Campbell's Market Basket: what do users think?
Rachael Lewis: Torn between a 3 & 4 star review. My husband and I shared the greek wrap and tomato soup. The soup was great and the wrap was large enough to share. It was very fresh but I wish there was a bit more flavor, peperoncini’s, black olives, cucumber, maybe some dressing as well. We will definitely try it again and maybe update the review.
Jim Baldwin: The staff here is amazing. Lots of unique foods and drinks along with the grocery staples. Highly recommend the avocado toast they make fresh to order.
Abbie Stevens: Get the breakfast sammy with garlic cream cheese - it makes it extra melty and delicious. I also love their soups and cold drinks selection.
Will Ross: Beautiful store with a range of fresh produce, curated provisions and ready-made meals to go. That's without mentioning the sandwich and bagel bar, an attraction in itself.
Paul Troutman: Campbell's Market is a gem in East Lansing. We tried their sandwiches and soups and they were excellent. Ken and his team run a great business and we hope they are a staple of EL for a long time.
Garret Van Haaften: Nice little market. Only got an iced coffee this time but the value was good
Molly Bancroft: Nice to have a local market with gourmet wine, cheese, limited produce/cheese and sandwiches that are fresh. It's a bit expensive but the quality is there and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Alice Dreger: I love this place, especially as we are eating a lot more vegan. Not only can I get vegs and fruits, canned beans and excellent local corn chips, and lots of kinds of nuts (plus yum fresh-ground nut butters), they've got tofu, miso, and great hummus. And the staff is the best!
Vaibhav Garg: A chic market on Grand River Ave. It escapes everyone's attention but is one of the best businesses in the area.
Annabell Landis: Very nice little grocery - only wish that they accepted EBT.
C: I adore this place! It is such a cute cozy environment. The made to order food is awesome, my favorite is the avocado toast it comes with lots of fun toppings. They have a great variety of produce and specialty goods too. The staff is always very friendly and the service is very fast! One negative is that most things can be a bit on the expensive side but the quality is always very good. It's a great place to come in and grab a bite or a coffee with a friend on a rainy day.
Gavin O'Connor: Such a great little marketplace, I lived down the road from it for 2 years and didn't even know it existed until a few months ago, but since then I go in on a weekly basis. Slightly expensive but there's a clear emphasis on organic, healthy food so it makes sense. Great atmosphere, great music, extremely friendly employees, and delicious sandwiches. That breakfast sammy they make is amazing too, heavily recommend.
Tate Evans: Best sandwiches in Downtown East Lansing. Their lunchbox deal can't be beat, and includes a varied selection of sandwiches, chips, drinks, and huge, delicious cookies. Be careful not to come here too often, as you will soon find little reason to go anywhere else.
Aleksander H: Soups are 💯
Andrea Fontana: Absolutely obsessed with this little market. I love being able to find local produce and other treats here (I.e. mochi). Don’t leave without a cookie by the register! Everyone is so helpful! It’s a gem within East Lansing!
Pretty Duckling: For everyone who wants Whole Foods but can't get there. Serves convenient, healthy lunches and offers the best, freshest produce in the area.
Lower Michigan: Small ship with some good food. Outdoor dining in the back.
Mitchell Moore: Tomato bisque soup was delicious and had great assortment of cold press juices. Staff was friendly. A mini downtown Whole Foods.
A S: Great variety of fresh and prepared food, juice, beer, pantry staples. Also, made-to-order sandwiches, coffee drinks, tea. Makes me wish I lived nearby!
Kristi C: Always a favorite place to shop! A variety of unique and favorite products, awesome Deli selections, and always great customer service!

Save More Meat & Dairy Market: what do users think?
James Wehagen: They have a reasonable selection of items, for their rather small neighborhood convenience store. You can pick up the things that a typical household would need at a moments notice. Plus they sell alcohol and cigarettes. They even cashed a small check that I received in the mail from the Lansing Housing Authority. You should be aware, this is a neighborhood convenience store so, prices are a bit higher. That understood, the folks that work there are friendly enough. And I could see how it might be a little difficult for someone using a wheelchair, or mobility device such as my walker, may have trouble maneuvering about the place, though it is accessible for both. It is so close to my apartment that I do my fair share of shopping there. All in all, I gave an honest four (4) star rating to the little store.
Robert Reid: Called to ask about a item. Have never been treated so ride by an employee while trying to find out information about a product. Will never go to this establishment and will make sure to let all my friends know how shabbily they treat you here. If I could give it a zero Star I would.
Danger Grey Aguilar Sanchez: Exelente atención
MrBarney Knows: They ok, but Pop's way to slow and could definitely use some help regularly. Yes he could. And better English wouldn't hurt...
Burrell Mcgee.: Love it
A QUEEN BY ALL Means: Went here for scratch off tickets
Rhonda Harvey: Good meats
Veronica Bullard: Prompt service. They had a lot of the item I went there to buy. I was pleased.
B Gz: Fresh meat and a couple grocery items.
Carrie Vanwormer: Their bacon and steak are the bomb
Sandra Bullard: Charged me $8.97 for 4 tomatoes, 2 Hershey with almond candy bars and 1 box of Jiffy corn muffin mix. I did not realize he overcharged me until I got home. I should have been paying attention 😡
Eva Dillard: Be careful this store sell rotten meat i shop there coby cheese was molded bacon was slimey chicken wings was stinky and did not take them back so be careful shopping at save more meat.
Elizabeth Rivera: Good people clean store just wish there was more variety but the meat here is pretty great as long as you know what your looking for
Jim Ward: Great meats and liquor, friendly service and reasonable prices but unlikely they will cash your paycheck...
thomas bennett: It smelled back and cashier was rude
Diana Weaver: Neighborhood store with great meat counter on the back. Friendly service. Always respectful and fast.
Todd Calder: Meat counter has saved me countless trips further away.
Willie Eskew: Old guy at register makes up prices if your not paying attention and has no idea where anything in the store is
Angela Lee: Very good prices
Ken Manley: New liquor.
Towan Clark: Great store

Gorman's Food Market: what do users think?
Debra Martin: I love this store but prices are higher than any other grocery store I've shopped at but they have great people working there, the prices are very high now since the last time I was in the store.
sarah cross: Great place
Jordan Hoggard: I’m new to the area and just discovered Gormans and I love shopping here. The meat/deli prices are better than your big chain grocery stores. I love that it a small town feel and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Meijer wishes their staff was this friendly.
Michael Taliaferro: Convenience pricing on everything but nice butcher shop and easy in/out.
Larry Ray Spencer II: Very friendly, not a giant store, awesome meat's and in and out nice and easy! 😁
RAYMOND EVANS: Worker's are very rude
Nicolas Carbonell: I have been a customer of this market for some time, I have observed that they are RACIST, when they see a Hispanic customer, I have never seen them be well treated, the products are quite acceptable... They have a very unfriendly treatment.
Ben Mast: Decent lunch counter. Great meat counter. Just got a 3.5 lb roast I can't wait to make. Not the most amazing store, but I have no complaints.
Danise Lyon: Great place if you don't want to go to a big store. Reasonable prices
blackmagic m1ke: I rode my bicycle to the grocery store and I was turned away at the door because I had a backpack. I will not be returning here.
Tiffany Downs: Just recently purchased a meat bundle it is Excellent. We are so grateful for businesses like Gorman's. We definitely will purchase another bundle soon. Best investment this year. Thanks Again.
Tina “Tee” Lagana: Love this market. Been a frequent patron for 40 years & never dissatisfied. Good quality meats & fresh vegetables along with good friendly customer service
tHe lAw: Rude cashier
Evan Husted: Best meat department in the tri county area. Friendly people and great service!
Ben Campbell: Same Gormans! Kinda reassuring!
Robin Warren: Kinda expensive. But great for quick in and out. Great looking meat counter. Prices on meat weren't bad.
Big Rob: Deli is excellent! Best steaks around!
Eric Brockway (Bruke): A good small local grocery store. They offer some prepared food in their albeit small deli; the exact foods changes daily but there's usually some form of fish and a soup, plus about a half-dozen other options. Their meat counter is exceptional and they will even sell 30 or 40 pound combined packages of meats at a deep discount. Some of their meat (like chicken and some pork) is from large vendors but I believe they actually process most their beef themselves, on site. They sell chilled two-liter bottles of soda. They sell lottery tickets and alcohol. The store recently changed ownership and there's been some subsequent changes but overall it's still a very nice grocery store and worth visiting.Update January 2023New owners but still a good store. They sell some new stuff, particularly rice and curry. I haven't seen the chilled two-liter sodas recently which makes me sad but overall still reccomend them.
Joanna Hefton Rost: Great neighborhood grocery store. Their deli has great food with lunch options. Igo for their chicken wings. 😋
Ann Schmitt: Great meat counter.
Glenda Wilson: Nice plAce

Global Food Market: what do users think?
Sun Rose: Organized, clean and the owner was helpful. A large variety of global eats. I will go back again soon.
Ehsan Ghane: Excellent groceries
jasper engel: One of my favorite places to go to grab snacks or ingredients for new foods I want to try, it's always a pleasant environment in the store and I always end up leaving with good food and a smile on my face. Truly a great place to be.
Gordon Satoh (Monumental Pens): This is a really neat place to visit if you enjoy Middle Eastern groceries. The store owners are incredibly nice people as well. Highly recommended.
Canan Dirican: Little pricey comparing to other middle east markets
sister sister: Just did a walk through but this seems to be a good store.
Aws Hasan: So bad
Glenn Stumpp: Nice little market.
yoshinda mitchell: I Like It A Lot.

Mustafa AlObaidi: The store owner and staff are super nice and friendly. There are a wide variety of groceries and a meat shop. The baked bread is amazing
Nickie C: Large variety of items. Clean. Fresh produce. The young lady cashier is friendly and helpful.Parts of the store always seemed to be cluttered as if they were in process of stocking and got called away. The parking lot is treacherous for the disabled. The only 2 handicap parking spots are at the far end of the auto parts store. More spots are needed, more ramps are needed and the potholes need patching.
Anas Al saiasneh: Good market to buy Arabic products.
xosro d: نان خوبی داره
Brent Cox: Nice place, a little messy. Hot food bar smelled great!
Aroder: Awesome great product is there wid good quality lots of variety is there

Capital City Market: what do users think?
Karla Darnell: Like the setup but some of the Employees arent to friend mainly the guys They act like its an imposition for them to be there.. But otherwise its a pleasant place to do business.
george gouin: Just cool upbeat place
David McCarthy: Refused to accept a bottle return at 8:05pm, almost two hours before they closed. They claimed they were only required to accept bottles during certain hours of the day. Since I had biked there with the bottles, I had no room to buy new containers without simply forfeiting my deposit. This is the kind of customer service we get after giving millions of dollars in public subsidies to a multi-billion dollar corporation.
renee hall: Great store. Always has everything I'm looking for. Good parking. Friendly staff. It's so awesome to finally have a grocery store downtown!!
Rachel Fredrickson: Most of the produce is spoiled.
Melissa Davids: I love this store and location. My daughter and I go here and get good stuff . Prices are resealable and you check yourself out.
Jason Watson: Great to have a real grocery store downtown.
Tonino Pacifico: Very easy to find items. Nicely organized
Robbie Scott: i like this place! even though its a grocery store everything feels so cozy as soon as you walk in, and they have a lot of stuff i don't usually see at other stores
Anthony Amirante: Best grocery store sushi ever.
Jadenplaysgames: (2022 july)I havent been in there but my mom goes and there sushi is good and I heard its a good store and The items are! I suggest going here i go to the grocery store big ones but this one It seems okay(A month after that i went Nice place)
Quentin Moon: This is a terrible place to shop for anyone who isn't a street walking addict looking for a fight.
Trevor Benoit: Not just a grocery store, but an essential part of creating a walkable downtown in Lansing. The market is located in a prime spot in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible for both locals and visitors. Their selection of fresh produce and locally sourced products is impressive, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. By supporting local farmers and businesses, they contribute to building a stronger community. Capital City Market offers a unique and exceptional shopping experience that is hard to come by in other grocery stores. If you're looking for a store that is dedicated to providing high-quality products and supporting the local community, Capital City Market is the place to be.
Jenni Taylor: So u can use your mperks at this meijer but they do not validate meijer sales ads!? That's ridiculous... why are u named, meijer? I'll never do here again! It's a rip off
Medardo Antonio Rodriguez: Always a good place to do convenience shopping because its location.
John S: Too many homeless people just hanging out all day, charging their phones and whatever else they have with them. Used to enjoy sitting down to relax with a cup of coffee but got tired of people wanting to sit at the table with me to charge their phone. The little cafe area used to have a microwave, but due to the homeless population, they took it out. Why won’t management do something about this? I’m sorry these folks are homeless but enough is enough. You can barely enter the store without being accosted for money, cigarettes, food, etc. it’s the same people all day, everyday. The store imposed a 1 hour limit but the people just leave after an hour and come back. Prices are also very high and selection is a bit limited. Produce is the high point of the store for me, it’s fantastic. Sadly I won’t go in anymore bc things are just out of hand.
Reese Clark: Produce is great, and they do offer some affordable choices
Darla Dowker Jackson: This place is great for finding nearly everything you need, without that feeling of "embarking on an epic quest, possibly never to be heard from again" feeling of the larger Meijer stores. They also have a great selection of local foods, and often there are weekend days when area vendors have food samples. The downside is that nothing ever goes on sale, and it lacks the wide variety of its larger cohorts. So depending on your shopping needs, this may or may not be a great fit for you.
Jim Lott: Some unusual groceries available but certainly not everything from a normal store. Eat in area looked good but I'll have to try it another day.
Meghan Perry: Really nice and clean inside. Food looks delicious and fresh.
