cynthia mafor: I give all 5 stars to this health care facility on 2 aspects I worked there some few yrs back and also l know one of the residents whom l happen to have worked with and up still date she still reside there and she is well taken care of .Caregivers are also treated fairly in order to treat the residents likewise .Secondly the administrative body are not only out for the money making aspect but thier first priority is rendering the care and support needed by all disabled and we were taught to treat them in a manner we will like to be treated if we happen to find ourselves in alike situation

Smuckersmurf barnes: Wouldn't even give this company a star but only way to write a review. Don't use this company!!! I'm an aide for a different home care and one of my clients was using this company besides the one I work for. When they started out less than two months ago the company was good. But once the girl that took care of him lied to his face and said she'd never leave him stranded did. Everything went down hill quick. They sent out two ppl to be trained by me, only one showed up late (they were supposed to train the evening before I worked but the two ppl never showed up). The person who showed up was more interested in my client's belongings then learning how to take care of him. The person was all eyes and hands touching stuff and acting like they couldn't be trusted. Also their phone was more important than the client. Many red flags went up in the hour and fifteen minutes this person was there. My client didn't feel confident with this person taking care of him the next evening alone so the following morning we called their office 6 times between 9 & 2. We left several messages because no one answered the phone and no one would return the phone call. I received a phone call from my client while I was at another client's house that no one had shown up. So needless to say I ended up working a twelve hour day because of it. My client is bed ridden if nobody shows up to get him out of bed, him or his beautiful dog wouldn't have been able to releave themselves or eat. So please take heed and DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS COMPANY!!!

ray brooks: On November 4th 2013 Centered Care changed my life LITERALLY. For the better, that's when Heather Kluemper and Centered Care made it personal. Centered Care made me feel like I was their only client/PERSON. Within that first week I could see and feel my health and personal life getting better! Since then I have regained my health as much as possible. I am a quadriplegic due to a car accident. Also with the help from some other agencies I am a working member of society again. Centered Care is not just a company, WE ARE FAMILY!!!

Shermane Fouche: My sister an I met with Nick, the sales rep for Brightstar. We were so impressed! They got us a caregiver within 2 weeks. Unfortunately she had a family emergency in Illinois and she was no longer available. Unfortunately, the communication and service from the office was at best spotty from then on out. They said they sent people 2 times and 2 times these people didn't show up and I had to call the office to find out what was going on. Once they sent someone and they didn't tell me who and if they were sending anyone for that day so I was not at all prepared for anyone to arrive. I was truly confused so I turned that person away. They understood I needed a vaccinated caregiver. Although I think they tried their best the company did not live up to the sales pitch.

Chuck Hill: Quality of care is actually 5 stars, however I preferred regular contact from front-line staff, or a supervisor of front-line staff, about how my loved one was doing. This is important so I could answer any questions they had and give guidance when needed.There was much flexibility in their care, which we liked. Thank you.

Jane May: My dad is a veteran. We had a home health aide set up for him. The first day the aide was scheduled, she didn't show. They said it was a covid exposure. Then she came early when she was rescheduled and my father sent her away. Then she had been scheduled with someone else at the same time so she didn't come. Now she was sick. So she showed 1 of 4 times. The office was rude and difficult when I contacted them. My husband and I had taken two days off work for this because he doesn't live near us.

As a medical professional, I can truly appreciate their level of professionalism and give them my highest recommendation.

Upper management has little to no knowledge about whats going on in his own office. They are rude and really dont care about Any of the patients. All they want is a dollar bill. They repeatedly over charged their clients and openly discuss their clients business. Your family would be better in the Potter Park Zoo!!!!!!!!!!

Danny Dobron: Really lazy staff. Won't call you until 2 hours after someone was suppose to be here that no one is coming. They never read the instructions on what you are suppose to do for the patient. They have forgotten to give my grandmother her pills multiple times. There is maybe one good staff member on this whole team. But don't waste your money on people who won't read instructions before visiting a house.

Michigan School of Canine Cosmetology: We used Bright Star for my caring for my mother who had Alzheimer's Disease and could not have asked for a better group of people to work with. The staff was so friendly and caring. We have kept in touch with many of the staff and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
