Ashley Harris: Every product they sale is great, however the Reiki service with Jody was trash and I would like my money back or at least half, it literally was just a therapy session... No Reiki at all.... And I can get therapy for free...I Left feelings the same... And please I'm a channeler so I know what is takes... It's at lot more I have to say but it's too much I just won't ever get other kind of service from here other than their products ( crystal,sage, etc)!! PS I did get a better Reiki healing from other place it was way better and cheaper

Linda Chaffee - Gogarn: They have beautiful stones and crystals. I bought 2 pretty specialty boxes to take back to Nevada. My son found wonderful scents for his candle making. The ladies helped us and wrapped our purchases well for traveling. I definitely want to come back.

All of their employees are brand new and are left there alone which is not fair to them on their first day. And now it seems that they are only taking cash… I’m not sure what’s going on with the store but I do feel bad for their employees, and I really hope that they can get all their problems straightened out.

The dude doesn't even get any good type of commission. I don't know what these other people on here are complaining about him for. He deserves a promotion, or at the very least a raise. Only gave it 4 stars because I figured ya'll would be more likely to see it.

Jen Wolf: I'm giving them four out of five stars at the moment, only because while normally I would give them five, and the business absolutely has my loyalty, but there is one little snag. There is one employee, a male by the name of Dave, who is just rude. I've watched him several times; it's not just to me, but to every customer he deals with. He acts as though every customer is a burden to him and every minute he has to spend serving them is taking out of his precious personal life or something. Not only that, but he even lies to customers; he lied to me twice, and I've heard that he lied at least one other time to someone else, so he has no business sense whatsoever and he definitely does not match the rest of the staff of this fine establishment, who are on point and wonderful-I have nothing but great things to say about them. The fact that he rushes you, coupled with the absolute no return policy is a real good way to lose money so if you go in there and Dave is on duty, you might be better off coming back at another time. Just thought people should know about this.To be very clear: I love this store, and they will continue to be my only tobacco/vape store as long as I'm in this area!

I get if they have to use the restroom or something, but what are the chances of that happening to me the last 3 times I have been there? You can't make money and sell things if your doors aren't open 🤷🏼♀️ Guess I'll just take my business elsewhere.

Maybe the person who did this used glue to shut the box?!The 3rd person who came to tell me they couldn't do anything started screaming and telling me to leave after I said, "I didn't steal the soccer net" she screamed that I put words in her mouth, she never said that" and I needed to leave!!!!Not helping a costumer with a weird situation like this, saying there's nothing they can do is implying I took out the net and threw in that stuff.I asked for her manager, she laughed and said he's not in. I asked for her name and she laughed. I asked the employee sitting and laughing what was the others women's name and she just laughed at me too.I did take a picture to show management who all had been "helping me" but deleted because it didn't help the situation 😬It was a TERRIBLE experience and I'm thankful for the one and ONLY Professional who helped at the end. 30 minutes later I left with a new soccer net and we opened to make sure it was in there before heading back home.The world is broke and people don't give two hoots about anyone else's time but their own. Staff goes into it annoyed and ready to fight. This will be an experience I won't forget.

Alessandra Bailey: my friends and i were looking at the jewelry to see if we can get ones that would match, the cashier (i think) asked if we needed help with anything and we said no. you would think that she would go back to her job but she kept staring at us and was watching us the whole time until we were done picking our bracelets. my male friend looked at these playboy earring and wanted to buy them and my other friend who was with us said she would buy it so he gave it to her. after she bought the things another woman came up to my male friend and wanted to know if he stole those earrings(even though he gave them to our other friend). she spoke to our group and asked for the receipt and seen that the earrings was on it but then asked to see in our bag if it was in there(which it was).she did apologize to him after but it didn’t seem like she meant it and walked away. she also said something along the lines “this has been happening all day sorry”. this is very bad service, we felt uncomfortable with those two employees watching us like a hawk and honestly would not want to go there if they are there still. it felt as though they were profiling my friend, a black male, who is also a minor (all of us are). bad service, i don’t think employees are allowed to look in our bags, even after they see the items on the receipt. please look into this asap.

If you think you have been to a better shop, you are wrong. See Thru My Eyes It Will Help You See Clearly: Worst customer service ever! I walked from the Haven to check the other smoke shop out I was in my work clothes. ( I do private construction and remodeling of home's, at times very dirty job.) The male that was there rushed over to me and stared at me like I was going to steal something while the female danced behind the counter never once asking if I needed help or if I would like to see something. Rang me up never asked of I wanted a bag.there isn't enough room in the store and it's set up badly. I will never spend a penny there again if it was that last smoke shop on earth. I won't check out the one on the other side of town because of the bad behavior of the staff at this one.
