Sabrina Child: I have lived here, on and off, for over 20 years. Used to be a very nice park. That is a thing of the past. We have mgt that does not care about the people here, only worried about rent checks coming in. It is sad to watch it go downhill. If you don't mind lots of noisy vehicles, rude people and high rent for a lot you have to maintain, then feel free to come here. It's sad but I very much look forward to moving away from here!!!!

Batman Banks: This is a small mobile home park in Michigan. Was seeking employment here actually but they were unprofessional and stopped answering the phone for my number and wouldn't return my calls.

Anjelle Hoxie: Just moved in!! Park terrace is a beautiful peaceful place to live and our park manager Heather is absolutely wonderful!! She has been very helpful with our requests and needs and in a timely manner very pleased so far with our experience here!!

I dont have enough words to describe how hard she works. This is not a perfect place to live, no where is but this place is ALWAYS improving. Travis Stockenauer: My sister is renting a trailer in this park currently and it is HORRIBLE heat doesn't work and pipes freeze Everytime it gets cold out .. we call all the time and NOBODY WILL FIX ANYTHING!!!! DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PARK!!! You will regret it every step of the way it has been absolute hell living here for her. BY FAR THE WORST MOBILE HOME PARK IN OR AROUND LANSING. Not much different than rotunda

crystal littell: Very shady management. We lived there 10 months. They don't care about tenants' safety. We were told lie after lie. Fix the tree Mark! Had to threaten legal action to get an offer so we could get out. Strongly suggest run away while you can!

PRose 66: They don't deserve one star. I know someone who lives out there, the parking lot, .road conditions are bad!!! You call Maintenance they have an excuse to not do work in your home.

Francis Smith: Stay away, owners are very dishonest and greedy. Moved in here almost 2 years ago and purchased my trailer in full, immediately the lot rent increased yet the roads remain in ruins. Problems with raccoons. Trailers constantly burning down. Maintenance guys don't want to do anything. This winter my water froze and burst, i decided it's time to move out. However after having paid for the trailer in full almost 2 years ago, they still refuse to give me the title so I can't sell it, and refuse to make me an offer for my trailer... so I'm forced to keep paying lot rent or forfeit the place.

Taylor Mason-Roll: I've lived here almost 2 1/2 years and what I can say is lot rents gone up twice in those 2 years, (I own my home) and the office people love to leave notices on your door about dirty yards even after the yard is picked up.. it's kinda annoying. Also the office lady is SO RUDE, And you cannot have life jackets in the pool which means I cannot use it because I have 4 small kids. The park itself needs work. If I didn't own my home I'd move immediately because the lot rents not worth it anymore and I'm tired of being harassed by the office. I originally liked the idea of the amenities but you have to go through hoops to even use them, I went to the office a month after I moved in for the paperwork for the gym and still haven't gotten it, they don't help you. It's a giant hassle thats not worth it anymore. I'm sure you could find a better park honestly. For the $600+ lot rent just save your money and find a better park.Update (05/10/2024)Trash and Lot Rent have increased again, will be moving soon I am now paying almost $700 a month.

Antoni Williams: Nice place to live. The management can leave a sour taste in your mouth though. Their communication frankly sucks, their fees are arbitrary, and they constantly change what they tell you from day to day. Otherwise, it is a very nice park if you don't have to interact with management.Update: my previous review stands, except now apparently the park management now doesn't have anything to do with assessing the fees and the computer system now automatically compounds fees. Like a lawn fine now comes with a yard presentation fee and a yard cleanliness fee.

THEY REFUSED THEIR HELP!! REALLY THEN THEY CHARGE YOU ANOTHER 200.00 JUST FOR GETTING EVICTION LETTER...I HAVE BEEN HERE SINCE 2012 AND RENT USE TO BE LIKE 436.00 MONTHLY..NOW ITS 561.00 MONTHLY..THATS JUST BASE RENT...THROW IN FOR SEWAGE, GARBAGE, WATER ITS ALMOST 700.00 A MONTH..THEN IF YOU HAVE A TRAILER PAYMENT ON TOP OF THAT...THEY SET YOU UP TO FAIL....RIDICULOUS!!

Lateisha Colebrooke: If you are a single woman living on your own BEWARE! Mike is not a man of his word. I am a single mother that purchased a trailer home and was told things will be fixed even though I moved in earlier than expected. Mike and I verbally agreed on what he was going to purchase and fix. Well he has not fixed not one thing. Took all my hard earned money, and did not provide me with a functioning shed to put my hazardous materials for lawn mowing. Winter is coming and I still do not have adequate boarding around my windows. Do not purchase anything from this park/ Quality Homes. Your best bet is to find somewhere else. If you do purchase make sure you get everything in writing and do not take Mike at his word. I was able to speak with several neighbors majority females and was told that Mike did the exact same thing to them. Get it in writing.

Ashleigh Tryban: Very poor management. I have had maintenance requests filed for years (since I moved in) that have not been fixed. They improperly date “guideline violation” forms with an earlier date when giving them to tenants and only give 24 hours to fix the violation before getting fined. Office personnel rarely answer the phone and voicemail messages are not returned in a timely manner, if at all.Lot rent is quite high considering tenants are required to do their own lawn maintenance.If you have children I guess it’s a good school district but if you are a single woman like myself, prepare to get walked all over and taken advantage of by office staff and management.I should also add that on multiple occasions they have come on my lot, WITHOUT WARNING OR PERMISSION, and ruined my garden area by weed whipping my flowers down.

Karen Rodriguez: It was nice. It was my first time being there for a private party. It would have been perfect if it wasn't so hot. The air was not working. The other downfall was we didn't have anywhere to throw away the trash. No big containers outside of the building to be found. We weren't told where they were. We went outside to ask people who lived there and they finally told us that we would have to go to the very back of the park to find them. Cough.....good to know.

Evan Pentland: Poor management. The office personnel for months on end never knew what they were doing and always referred me to someone else who never returns phone calls. I paid a whole months worth of rent before moving out and they refused to pay me back, and they took money out of my security deposit for “utilities” that I have proof I paid in advance. The maintenance will harass you, and use profanity all in all a very unprofessional environment. Lived here for 2+ years, worst experience.
