David Piper: So I have a leak in my 2013 jeep the hard top needed new seals and I asked how much it would be to fix it and they said it would be $485 to fix it I said no that's fine that's too expensive. So I did some research and found out that the seals to replace were $15bucks online and that I could do it my self really easily. My advice do some research before you take your vehicle there because they are price gouging their customers so badly for everything do not trust them on their prices.

Jenelle Austin: The Service Center wanted to charge me $914 and never got the part in or called to update me, despite my multiple check-ins, lasting months. I fixed it myself for free in two minutes with a little googling.

Kara Brewer: Thank you for the bottom of our hearts! We encountered an issue with our gas cap in our 2020 Chrysler Pacifica while headed from Grand Rapids to Detroit to catch a flight. The cap was jammed closed and we were unable to get gas to make our flight. After calling several service centers in the area that were unwilling to help, we called Champion. Sorin and his team got our car right in and were able to troubleshoot the problem and with the right tools were able to open the cover. It today’s world, it is rare to find such kind friendly service. Thank you for saving our trip! 🚐 ✈️🌵
mark koch: Keep in mind that my 2015 Ram has 410,000 miles. Sorin in the service department really looks out for the consumer. He has worked with me for 3 years now and I feel that he is very knowledgeable and helps to the best of his ability. Great communication and works to get the issues resolved. Has a great re-poor and knows how to get your warranty work taken care of. I would recommend Sorin to get any of your work done in a timely and professional fashion.

Albert Paulin: If I could give them negative stars I would. Sales dept was good when I purchased my car but finance and service dept is absolutely horrible. Tyler in finance rushed me through so fast and didn’t explain any of the warranties to me. The finance manager told me with the warranty I wouldnt have anything to worry if I had an issue. Well my ac went out. I could not get service to call me back until I threatened to write a bad review. Being he didn’t call me back I had to take the vehicle elsewhere. Come to find out the warranty did not cover my ac. When Matt the service manager finally called me back, was telling me they just changed the transfer case. Which I know has nothing to do with my ac but I never had it in there and had my tc replaced. Matt is incompetent , has horrible communication skills and should not be in a position of management. I would stay clear of these clowns,The dealership is an absolute joke. Like I did said before. The sales experience was great but if you have an issue, good luck getting it fixed.I definitely do not recommend this dealership for anything and I will never buy a vehicle or use their service dept again.

Audriana J: Drop car off on 3/23 for recall work for the service 4-wheel drive light. Was called to pick it up on 3/24. Upon picking it up every light on dash was on in addition to the odometer flashing and keys not left it in. Floor manager available at that time instructed me to not drive it as he did not feel it was safe and service center was closed. When fixing the recall the transmission control module was fried and part took 6 weeks to come in. During this time a rental was provided. Once the part came in we were instructed to pick it up as it was “fixed”. Did not make it 4 miles before the same light the car was taken in for turned on. This is when they informed us this light was a different problem and not what they original ran diagnostics on, though it was what it was brought in for. Had to wait an additional week for that part to be brought in after speaking with the general manager. This experience cost me lots of time and frustration and could have been handled much better. I repeatedly asked to speak with the manager and each time he would have a tech call me back, when in shop manager never acknowledged our frustrations, spoke very condescending, and discredited our frustrations. The car was in the shop for 43 days, no communication unless started by us, and no progress until the general manager was involved.Would not recommend.

Danielle Beard: I've been taking my car for regular maintenance, new tires, and repairs for 5 years now. The service department and body shop have always done an excellent job and have never tried to sell me things I don't actually need. The customer lounge is also a great quiet place to get work done when you need to wait for your vehicle to be done.
Michelle Endres: I had originally taken my car to a local mechanic who was unable fix my two issues after having my car for 5 days. The first issue was air in my brake line due to a faulty rear brake caliper that they installed in a previous visit. The result was that you had to press the brake pedal to the floor. Morrie’s Grand Ledge Ford was able to hook up my car to a Ford computer that completely bled the brake fluid and replaced it. This resolved my issue completely. The second issue was a faulty tire that kept losing air. In both cases, the local mechanic I originally went with failed to fix my car. The dealership identified my issues right away and had my car back to me the next day as good as new. Working with them for my car repair needs has given me a wonderful peace of mind.

Molly Cryderman-Weber: I had my truck serviced here last Friday. They were quick and friendly with the repair, and it didn't cost me anything because my truck was still under warranty. They also have drinks and snacks available while you wait for your car, which was a nice touch!
Jason Wilson: The service reps were decent to deal with, but if you are trying to use an extended warranty, go elsewhere. The cost of labor and parts are ridiculously high. Most warranties will not fully cover the high dealer prices. I took my vehicle in for what I thought was a bad wheel bearing, AC issues, and a clunking in the suspension. The AC was fixed and works great, but the clunking still exists and is worse a week later. I heard it as soon as I pulled out of the dealer lot, but wasn't going to bother taking it back, knowing how high the labor and parts would be. Typical dealer. Out to rip off customers. I will spend my money elsewhere. Morrie's isn't the Grand Ledge Ford we all once knew. Shame on the new ownership. Shame on Ford.

Blake Wilson: Great experience ordering my 2023 Maverick with Ray and Morrie's. It took 7 months for build and delivery, which is actually lucky for a Maverick Hybrid, but that is due to the demand and limited production, no fault of the dealers. I've heard horror stories about other dealers delivering Mavericks. With Morrie's everything was great: no markup or unwanted add-ons, quick and easy paperwork, and financing beat the rates I was pre-approved for with the local credit unions and my bank. I'd highly recommend ordering here if you're trying to get a Maverick and have the patience.
Kris Jones: This has honestly got to be the worst dealership for service. My 2022 Escape died in the my driveway. It was towed to Morries. It was dead at the dealership and the service tech erased the codes without documenting them and the vehicle started running. They "think" there is a problem with the high voltage system but they said they cant do anything because they could not recreate the problem. If the brain child did not erase the codes without documenting them, they would have been able to trace the problem back to the source. So Morries calls me and says the vehicle is ready to pickup, even though they literally did nothing to the vehicle. They are perfectly content with me driving it until it dies again. This is the second time this service department has failed in repairing the vehicle. DO NOT HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE!!! The service manager will not talk to me. I am absolutely amazed that this is perfectly ok with Ford. This dealership was MUCH better under previous ownership. Needless to say, I will never buy or bring a vehicle here again and I will do everything I can to make sure other people do not either. and FYI, I contacted another Ford Tech (in another state) and he stated that the codes should have been documented and they could have traced the problem from those codes back to the source of the problem. He stated the way Morries went about it is completely wrong and highly unprofessional and he recommended that I never go back to that dealership.Update (After Morries wrote their non factual response)Once again Morries is not telling the facts. I have the text messages from the service advisor stating the vehicle had 40+ codes present and that the tech erased them. I also have the emails from Ford saying the same thing. I asked for a full print out of the codes and he said they were erased. Why would you need to duplicate the problem when you already had the vehicle in your possession when it was not running? And yet Morries has still not supplied me with the request documentation of the fault codes. They also cannot provide me with a reason as to why they could not diagnose the problem when they received the vehicle in non running condition. Why would you need to recreate a problem that was already a problem when the vehicle was towed in?? You cant make this stuff up.
Vanessa Azzi: I came here a few months ago and I honestly had an amazing experience for a few services on my car. I went to a different dealership before this one and they said my parts won't be in for a few months. I came to Morrie's and they took care of me the day of and was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend coming here and will be coming back again!

The serviceman said you have a flat and suggested I go to Discount Tire because Toyota service was closing and he had no one to help me. I didn’t have time to get to Discount tire before they closed at 6pm. As I was leaving Toyota service, they had a SUV parked blocking the exit where as I had to drive through the Lexus parking lot to leave. I parked my truck in Lexus lot and called my husband, when he arrived he started the process to change my tire meanwhile Lexus employee Brian -Manager came and offered his assistance what a nice guy/human. Brain went above and beyond to help a Toyota customer when Toyota didn’t have the decency to help a disabled woman. Five stars for Brain ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cherish Osborne: Service was terrible, they claimed our issue was not existent and that we needed items that we did not come in for.We had something that was suppose to be covered under warranty and they did not submit it correctly so that it would be covered. I called the warranty company and they said yes it should be covered. So they did not want to submit it under the right warranty.
