Courtyard by Marriott Lansing Downtown: what do users think?
Joey Nolan: Very nice and clean! Loved the bar downstairs and the service. Walkable distant for a lot of downtown events.Walkability: Downtown area with walkability. Market in the building as well.
Dan Orth: Newer clean rooms, easy check-in process, and a big grocery store right next door. The room includes a small fridge, microwave, and a white noise machine. The TV is the space is also newer allowing you to login to Netflix or YouTube, and easily clearing your credentials for peace of mind.We stayed on a Sunday night and only saw less than 10 others out and about in downtown Lansing. Super quiet outside and in the room.Parking is $14 per night.Would definitely book again.Nearby activities: Lansing Lugnuts FieldState Capitol
PKK: This is a premiere hotel. A perfect location with friendly, helpful staff near the Capital, local high-end restaurants for both lunch and dinner...all walkable. Try the Burger and fries, and enjoy the afternoon's happy hour specials. Highly recommend!Rooms: Comfortable. Large showers. Upscale furnishings.Nearby activities: Michigan's Capital, Lansing, is a few blocks away. Baseball stadium. Museums. Comics / Toys / Game Shop. Bars / nightlife. Peanut Shop...so good!Walkability: Flat streets and great eats!Food & drinks: Excellent local fair all within a few blocks. Hotel food was excellent if staying in for the night!Noteworthy details: Ride shares operate during regular hours...after hours rides can be difficult.
Jeff Mckay: Nice rooms gots food an a bar on property only down side is have to pay to pay to park plenty of options within walkin distance

Mark Mandelbaum: Great location in the Stadium district and near the baseball field. Meijer City market is next door and numerous restaurants are nearby. Friendly staff at this two year old property. This is the new, modern Courtyard model.
michael premer: $13.00 to park is a little too much. Forget about wifi would not work, front desk no help. Pretty loud with trucks coming and going, same with train which is 30 ft. away.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More

Gretchen Brown: So clean and spacious!! Beds were comfortable and cozy. Housekeeping checked in with us to see if we wanted services. That doesn't seem as common with the staff issues everyone seems to have.It was a great surprise to find they had a little white noise maker in our room. The fridge is a mini size, smaller than others, but all we needed. We'll definitely stay again.
LaTasha Smith: location is okay also of homeless people in the area, but to many Rooms are very nice, clean and modern. Loved the shower and the love seat was super comfy. The location is not great, we had just parked our vehicleRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Chris Roggen: Rooms are super nice. Located perfect walking distance to the Lansing center. Needed to ask for coffee pods as soon as we walked in as there was only 1. Looks like they missed that when cleaning and stocking the room. Super easy to request things from the app. Biggest disappointment....... Went down to the bar area for a drink one night and the server completely ignored our group of 3 standing at the end of the bar. Waited about 15 minutes and ended up going to the Meijer corner store attached to the building to get drinks and bring them back to our room.

W D: Enjoyed our night. Place is going through a remodel, however. Staff was excellent.Rooms: Room's were great, plenty of nearby activities.
Bob Pelfery: First time there. Would go again if needed.Second time here. Still good.Third time..not so good. Carpet stained and not cleaned well. Front door carpet ripped..could be a trip on the carpet issue. Other issues need to be addressed. Rust around tub drain. Tub not very clean. For the price it should be cleaner and stocked better with coffee and towels.
Chaz Watson: Standard Springhill. Nice affordable place to stay in west Lansing areaRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Erik Robinson: Very nice breakfast and atmosphere.
Dan Malcolm: Nice, clean, good value. Pool & hot tub area also nice, clean & well maintained. Alec, who checked us in, was great. Alec, thank you for looking high & low for straws! : )Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly, Great value …More
Sam Gurwin: Overall a 2 night stay was good- Desk Clerk Friday and Saturday was awesome (Nice Guy)...Sunday morning Clerks (2 Ladies) not helpful with breakfast issue and sitting behind main desk doing nothing- not very professional or very friendly. Breakfast issue (No eggs) while Breakfast Clerk on her Cell Phone. Front Desk Ladies of no help. Food finally did come out.The room was pretty good but there was one smoke detector hanging and they put a towel over it... it was really weird. So overall it was you know okay stay the pool is nice hot tub was nice I just wish the breakfast lady and the two ladies behind a desk Sunday morning would be a little more professional.
Bruce Ellison: Rates are good for a stay or a smash and dash! Winning.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Sheffer Holdings: Nice hotel going under renovations by new owners. Good staff and clean
Brianna Alaouie: Stayed recently and the hotel was wonderful! Breakfast was really good and we were just so happy with how clean the room was! Definitely staying again when in town!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
K.R. Fioravante: I stay here often. I really like the staff here. The only reason why I gave 3 stars, is because the housekeeping needs to improve. I understand staff may be short. However, I'm a cleaner myself and there are systems and tools that could be implemented to maintain the cleanliness consistently.I've twice now found bedding not replaced with fresh sheets after initially entering a room, surfaces aren't thoroughly wiped in rooms (you can see finger prints on everything) and vacuuming is lax on the already stained carpeting. This is overall a good hotel. Its quiet and the front desk staff are personable. If they could improve on the housekeeping, they'd get 5 stars. Unfortunately, the cleanliness factor is a major issue for me.
La'Nise Moody: Lovely place and great company
Business Man: Currently remodeling, but a very nice hotel with pool and jacuzzi rooms. I would recommend.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Radisson Hotel Lansing at the Capitol: what do users think?
Bonnie Hanner: How can a hotel like this have no microwave? Along with having no way to heat up your left overs from last night that you put in their fridge their restaurant is closed as well so and don’t know when it will reopen according to the front desk. Therefore there is no continental breakfast. Parking, You either have to pay for parking in the parking deck or park on the street which by 8 a.m. is not free anymore.I can go to the west side of Lansing and get more convenient parking and a microwave to heat up my food for $40 cheaper.
Annette Munroe: PICK ANYWHERE BUT HERE!Was told on arrival that the king room we reserved months in advance (& confirmed with reservatiin staff the day prior to our arrival) was not available & our only option was a double. The only thing keeping this review from being a full 1 star was the staff behind the counter who discounted our room & gave us a couple free non-alcoholic beverages (as well as handling several issues yet to come)When we asked the valet where the hotel parking lot was, he said our "only option was valet", so we filled out the form & gave him our key & he said we would get a text to use for payment & pickup once they got "caught up". Never got any text.Headed to assigned room & found a "do not disturb" sign on door handle but key unlocked door which opened to find pillow & blankets strewn across the floor so we quickly backed out. Back down to the check-in line to get a new room & the staff advised us that room had not only been marked "cleaned" but also marked "inspected & ready for occupancy" so she sent a housekeeping mgr up to our next room to verify it was good & then deal with the first room.Second room had view of a heart-wrenching 9-11 Monument with bright upward shining spotlights, unfortunately shining directly into our window & only sheer curtains were closable (black out curtains were apparently only for "decor" because their track only went 1 ft from the corners). Wall were paper thin & every surrounding conversation was loudly audible in detail all night. No hotel info in room & no TV info channel so we had no directions to hotel amenities or check out procedure.Obviously slept poorly but fast forward to 7am & still no text from valet so now worrying our car would be missing. Got to front desk to check out & find valet to sort out our car, only to be told the 3rd party valets never showed up for work that am & the hotel was trying to contact 3rd party mgt. Luckily the hotel mgr had keys to valet box so was able to get us & several others our keys & directions to find our cars (incredibly they asked those who had the valet text to still pay but most refused, they did give us our key based on photo ID only)Overall a HORRIBLE hotel experience, especially for the Radisson brand. Location was the only other good thing about hotel as it was across the street from convention center however everyone else at my event who stayed there had similar horror stories including 1 couple who said their first assigned room smelled so strongly of mold when they opened the door that they also had to be re-assigned to a double room instead of the king they paid for.AN INCREDIBLE DISAPPOINTMENT! I'd personally recommend staying elsewhere & just planning a little longer walk or drive to convention center before I'd trust Radisson again.

gli azzurri: You better not have anything remotely valuable in your car, or valet will steal it. Any reviews to the contrary are clearly fake. Nobody writes a review to compliment valet staff. This hotel is sketchy as can be. Much better options in nearby.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 3/5 …More

brandy pence: Very recently renovated rooms with beautiful upgrades.Rooms: Recently updated rooms with nice touches.Nearby activities: Convention center and minor league baseball as well as good restaurants.Walkability: Convenient to the Convention Center with a skywalk.
Oona Demko: Really loud ongoing construction that will not stop. Front desk won’t address the noise and says to just wait. They can’t switch rooms because they are supposedly all booked. I would not recommend staying here
Peggy Rauch: A lot of construction that does not allow for use of pool or hot tub. No bathtub in room. No internet password given. Valet parking was $28Rooms: 5/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Vishwa Teja Yerram: Strangest visit of recent times. There was mix up on their end during check in and someone opened our room door at 3 AM. Lucky us we had to door latch on if not they would have walked on to us during our sleep. This is located in convenient location but some websites mentioned of free parking which is not accurate. Public Garage close to it offer full day parking for over 20$. The room was outdated, dusting was not done on the furniture. All furniture in the suite had dust on it. Avoid it if you can.
Meghan Perry: If you come here you have two options for parking, you can valet parking is $30 something after taxes. And then there is a parking lot next door it's $15 for over night but they start charging every hour I think $3 at 6 or 7 am. You can get info at the pay here spot when you drive in but you pay when you leave. They do not have a pool and there is construction going on at the moment but it didn't seem to bother me.The bar and the kitchen closes at 9. I had a room we're you can see the capital I highly recommend. Valet, check in guy, and bartender are great. Hope this helps! I was on the tenth floor.Rooms: Rooms are nice, good size TV, love the shower.Walkability: There is a market near by, some art to look at and a few bars. Lol it's actually beautiful but make sure your tires are good coming to Lansing. Lol
Drew Dickey: I would like to say the valet service here is absolutely amazing. I was greeted and my car was taken good care of by Connor. He was very careful when handling my car and I would stay here a million times over for this great service they have provided.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Great value …More
Saucin Goat: I received the greatest valet service of my life let me tell you what! Sir. Connor was the best anyone could ask for, I left my bag in the car and without any hesitation Sir. Connor took off on foot full sprint looked like a cheetah and must be related to one because I blinked and he was back. So just wanna say a special thanks to Sir. Connor I’ll be forever GRATEFUL!!
Jennifer King: Staff were great. Room cleanliness could def be improved. There were some pretty gross stains on the comforter that I didn't find until just prior to checkout. Overnight parking in the ramp was costly at $21, then I got a ticket for $30 for being there a few hours over my check out time.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More

M Taylor: Rooms are horrible, very outdated!Rooms: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Shy Barnes: I had a horrible experience at this hotel when I got in the room the beds were not made and they overcharge me because it was the last room available and also the manager came screaming and knocking on my door before it was checkout time that I hurt had to hurry up and get out of the room or else he was keeping my depositRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Thomas Taylor: The overall atmosphere of the hotel was dirty. The parking lot needed to be cleaned. The lobby area was dark and uninviting. The room was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Angel Piya: Its like my second home. Few times repeated staying here. Fav hotel in jb town
Katie Stollar: We was charged twice the amount listed online due to it being a graduation weekend for MSU. They also wanted 100 cash deposit which was to be returned after checking out. The room was decent but looked grubby in the corners. The mirror over the vanity for the bathroom had 2 large holes behind it which extended down below the frame. The cable wire for the TV was just laying on the floor next to the door for the adjoining room. If you was using both rooms it would of tripped you (or kids) over and over. The breakfast they offered was great the next day.Upon checking out the man at the desk gave us the run around about returning the deposit. He called the housekeeping who claimed we was still in the room. He threatened to have us escorted from the building and keep the 100 cash deposit. After another call to housekeeper and him informing her that we was at the front desk and not in the room she then verified we left the room and the deposit could be returned. After such a hassle and being overcharged from the online price I will personally never go back to this placeEdit to add:Owner response seemed pretty much computer generated, much like the many other reviews. Clearly they have no plans to remedy the issues or make it right with the people they've done wrong. I for one would like some sort of refund, given the fact we paid double what was advertised and then asked for a cash deposit
Yvonne Ramos: Not sure if they are going through a remodel, but our room was horrible. Stains on carpet, bathroom floor very dirty, poor lighting, poor air circulation, outdated everything. I was upset to have spent that amount of money on an extremely low quality room.It wasn't the staff's fault. Everyone was very kind.
Jacob Nepochatov: In summary, the place is a good deal if all you want is a bed, but do not expect the hotel to be even remotely "nice."The good:-really convenient location-ample parking-easy check in/out-friendly staff-comfy bedsThe bad:-extremely outdated building with dark creepy corridors (especially at night)-Stench of chlorine throughout halls because pool is not in a separate area from the rooms. It's all kinda under one roof it's weird..-there is no water station so they CHARGE for water bottles at the front desk-room phone was dead-my blanket had a coffee stain (I hope)-cherry on top was our room had a window which only looked into the corridor outside the door. I realized, even with the curtains closed, someone could see both beds through the mirror on the wall. So basically expect to have very little privacy in your room someone can just peep in if they want.
Sanjeet Shrestha: Really good for the price. They have pool tables, swimming pool, gaming station and gym. Also the breakfast was really good for the price.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
ldwalton75: I was very disappointed when I walked in and saw the sign that read....No Birthday parties, No cake, etc or you'll be asked to leave the hotel. I have had and have been a guest there for many birthday parties and celebrations. And, for families to not be allowed the opportunity to celebrate there saddens me.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More
C J: What a disappointing experience. The place is old and dirty. Broken wall pieces, cracks, bed bugs, and very unprofessional. We went there for my daughter's 13th birthday. I reserved 2 rooms a month in advance. Honestly it's hard for me to even put into words how bad the manager Ron treated us and how unprofessional he was. I finished my check in, which was not the best experience. The girls went up to their room and my son and I finished bringing our stuff in. We had one balloon that was a table centerpiece that said happy birthday and one case of cupcakes, 3 presents and then our bags and snacks etc. As my son and I are walking the manager Ron stops me in my tracks as he is standing at the door of another clients hotel room arguing with her. He then proceeds to tell me no birthday stuff and I will get kicked out. He was so unprofessional. He wouldn't let me speak he wouldn't let me go collect the girls so we could discuss the situation. It was either get rid of every single bday thing including the cupcakes gifts all of it or get kicked out. No where on the reservations email or the website did it say you could not bring this stuff but he kept repeating it was on the web. By this time we are in the lobby I'm in tears, he is still talking over me being rude and unprofessional. Let me mention when we arrived there was a large group probably 10 adults a few teenagers etc in the common area by the pool with open beer cans, a case of beer on the table and a radio going. Then they brought out a TV!!! Ridiculous. Honestly if I had more time I would give more details but I'm so over the money and effort I put into this already. I have pictures of my confirmation and screen shots of the website and pics of the bed bugs etc I will be sharing and contacting corporate. Ron the manager is an arrogant, intimidating, unprofessional manager. He was eating behind the checkout counter, laughing acting like whatever. It was such a bad experience.
Julia Beck: Service at front desk is very helpful, whether switching from 2 bed room to 1 bed room, making a reservation for a tailor, or anything else the staff is always helpful.
Lori Shaw: Room was available on time, was clean and good size for the price. The bar was well staffed and good selection of drinks available.Reception staff especially Angus was very helpful and polite.Would stay again
Sara Hart: Terrible service and doesn't say they don't allow any parties on their websiteNoteworthy details: This place doesn't allow parties and doesn't tell anyone that they don't until after you deposit 200.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 2/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More

Joseph Peters: This place was just like being home. Spacious room with friendly staff. Walking distance from just about anything. Major kudos to the manager for going above and beyond expectations. 10/10 will stay there again
Melisha McMichael: We decided to stay here prior to a morning ferry crossing. The lady was very welcoming and our very large en suite room was charming and comfortable. We were served breakfast before the normal meal time because of our early ferry. The breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay again.

Victoria Butler: We had a great stay at HomeTowne. We stayed in an ADA room and my partner had his first shower in a very long time. He was in there for over an hour and the water never lost temperature. The room size and layout allowed me to easily move him around in a wheelchair and hoyer lift. The staff were all really great. We dealt mostly with Ryan who was wonderful during our stay, but every staff member we saw were kind and personable.
Emily Hinks: If it wasn't for someone else booking this hotel, I would have never agreed to stay in such a dump of a place. The hotel has nice rooms and looks great! I'll give them that. Red Roof, anything you always expect things to be dirty and they were! The hallways/ stairway looked like no one knew how to vacuum them. The entire building smelled like weed. We had to move rooms, because of it. We drove 9 hours, so after we ate, I wanted to take a shower. I noticed hair was on the floor, but the worst part was the hair on wash rag...... cobwebs on the floor by the HVAC unit. The second room was an improvement. My only complaint was the floor. My socks picked up a ton of dirt. There was a sign put up about being under construction. Please don't mind our dust. However, there wasn't any construction, and that's a poor, lazy excuse for a dirty hotel.Maybe some ventilation, new cleaning staff and cookware, cups, coffee pot, and silverware. If you have the equipment to cook, have everything else!!!Rooms: DirtySafety: Good lighting, apparently lots of stabbings
Fahimeh Hosseini: Nice hotel with fridge and stove and rooms with high ceilings renovated and clean
meranda white: They pick and choose who does and does not have to pay a deposit, I suspect based on skin color because as long as it was just me, no deposit was required but as soon as they saw my boyfriend, they then required a $50 deposit, literally the next evening. When I asked about the policy, I was put on the Do Not Rent to list apparently yet they cannot explain why nor give me anything to show that I am on the list. The front desk manager Josh was adamant that he didn’t have to have a reason.

Kyle and Deborah Isenegger: We had an amazing experience here! We were in town for our daughters high school 🏫 graduation. The rooms were clean and the staff was very polite and professional, willing to help in any way they could!! A very special shout out to James and Shima!! You two are prime examples of what customer service should be everywhere!!!Rooms: The rooms were very cozy and welcoming!! I was shocked to see they supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash on a dispenser in the shower 🚿 !! Good move!

Cat man do: The room wasn't ready so they gave me the wrong room. Went to the front desk to her and told her what room # and she argued with me it was different # and we walked to the room that was mine that she argued it wasn't and Guess what my wife was in there and i said See!!. Talk to front desk next morning and still had my room # wrong. Will not be staying there Again.
ceekay ceekay: They need to change the materass it locks you in a spot while seeping and that hurts your back, rm 270 it is.Rooms: Matterass should be firm so one can get good nite sleep and separate the bathroom light and vent switch, not every time one goes inside do one need the vent on which is so loud noise too
ldwalton75: I have previously stayed at this location many times. On this particular occasion, I was in desperate need of a place to stay and be safe for a few night after my home was shot up in a drive by shooting. It was 3am and I tried to check in but because I had a Yorkie they wouldn't let me stay. I was in a state of panicked, terror and disbelief at the trauma I just endured with my son. Your home is suppose to be you safe haven. I needed a safe place and I chose this place. Although, I was turned away, the staff did offer me water and I was still clearly shaken up and was still trying to catch my breath. I had to drive 5 miles down the road to another hotel who took me in without an issue but still charged me an extra $100 because of my dog.I was just glad to finally get to a safe place.
Anne Martell: Hotel is very good. Clean and quiet.Rooms: Clean quiet.Walkability: The hotel is surrounded by lots of walkable restaurants.Food & drinks: Lots of restaurants around the area. If you are used to authentic Chinese food try Limit Kitchen from DoorDash it’s amazing.
Amanda Brown: I stayed here for a couple of nights on a work trip. I normally have very positive experiences with Marriott, and this trip was an outlier. First, the positives: the rooms were clean and the front desk staff was very friendly. Now for the unfortunate bits: the hotel/room felt dated, parking lot was full of massive potholes, and the TV in my room didn't have cable. I tried to watch a show on ABC and was met with a message on the screen that indicated the contract with the cable company had expired. Nice. Also, the Starbucks in the lobby was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Unfortunately for me, I was traveling on a Monday/Tuesday, so I had to have breakfast and a coffee delivered via a third-party service. Location was also about a 15 min drive from the airport and a 15 min drive from the MSU campus (which was why I was in Lansing), so at least for me, the location wasn't even convenient. I wouldn't stay here again.
Samantha Habbinga: We were in town to see a performance at the Wharton Center as a family. The pull out bed in our room didn’t have sheets on it, the light in our bathroom didn’t work consistently and the room was very poorly lit. We booked a hotel with a pool intentionally and it was a major disappointment. The water was freezing and the pool appeared to need resurfaced and deep cleaned. We also were expecting continental breakfast and were disappointed this wasn’t available. All in all I would recommend staying else where.
TT Brown: The hotel is in a good location. There are restaurants and a mall across the street.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Terrence Ingram: Good location, good service, clean room

Doug Martin: No continental breakfast. AC in the room is very loud. Needs a little maintenance. Electrical outlets need to be replaced as nothing will stay plugged in. Bathroom door has part of the siding coming off which prevents it from closing smoothly. The doors are very loud. You can hear all your neighbors when they come and go. No microwave in the room, but they did bring one when requested. Staff was extremely helpful. Room was clean. TV was good. Lighting was horrible. I had to use my phone flashlight to pour water in.the coffee pot. Fridge is tiny. I've stayed in many Courtyards and have never seen one without a microwave or continental breakfast. They did have a breakfast bar where you could purchase breakfast and coffee (Starbucks....yuk).

Stephen Kievit: Went here for a conference. What I saw of this place is that it is very run down. The back parking lot where we were told to park was nothing but big pot holes. Going into the conference center, the ceiling was as wavy as the ocean, and the tiles were hardly up there. Very dirty, grungy lookin place.

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lansing, MI: what do users think?
Bridget Hayes: Hotel was extremely dirty. I had to request for the bathtub and toilet to be cleaned upon arrival. The room was extremely dusty, I could see heavy layers of dust. The hotel was dingy, dimly lit, and carpet had bleach stains. Hotel is dated and in desperate need of remodeling. Making the $100 incidental charge offensive, I will never stay there again and have advised our organization to remove you from our list for room block accommodations.
Jack.K Yang: Rented two rooms for three nights there on April 21-24. Room 102 had an awful sweat/wet carpet like smell to it, unbearable. Could not get room switch bc night was booked per desk attendant and they handed us a bottle of air freshener to spray which didn’t help after using the entire quarter bottle. So we had to buy air freshener and spray perfume in the room to mask stinky smell. Was able upgrade to suite next day room 103 for xtra $10/day to be closer. Would not recommend this hotel for the price. Could have accommodated room switch for no xtra charge for the bad experience.
Damyon Finch: Whatever you see on the website, is a lie. This place is not nice. 160 a night? Not worth that. The lobby is the nicest part.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5 …More
grim_apparatus: Upon reading some of the other reviews left for this hotel, my fiance and I were a little worried what we had gotten ourselves into. Upon arriving I noticed their parking lot looks like a WW2 battlefield pocked with craters towards the back. Luckily the inside of the lobby is pretty nice, and the staff were nothing but friendly and helpful. The room itself was quite outdated with very old appliances and the smallest TV I've ever seen in a hotel room. But, that being said, it wasn't the worst place to stay the night. Our two chief complaints about this hotel are the carpet that is old and smells like a wet dog's behind, and the mattress on our bed was quite obviously old, stained, and not that comfortable. For $100 a night I guess you could do worse. Atleast I didn't find any blood stains mentioned in other reviews.
Brianne Spedoske: Went for Spring break, pool was open when we checked in and closed later for "maintenance". Was the main purpose of our stay. Missing hand soap from our bathroom, blood stain on the pillow case and the microwave didn't work. Otherwise a very quiet hotel. The front desk lady was polite.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Kayla Rautanen: Pool was absolutely disgusting! Would not let kids swim in it. You could not see the bottom of it.Rooms: Pull out mattress in couch was horrible. Stained and ripped.I would not let anyone sleep on it.It did not have any bedding.

Red Roof Inn Lansing East – MSU: what do users think?
Nicole: Great room for the price! The staff is also very friendly.
Tammy Hardiman: Price was not bad. Location was very convenient. Rooms were not the best. Needed remodel and deep clean. 2nd floor walkway underneath had exposed rebar and broken cement that could pose a risk to ground floor guests. We requested no housekeeping just access to fresh towels each day. We wanted to give housekeeping a break.A staff member acted as though we had intentions of taking them and made us return dirty towels each day before we could get new ones.Lastly we kept getting locked out of our room and had to have key card reset several times over the course of our stay.Overall not a terrible experience but would not choose this location again.
Lucas Dainen: Nice and quiet, accommodating for the furries. Very pleased
Gabbi: This hotel was extremely disgusting. I am only able to give one star if I was able to give no stars and leave a review I would! Not only did they not provide any hot plates for the microwave which is the only thing we have to warm up food!!!! THEY ALSO HAD ROACHES !!! I repeat they had roaches!!!! I’m itching now writing this review after I stumped in the office and demanded a refund which they gave over so easily because they knew!!!! When I address the lady in the front desk and ask have this been a pass problem she says “ “oh not in that room” …. Wouldn’t you think if they had them in one room they have them in ALL!!!!! I’m telling you guys I only spent three hours in the room in a mama roach gave birth to 38 babies in my bag!!! Luckily, I caught it the same night, I would’ve went home with roaches. How disappointing lost out on a good bag!!! Please don’t book here or you will be the next victim of this disaster!!!! Or sleep with one eye open!!!!
Aileen Huard: We stayed at the lansing Michigan location and it was awful. No towels and toilet paper and was refused towels and toilet paper at the desk had to go buy our own. Ice covered stairs my mom fell down the stairs slipping on the ice and the office staff could care less. No remote for the TV. Snow blew in at the seem of the door the shower temp was reversed the microwave handle was broke

ROBRET MATHY JR: Was not happy staying here at all. It was totally disgusting in all ways. Bathroom was so not clean and very nasty. Urine stains on toilet and floor. Toilet was still unflushed with urine in it. Bathroom door had a hole in it. Shower floor had hair all over it and not cleaned. Empty shampoo bottle on shower floor behind broken shower chair. None of the room had been dusted in a long time. The floor was not moped recently with dirty shoe prints. Carpet was not vacumed and food crumbs all over.Very dirty refrigerator. Bedding looked clean but was 100% sure. It was close to where we had to be next morning but I'll never stay there again.

Bill O'Dell: We booked 12 rooms for our softball team. A handfull of parents we talking and having a drink in the back of the parking lot, and the maintenance guy came out yelling and being extremely rude and threatening, then called the cops. We apologized to the rude maintenance man and he could care less. Well the cops laughed and told us to enjoy our stay as he lied saying we were buying minors alcohol lol. Oliver the hotel manager was completely awsome and handled the situation very well. We are a traveling team and never met a crazy guy like that before. Thanks again Oliver for addressing the maintenance guys issues. Best of luck with him.
Cap'n Merica: Using this facility for decades. Great rooms and restaurant. However, the room this time was not clean. Pubic hairs in the tub rim. Some type of spilled fluid next to the TV.
