Also, at your local libraries.Unfortunately, living in TN for 26 years I was not eligible for a permit until a 850.00 debt (totally my responsibility)was not eligible for a permit.On a fixed income after 7 mo. satisfied those debts. Only for TN to leave the debts on their end so left with no permit for 3rd time.Prayed, (new for me) asking only to be satisfied with results; be they as they may.Hours later, called TN after months of getting disconnected phones, told no, just over it but, I thought hey, what did I pray for? Called 2 mns. to closing time talked to a human told sure, I can do that for you now.Sorry, about the long story. The tickets from Sept. 2006; On my first day back trusting nothing is impossible just may be gone.Either way, thank you to the clerk at the SOS, a prayer for inner peace and being irresponsible, driving w/ no lisence, I have no legitimate complaints... JFT.

I wouldn't be so frustrated if I could just get back in but it's months out to get a appointment so I can drive my new car!!!!
