Sarah Flynn: We just had someone in our home for 4 hours who we thought was a plumber, PLEASE READ !!! Just had the weirdest and worst experience in my home while dealing with a contracted worker associated with Lowe’s. We requested a toilet installation through Lowe’s and was sent an employer named Michael Beesley. At the beginning Michael was doing a good job. Getting his job done without a hitch or being in anyones way. However, as the job came to a close Michael’s behavior and work became concerning; so concerning that everyone in the house became on edge and anxious with his presence. Michael stated that he had broken something on the toilet towards the end of the installation, and that it was not his problem, the inside main water valve hence shutting our water off. Even though he was a plumber, or claimed to be, he went on to say that he could not fix that for us and we had to call a plumber and pay for additional services. He proudly followed that up by saying. “Don’t even bother calling Lowe’s, corporate doesn’t want to hear from you,” not only that but when asked if he was licensed and insured he stated “I don’t even have to be.” To make matters worse, Michael continued to brag about how much money he makes as a ‘contractor’ without even having the proper schooling behind it. I am horrified with his behavior and the fact we had this man in our home. To top it off, Michael Beesley left the location without offering a refund for his botched work, or even offering other companies we could call to fix what he had done. All I am saying is never trust Lowe’s or their contractors. I will be telling everyone I know and posting on all social media platforms about how scary this situation was.

Jason: Came in for about $600 worth of supplies. Left with 2 boxes of nails and a pencil. Was told the wrong places for things twice. Lumber missing signs, not going to guess. Epic fail, would have just left but I need the nails.Edit: Tried again to buy lumber, needed a board cut and an employee walked up and asked if I needed help. I started explaining and his phone beeped, ge grabbed it while I was talking and ignored me. After a moment he started walking away, looked over his shoulder and said, I need to help another customer and left. I have never been so disrespected in my life. Least if he called me N*gger first I would know he acknowledged me. I hope everyone in this store loses their job and die in squalor.
Heather Welton: Friendly staff, very clean store with a public restroom with no purchase necessary unlike most stores that rudly remind people unnecessarily. Love it here and would recommend to anyone
Sara Stadtmiller: I always have a positive experience here. Tonight, Garrett and Olivia went above and beyond to help me with my pickup order. The item didn’t quite fit in the back of my SUV and we were trying to think of different ways to make it work. They figured it out and had a great attitude and were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I really hope to encounter them again on my future trips to the store.

On Saturday 10 -9-2021 at approximately 9:45 in the morning one of their employees felt the need to empty their extra concrete in the middle of my sidewalk. I reached out to the company today at 7:35 this morning, inquiring what their protocol is. I was advised by the gentleman I believe his name was Rob that he would have a sales representative come by my address and take a peek and call me back I got out of work at 4:30 and still no phone call or message. So I called them back placed on hold by their automated system and then I was sent to voicemail and no call back. It is not like it's a little bit of cement it's a pretty good pile This review was not allowingm me to upload pictures or I'd upload them for you to see it's an obstruction in the middle of my sidewalk. To me this is unprofessional ,unacceptable I would never recommend this company.

This time getting some fill sand for my daughters playset they went above and beyond for me. Not only is it great quality fill but the driver was extremely skilled and was able to maneuver my side yard through obstacles etc. and lay the fill at site of use effectively reducing my project time by at least a day or two. I am super thankful and will be using Hammond for all my future needs. Thanks!!
