Anytime you buy a used car you have to go in with expectations that things won’t be perfect, both with the car and the car buying.That being said I am pleased with my deal here. Was able to test drive without having to fight with a salesman about financing (that happens almost EVERYWHERE else). I came back with some questions and the folks there were fairly straightforward about the car. They didn’t try to beat me up on the price, I had a number in mind when I walked in and they hit within $200 of that number. And then after all was said and done, we cranked through paperwork and I was able to take the car home within a few hours of test driving.Again, anytime you buy a used car you take a chance and you have to go in with the understanding that things won’t all be perfect. With that in mind, I liked the people here, I’m pleased with the car I got, and everything was smooth.

999 4L: I wouldn’t recommend anybody buy a car from here, smh. Me and my brother both have purchased cars from this place (both cars under 150k miles), and within 2 MONTHS of having these cars we’re both car-less at the moment, waiting on our engines to be replaced. Being that they’ve died in that very small amount of time. I was excited to finally have a car again, and so was my brother. We’ve both been misinformed about the truth of these cars, as well as being given false hope about the future of these cars. They’re both great cars that were just sold by a horrible company. IF YOU DONT HAVE TO, NEVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE. It doesn’t matter how bad you want the car you see don’t do it. Your car will not last very long no matter how “new” it looks.

I bought a suv from them last year now, and it’s been a HUGE money pit. I fix one thing then something else breaks and needs replaced. As soon as I had gotten it home the battery light turned on and hasn’t been turned off since. I thought it was just a glitch but no. It’s a lemon. Be careful the car you buy from there! I just bought another suv from Sundance who I definitely recommend!!!!!

Much to my excitement I got my neighbor to watch my daughter so i could go right away to get my wife a car as her engine blew on her car a few days ago and she needs transportation to get too and from work. I then get to the dealership and they tell me im not approved I need to supply more documentation for my income, being self employed, sub contractor tattoo artist, who is paid in cash i do not have check stubs, or daily bank deposits, they never said i needed to supply more documentation in the email or text, they said approved, not needed further documentation, i wasted my time and my neighbors time watching my kid for nothing and now my credit score has a hard inquiry for nothing. Their car selection is poor and almost every car on their lot has bad reviews

Christy Mayo: I would NOT recommend going here to buy a car. My husband and I drove from Grand Rapids to check out a car. After we decided to purchase the car, they needed to fix a few things and I needed to finalize financing with my credit union. Marti OFFERED to have the car delivered to us in Grand Rapids, and we were thrilled that we wouldn't have to drive back to pick it up. When the car was done having the few items fixed, she "couldn't find any drivers" to deliver the car even though I told her they could come any day. She finally admitted that we would have to come get it- why even offer delivery if you can't actually deliver? Once we got the car, I took it to my local trusted mechanic and it needed $800 in repairs. I emailed her to see if they would do the right thing and reimburse me for any part of it, and I didn't receive a response. I would never buy here again.

They've promised to buy parts for my truck and every time I ask about the parts they "don't remember". When I tell them something is wrong with my vehicle Kelly wants to compare my problems with her car problems and give me tips on how I can fix it on my own. No offense I don't care about you're car problems lady and it's y'all job to fix mine especially since I'm paying on mine still. If you're looking for a vehicle I'd make this place one of my last resorts.

I had to pay thousands of dollars to replace a rear axle from a Jeep dealership, because the front axle had already been replaced by someone who didn't know what they were doing and used an axle with a different gear ratio! This meant I couldn't drive my $40,000+ 4x4 vehicle in 4 wheel drive. They also promised me a hard top to go along with my vehicle, and when I arrived I see that it is in terrible condition, almost unusable. They promise me again that they will help me get a hard top using their connections, and I never heard about that again, except when I had to reach out and ask, and was told they had nothing for me.I am continuing to find issues that are directly related to the accident that this vehicle was in before it was sold to me. They also falsely advertised the number of owners, I have proof that they listed it as a one owner vehicle when it had been bought, sold, and driven twice before I purchased it.Now they refuse to return my calls about buying the vehicle back from me at a reasonable price after I have done nothing but fix the issues and they vehicle has less than 20,000 miles.Avoid at all costs. They also struggle with theft, when I was shopping they had multiple vehicles stolen from the lot the night before.

He could have simply told me no, but instead he instantly went to threatening me and cussing me out.**I do want to add, the receptionist lady I talked to was EXTREMELY nice and helpful after my bad experience with Kirk. IF I was to EVER come back, it would only be because of how helpful the receptionist was.
