviewed, acknowledged that it was all still accurate, confirming that I still cannot have any fragranced products used on my skin.Then, the foot bath began and I could smell the fragranced product being used. I asked the person if it was fragranced, and it was, and when I asked if they had reviewed the form I filled out, I was informed that they hadn't.What's the point of having a form and asking for a client's needs if you're not even going to look at them? It'd be a better experience if they actually reviewed the client form.And, had they not had non-fragranced products for the foot bath, I'd prefer they just tell me, instead of using it on my skin.Until they improve their attention to detail and customer service (and look at the intake forms they're requiring customers to complete) I do not recommend.Former review, a year ago:I really enjoy Remedi! I have gone for their infrared sauna several times and it’s always a pleasant experience. I do wish they had a shower I could use afterwards, but aside from that, it’s a wonderful, private setup and the staff there is always very kind, helpful, and proactive. Great customer service!I’ve also had the foot bath which was quite lovely and they did a great job of customizing it to my liking.I’ve gone her multiple times because of their great spa service options and customer service! Beth: My husband scheduled me a massage and facial via phone and said he had the best service. The front desk was very attentive and flexible when he didn't really know what I wanted but was trying. Staff was great with me from start to finish.I started with a facial which was relaxing and refreshing. I felt rejuvenated the day of and for a couple days after.Once the facial was done, they swapped staff so I didn't have to move or leave the room. The massage was very relaxing, so relaxing in fact we heard neighboring clients snoring (lol). It was a great experience and I would go again to try the large variety of facial and massage options they have.

I made an appointment for blue light therapy and when I came in the staff was so kind and listened to my goals and why I was coming in and they recommended the infrared sauna as well! I loved both treatments, and because they were looking out for me they gave me a little money off my first treatment because they felt like I needed to pair the treatments together. The staff was so helpful and kind to me, I have been continue to go and my skin was improved so much! You won’t regret coming in.

Grace: I had the most amazing experience at Remedi. I scheduled a wellness package to help with my chronic pain and muscle tension, and when I arrived Cindie talked me through the services and suggested the floating pod and infrared sauna could be a better option to help with my pain. She accommodated to my needs on the spot and was so kind and helpful from start to finish. I can’t wait to come back thanks to Cindie!

The timely manner in which they refunded and the experience my wife had, we decided it was deserving of a 5 star update.By far the worst massage I’ve ever had and I’m normally pretty generous. She lathered me in lotion, and rubbed my back the entire hour. I asked for her to go a little deeper and focus on certain areas 5+ times and nothing changes. I mean, no increase in pressure, she just rubbed my back…. I’m just blown away. My wife on the table next to me had a great massage though. Inconsistent!! If she would have made an attempt to increase pressure or do anything more than lather my back in lotion, I wouldn’t be writing this. After 5+ times of asking, I don’t know what else to say. Biggest waste of money.

When I asked if this was the Shangri-La Spa and Wellness, they just said that they wish it was due to how much money they’d make and then immediately hung up. I checked the number multiple times and I have the correct one. I’m not sure if they just went out of business or if they changed locations without putting their new number down.

Jason Eastman: When I went to Sacred Oasis the first time my wife had given me a gift card for Christmas. She had tried to help me out with my shoulders and calves that are constant problems for me for knotting and stress, but just couldn't get enough pressure to do much of anything. In highschool I used to get a sports message from a physical therapist on a prescription from my doctor so this has been an issue almost all of my life. They would pick everything apart and I would walk out bruised and sore and not sure it did anything at all. From the very first massage with Sacred Wellness on I knew these people and this place was different. Stacey used her heated bamboo pieces on me and those knots melted away. Not only did I not feel bruised but I felt like I had an extra spring in my step and my shoulders felt like they were 2 inches lower being relaxed. I could not recommend them enough to everyone. One of the best Christmas gifts I've ever gotten was being introduced to Sacred Oasis.

Jennifer Wagoner: Allie is A-MAZING! Bamboo Fusion and deep tissue massage gave me incredible results from a very painful back injury. I could not bend over, was shuffling my feet and had difficulty doing daily tasks for 2 days. I was stiff as a board even though I was using ice packs, stretching and taking a muscle relaxer at night. Then I had a 1 hr. Bamboo Fusion massage mostly focusing on my lower back, 48 hours later I had 50%+ mobility & MUCH less pain. I returned 2 days later for another 30 min. massage just for my lower back and now have 90%+ mobility and just a tender back. WOW! I'm convinced the Bamboo Fusion Massage was the key to my success and I will definitely be returning for another massage. Allie was a total professional, communicated about the amount of pressure I was comfortable with and was a life saver to get me back on my feet quickly. A+ service and priced very well! I felt like that I was cared for, and that any concerns or insecurities that I may have, were validated and respected.
