Deborah Potter: They had what I wanted on the lot, but for sale only. Had to leave and come back to find a bathroom (theirs was out of order). Then they had to send me to another location to pick up the trailer. What should have taken 20 minutes took over an hour. Plus an injury because of a sign in the middle of a walkway. 😠

Henriette Mintzel: Dropped off our rental when and how we were supposed to. We then were charged every day after and told that we stole and didn’t return it. We received threads left and right, then found that the surveillance cameras weren’t even checked. Very disappointing experience, especially because we were loyal uhaul customers. Staff was rude and nobody was able to be reached when needed.
Steve Jakubos: Rental went smoothly both for pickup and drop off. First time that I used the 24/7 pickup service which was handy. Reason for 4 stars is that the truck was quite beat up; so much that I felt inclined to take lots of pictures and report it to the rental agent. I was told they were aware of the damage but I'm still worried that I'm going to get blamed for something. Sure hard to beat the value! Thank you for that!

Kyle Smith: Well, they cancelled my rental about an hour before I was supposed to pick it up. If I could rate lower than 1 start, I would. Trying to get ahold of anyone from U-Hail to see if we can get anything else.
