Jasper Stertzbach: Overall pretty quick and easy, about what I expected from going to an eye exam in a shopping mall. Professionalism was a little lacking, some minor things that would have been done on a traditional eye doctor’s setting were missed, like shutting the exam room door during examination, and having the client see the equipment sanitized by the doctor between patients would’ve been helpful. I was impressed, however, at how advanced their equipment is. I guess being a commercial business has its perks.

Catherine Lindley: Dawn was very observant while she was looking at my lens prescription. She noticed the inconsistency with a plus sign and a negative sign. Astutely, she knew to confirm with my eye doctor the accuracy of my lens prescription. Dawn was absolutely correct in her assessment that one of the symbols was not right. She rectified this very professionally and apologized for my extra time while she fixed the issue. I assured her getting the script correct is of utmost importance and waiting through the process was no problem at all. Dawn knows her job and proper customer care is extremely important to her, that was obvious. Dawn also very kindly looked up my last visit to answer my questions about the visit in 2021. Great job, Dawn! Thank you Lens Crafters for having an employee like Dawn! And thank you for your location. I live very close and having to make my way to your Lansing Mall location with one eye not working very well, is very much appreciated. Dawn is a wonderful employee for Lens Crafters.

Denayjah Bradley: I am a college student so dealing with having to buy contacts and glasses can be stressful. Once I started coming here? Stress gone. The staff in the vision center are so friendly and are always so helpful with helping with picking frames and other things. I love coming here and getting assisted by these ladies!

Nelson R Candelaria Mercado: I called them and they where super friendly with me. I decided to get my eye exam there, the doctor was very professional and knew what he was doing. I am from a different state and my insurance doesnt work at Michigan so they gave me extra receipts so that i could request a reimbursement. The glasses worked perfectly. My only complaint is that the glasses took longer than expected to arrive.Would definitely come to this place again for my eye exam.
K Pope: This was a great experience. The doctor was very thorough and really took his time to answer my questions and discuss options with me. He even offered to contact my primary doctor to let them know the results of some of the tests, without me asking. All of the staff were helpful and friendly as well. I’m definitely going back!

Kimberly Whitcomb: Tried to call to set up a new client appointment for my two kids. The girl who answered giggled and sounded annoyed, asked if she could put me on hold. After I sat on hold for awhile, I hung up. Went up there because I had shopping to do anyways, so I figured I'll make one in person. Walked by a few times and no one in sight. Maybe they were shopping?

John Mccluer: While we like the doctor his staff is horrible. If my staff ever acted in that manner they would be replaced as soon as possible. The staff is rude, they do not listen to the customer and heaven forbid you interrupt their personal conversation. They will push the most expensive options possible as if they are your only options. This will be the last time (after 6 years) that I will ever think of going there. America's Best will get my business.
C K: There’s an overweight woman that works here that is always super rude. I ordered two pairs of glasses and when one pair came in I went to pick them up and due to COVID they have a gate up, which is great but when I approached for my glasses she just sat there at her desk asking me questions which I had to yell out and I could barely understand what she was asking. So when I go to pick up my next pair I just go on behind the gate (and I work here so it wasn’t like I’m a random customer) so she doesn’t have to waste her precious energy walking over to me and so I don’t have to shout things like my birthday across the room and she snaps at me like I’m a two year old and walks away and the other guy that works there got my glasses for me. I will go to another Walmart from now on despite working at this one.
Jo Lehman: My husband broke his prescription frames and we went to buy some at the Optical Store and the person said we didn't need to buy a new frame, she could repair for under $2. Amazing customer service, thank you.
mitch ploskonka: I’ve been getting my glasses fixed at Wal-Marts my whole life and they have been helpful every time. At this vision center, however, I was helped by a young, disinterested worker who told me “sorry, we don’t fix glasses.” Suppose all the other helpful vision centers were wrong. Either that or this particular employee was lazy and unhelpful.

Mike Herritt: Experience with the staff has been wonderful. I’ve never had any issues when I go in to have my prescription checked. The doctor that did my eye exam was very thorough and considerate of all avenues that my insurance would allow. The ladies up front helped a lot in picking out new glasses. Overall made my experience with vision care very pleasant. Also the day I went in there were children in the lobby. I noticed all the staff on the floor were very good with the children. As a father myself I was very happy to see that. Definitely recommend this place and it’s wonderful staff for those who are looking for a smooth and painless process with any eye care needs.

Chelle: Came in to just have my eye cleaning solution refilled. I stood at the front desk for a little while. Then was asked by one of the employees with the glasses and dark hair , didn’t catch her name. to come have a seat. As, I sat there she started helping a customer, I asked her how long did she think It would be? She said she didn’t know. This is when she informed me that the lady she was helping had an appointment and that she and the other lady were the only ones working. Meanwhile another lady comes from the back and asks what was it that i needed and I told her and she stops what she is doing to take a few seconds just to refill the cleaning solution. Just a few seconds is all it took. Then another lady comes in and she was asked if she had an appointment. She says no she just wanted to look at some glasses.or some frames or something of the sort. she was seated and was in the process of being helped . Meanwhile I would have still been waiting if the lady hadn’t taken just a few seconds to just refill the solution .Again, just a few seconds is all it took. So my thing is why was what the the lady that came in after me that had no appointment as well. . Why was what she needed was so much more important than what I needed. You lost me as a customer and my family members and friends as well.

P & R Burry: Worst technician ever. I had my exam, which was fine but the technician to help me with frames had no idea what she was doing. She got very little help from the experienced tech nearby. She was basically thinking out loud about which charges she should charge me then quoted me about $400 per pair on $79 lens!!!! What a rip off!! When I asked if that was correct- almost $800 for 2 pair she it was - it's the reflection package and lens apparently. Don't waste your time or money here. What a disappointing appointment! I thought she would at least offer me other options in my price range. Will NEVER go back!

Judy: Made an appointment in advance for an eye exam and received TWO Confirmations back from this store confirming the Date and Time of my Appointment. Drove 30 minutes today for this appointment and I arrived on time. They claimed my appointment was for a different time but I showed them the Two confirmations still on my phone they sent me with the correct Date/Time. Then they blamed it on their computer but refused to honor my appointment and told me I would have to reschedule. Told me I could sit and wait to see if there were any no-shows the rest of the day. Really? Have been coming to this store for years but there will be no rescheduling because I will never be back!
