They have spruced the place up and finally opened the pool. The office staff are second to none... they came out to salve a frozen pipe on Christmas Day

Beth Connell: I moved in while they were actually building this place. My parents and I were the 1st residence inn the entire place. Not such fun at 12yrs old, but I loved living here. Lived here for almost 6 years. Moved out in summer of 1990 after my father passed away and I graduated high school. I'm so pleased to see the place is still maintained well! I'll see if I can find some old photos to add.

From new & old trailers this place is horrible to place to raise a family or start a family without Management doing as please with special treatment to certain tenants. We had a wrongful death because of Management & they are acting like they didn't do it. How unprofessional.

DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PARK!!! You will regret it every step of the way it has been absolute hell living here for her. BY FAR THE WORST MOBILE HOME PARK IN OR AROUND LANSING. Not much different than rotunda

crystal littell: Very shady management. We lived there 10 months. They don't care about tenants' safety. We were told lie after lie. Fix the tree Mark! Had to threaten legal action to get an offer so we could get out. Strongly suggest run away while you can!

PRose 66: They don't deserve one star. I know someone who lives out there, the parking lot, .road conditions are bad!!! You call Maintenance they have an excuse to not do work in your home.

Francis Smith: Stay away, owners are very dishonest and greedy. Moved in here almost 2 years ago and purchased my trailer in full, immediately the lot rent increased yet the roads remain in ruins. Problems with raccoons. Trailers constantly burning down. Maintenance guys don't want to do anything. This winter my water froze and burst, i decided it's time to move out. However after having paid for the trailer in full almost 2 years ago, they still refuse to give me the title so I can't sell it, and refuse to make me an offer for my trailer... so I'm forced to keep paying lot rent or forfeit the place.

Matt Morford: Lot rent is overpriced. Rebecca has been helpful. But Josh is negligent. He makes promises he doesn't keep. (When buying my mobile home the blinds where all messed up, as part of the deal he ordered new blinds and said he'd install them once we moved in since the parts were on back order. Not once has he attempted to follow through with that promise. He never follows up. They give you numbers to call the office but rarely pick up. They leave early, often before they are supposed to be closed. If Rebecca goes on lunch, you can make a safe bet that he will not answer. If you want to be paying $700 a month to live in a home you bought on a tiny plot of land that you don't own and can't control (no fireplace or fence allowed). This is the place for you. Just keep in mind they will lean heavily on the mortgage option, because they have a sweet deal with the mortgage company that they are "partnered" with. A company that also has had a class action lawsuit against them. Or at least that was the deal they offered me.Like other users said. They do offer some community events. Have a private gym that is accessible 24/7 (except when it's not). Garbage service is included. It's quiet for the most part and if you're lucky, you'll have nice neighbors. Honestly rent is really what's got me here. If it was $500 or $600 I could excuse the rest. But they are not willing to make exceptions. In fact they are court happy. They will threaten you with legal action any time they can. Not coming to your house in person, but going outside their office and putting it in your mailbox (you know the one that every resident has to come up to grab their mail from because there are no mailboxes allowed on your lot.)If you're in between a hard place and a new place, this is your stop. Since you're desperate they can take advantage (they being sunhomes) not Josh and Rebecca who are just people doing their jobs (all be it, below satisfaction). If you do live here, who you really need to take it up with is the owner of the land who has hired sunhomes to manage it.2/5 Rating

Jay Alzaga: Try to buy a house here cash. Rebecca was giving me the run around then the property I wanted sold then again same with another property. Then she stopped answering my questions. Then I applied again for another property and she sent me a letter saying I got denied for child support which I never had a case with child support services. I honestly don’t know what her problem is. I was willing to pay a year up front for rent since I was coming out of state buy a house cash. Horrible experience with that lady

Told them we don't have dogs or cats got a denial letter stating that we have 4 of each and that we need to to reapply. Somebody messed up our paperwork Was told it would be 2 days.... 2 weeks later we are told the trailer we were applying for was sold, but the box they showed us was still available. No Thanks.

david duffy: Snow control needs work. Main roadways are hard to travel even in a AWD vehicle. The places the maintenance guy piles up the snow can be problematic, I have got stuck twice from the buildup. The Turnabout on the lanes are the worst, maintenance definitely needs to approach plowing those differently. I saw multiple cars get stuck over the last few days. And little effort was made to plow the roundabout. This morning only one side was plowed and the rest left. On getting home the entrance is finally clear but they built up snow in front of driveways.

Karen Gunter: I lived here for five years. The management team now is ok; however, it is slowly becoming another Moon Lake. If you enjoy paying high prices (lot rent over $600/mo) just for living here and getting only garbage pick-up, this is the place to be. I won't forget the crack house that got raided three homes down from me. And after one was released from jail, they still lived here. This crack house put many of us in danger. It's only getting worse.

Justin Fezatte: Lost power in 90° heat due to a tree growing into the power pole & box. The issue was not spur the moment or some act of God, it was ignored for years until it almost burned my home down, the consumers technician could not believe it hadn't caught our home on fire yet. It quickly got unbearable to be indoors as it was 90°+ out & we have no shade here so I got us a room for the night, & then we camped out in my Mom's living room when 1 day turned into 4 days. They finally got it fixed & got power back the 4th day, but by that time we had lost an entire freshly filled refrigerator & freezer full of food. Consumers issued a temporary fix for the box, but could not fix permanently until the park replaces the pole/box. Here we are weeks later almost into winter & there hasn't been a whisper of having the pole/box replaced. We have been sending management emails for several weeks now inquiring about reimbursement for the hotel room & lost food due to their equipment failing, & while they will answer emails about my boat being out in mere minutes, they completely ignore every email about reimbursement. We are forced to go the legal route because we can't even get acknowledged by any of the management. Our lawyer can handle the reimbursement, but we're still left with a power box with a temporary fix with winter approaching, & no plans to fix it in sight.
