Comprehensive Sleep Center: what do users think?
jake thewhale: rude & awkward staff, no respect for my time, grossly unprofessional front office staff. no follow up, my equipment order has been in for 11 days w/o a call from these insensitive F's or the equipment company , no email nothing, I'm miserable because I can't sleep and I'm told I should have called sooner. Can't comment on the Doctor b/c I never saw or spoke to him. 2 stars because this seems to be the standard of care for these CPAP mills based on my experience w/ two other doctors/mills, one worse and one better (but I did not realize then as it was my first experience)
Kaden Corser: I really liked this place this place treated me well and good doctors Friendly and awesome thank you doctors!!
Marisa Lazarz: Do not apply here!!! Management is not reliable or responsible. I got "hired" only for them to resend my offer due to their own mistakes. Spelled my name wrong in the computer system and never fixed, which lead me to not be able to do my training videos, blamed me for not reporting to work, when in my interview I specifically said I had a prior engagement to attend, only to be to told it was okay in my interview. What a joke!
Nikita Russell: The front desk ladies are very rude & have alot of aditude also the staff are very unprofessional. My kids will not be coming here again..
Alana Carter: Dr. Mamedov is very kind and he is extremely professional and excellent at what he does. He is very thorough. My first sleep study was wonderful and everyone on the staff was kind and efficient. When I initially called to make an appointment, they explained pre-authorization necessary with my insurance. I would highly recommend Dr. Mamedov and his caring staff!
Amy.: Unprofessional staff. It's bad when the owner is in the comments deflecting accountability.
haylie k: comprehensive sleep study is terribly predatory regarding billing and insurance.there are multiple comments about this malpractice. They will not get prior authoriztion from insurance before testing on you. They will not make you aware of this, until after the fact. When made aware they didn't have my insurance on file they made me sign a form about payment. The nurse saying it was a new form. 🤮not to mention rude &awkward staff. an grossly unorganized establishment.
Haylie Klusack: I've had 3 sleep studies at comprehensive sleep study. I should have looked elsewhere, for true care after the 1st appointment. During, my 1st appointment it was clear that the women setting up, did not know what she was doing. It took over an hour and was done completely differently, than how the next 2 nurses would preform set up. After the 1st appointment, I had a check up with the Doctor who informed me that my sleep schedule had been lost, which has never happened before, but that they would not be billing my insurance. INDICATING that they had my insurance. This also concluded for me that the women had no idea what she was doing. The 2nd time went very well giving me hope. The night nurse got my head wires done in about 20mins and made me feel comfortable. I then had an follow up appointment with the doctor, who said It looked like I had a sleep disorder, because of REM, but that we would need to do another over night sleep study into a day sleep study for naps.when I called to make this appointment the women was extremely rude. I asked her a simple question. "can I do the day study into the night study? or does it have to be the other way around." a simple 'unfortunately, you have to do night into day.' Would have been the age appropriate response. But instead her toned completely changed and she became extremely aggressive. " no, no! you can't just do the day study before the night study. no you you can't." this response left me almost speechless and completely uncomfortable 😅.My 3rd sleep study I had found out AFTER 3 visits (this being my 4th), that they had failed to get MY INSURANCE INFORMATION AND ID. (I was under the impression they had at least gotten my insurance information from my PC because they never asked for it.)I was never made aware of this until My 4th visit with them. I am extremely SICK AND SCARED. I have had multiple panic attacks since. I am 25 and will not be able to afforded such a bill. THEY are extremely predatory for not informing me, that my insurance had not been informed about these studies. therefore my insurance had not gotten the chance to authorize them before performing these sleep studies on me.After she asked for my ID and INSURANCE, I told her they hadn't changed She then said that they aren't on file. she then made me sign a form about payment. This is extreme disgusting and predatory. This is a prime example of why health and capitalism need to be separate. After reading other comments of the same mistreatments. it is clear that comprehensive sleep center is for profit only and will draw out your stay and care as long as possible to make money. So, now I've had my last check up visit with a higher up nurse. Whom I have never met, thinking I would be seeing the Doctor.I didn't know this until I checked-in for my online appointment and was told it was "training day". At other places I've been asked prior if it's okay for someone to shadow my PC. but never had I been thrown in with someone random without being asked if it was okay.During this appointment the nurse asked me how many hours I thought I had gotten during the last sleep study to which I replied 4hrs maybe. She then asked me I normally go to bed/wake up. Which I answered 10to11pm and that I get up at 7am everyday. She then asked again, as if she didn't believe me and I laughed saying 10 to 11pm. She then said okay lets say 11pm. She then is couched to say nothing was wrong with my last sleep study and try to to dial back bedtime & that we will try again in a month. Also stating that my lack of sleep and lack of a sleep schedule is what is causing me to feel tired. I again reiterated that I go to bed at 11pm at the very latest and always get up at 7am. I also know this is not the issue. because for 6 months I was going to bed at 8pm and getting up at 5 for work and was still extremely tired all of the time.Even if I had gotten REM and 7 hours of sleep that night. I felt as if I had gotten 4. indicating that something is terribly wrong with my sleep.go somewhere else & look at rating.
Drita Jayson: I went to this facility for a study, and after weeks of not hearing from them they said thst they would have someone call me. That person finally did, and charged me for the visit. I will not return. The only thing they told me was that I had no issues. I was forgotten, and I call to inquire, and you charge me to tell me absolutely nothing. I do not recommend.I see where you are trying to say I'm not in your files and to call the office. Well, I am in your files, I did call your office and I still stand by what I said. Just because you try to take away from my comment, will not make it less true! I certainly must be in your files, as you billed me!
Amy Rogers: The night staff was great but the morning staff was horrible. I had my first sleep study done there and it was horrible. I should have learned it from the first time I went there not to go to this place. The communication needs to be better. I have problems with my back and I have a partial knee replacement didn't have any place to put my knee up to rest. The recliner was broken. I was going for part of the day for my sleep study. The morning staff was horrible and rude. I ended up walking out and going home. Then when I called to complain she said that she saw nothing wrong. Rethink about going to this place bad stuff and bad communication. I would never again go to this place. They did accommodate my needs for my back and my knee. Because I have a partial knee replacement and the recliner was broken and they didn't offer me a new chair to sit in. Please reconsider before going to this place for your sleep study.
D H: Don’t do it
Emily Richards: While at my first appointment they did cancel without notifying me, they have been helpful and apologetic since then. I very much appreciate the good service that ive gotten since.
kevin thatcher: I've had sleep apnea for almost 20 years and coming here was the best choice i could of made. This place is amazing and the sleep technician (Kendra) that worked with me was great and very compassionate. This was my 6th sleep study and was the best ive ever had. The doctor took his time with me and they really seem to have patient care as their first goal.
M MF: Had a very helpful and understanding staff. Thanks!
JESSE HAYWARD: The staff was very courteous and professional. All of my questions were answered regarding any out of pocket expense I might have before I even came for my appointment. I would refer all of my friends and family to go see Dr. Mamedov and his staff. Job well done.
Kris Nickerson: I have had the same experience as others with poor reviews. The overnight staff was phenomenal. However, the billing person is the most unprofessional person at any office I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve never been argued with and talked down to for just asking questions.
Robert Sands: The only reason they get 2 stars is because the staff that actually does the sleep study is awesome! The rest of the staff lacks professionalism. After my first appointment, they told me that they would have to get authorization from the insurance company. 2 weeks later they called and said I was all set and the insurance company had authorized the study. I'M THINKING GREAT. Well not so Great. I had the studies done, got my recommendation for which machine I needed, then I got the bill for almost $900.00. Nobody had said or informed me I was going to be paying so much out of pocket. I immediately called and told them they got the authorization from the wrong person, it should of been me, not the insurance company. If I would have been told this was what I had to pay, I would never have had it done. The very rude lady from the billing department told me that I didn't know how insurance companies work and that's what you have to pay. I told her you do know how they work, and you should let patients know to expect large out of pocket expenses. She said its not their job! This got me nowhere. In the meantime I had my 6 wk appointment get Cancelled, again when I called to find out why, I was told I couldn't be seen by the office until my bill was paid in full. (Patient care was no longer important) So I told them I wasn't paying the bill, maybe the insurance company that authorized would like to pay it. This didn't get me sent to a collection agency, this got me sent straight to small claims court. I would highly recommended thinking twice before you go to such a compassionate and caring office. I have the money to pay this, its a matter of principal. I'm doing this for the people that can't pay these large surprise amounts of money. This office scams you to believe your taken care of just to get your money, and will take the food off your table to get it.
Lady X: Love the staff that stay with you overnight. The front office staff are great tooThe doctor however is okayAlittle on the "brutally honest " sideBut that okay, the appt are rushed so i feel i dont get what i needed out, and the doctor likes to look at you and already decide what he thinks.I have an autoimmune disease and other. Issue so my sleep hasnt been very good,If only this doctor really understood my illness. But he looked at me because im over weight and assume thats not my problem. However my test came back mild,But still insisted i have a cpap.I would still recommend this place
Karen Igel: Excellent doctor, very knowledgeable and competent staff.
Alexis Stauffer: After being left without a doctor and supplier for my sleep apnea, I was directed to Comprehesive Sleep Center. I have never met a more professional and compassionate office yet. From doctor to staff, you cannot find better.
outto lunch: Very nice place to go the staff are very helpful the dr. Very informative would recommend this place to anyone.

Sparrow Sleep Center - Lansing: what do users think?
Rina Risper: My tech Ron was the best. The woman who answered the door said, "Step away from the door, oh good you are wearing a mask." The next guy who came up did not have a mask on and she took him right in with no inquiry. The experience was peaceful despite all of the cords. Ron explained everything that he was doing. He made me feel comfortable. While attaching the nodes to my head, I had a spaceship hotel experience, sort of. I fell asleep right away. I hope that I find something out.
Philip Wright: The experience was great from the moment I walked in. Pam did a great job in explaining everything, answered all questions and made the stay there very comfortable. I would recommend this Sleep center and for Pam to be your technician.
Jim Greene: Id rate this place average at best. Absolutely no communication shared with me about the study other than I have Sleep Apnea. I've tried all the masks at Sparrow and suffered for a year waking up with dry mouth so bad could not swallow. They insisted I was a mouth and nose breather and only prescribed full face masks, all of which I tried. After I complained for months, I tried a nose mask. No more dry mouth! Hmmmm. YMMV. Nice staff, comfy rooms but not very informative or helpful with patient concerns.
Megan McNamee: The sleep techs were AWESOME and so happy to answer any and all questions. The rooms and beds were comfortable and I was so surprised that my experience was so great! Everyone always says how awful sleep studies but sparrow sleep center was wonderful. The results can take forever though, keep that in mind.
Robin Crews: Has the best sleeping beds around for sleep test.
n.1 c: The technician over the phone was arrogant and tried to rush to get me off the phone several times when I had simple questions. She did not appoint me to the correct resources as well. I would not recommend this place at all.
Erin Schafer: The staff is so friendly here!!

McLaren Greater Lansing Sleep Center: what do users think?
Maggie Krause: Doesn’t work
Kent Beeksma: Went in over a year ago for a sleep study and was told that I needed a CPAP and asked if I accepted the treatment and I said yes and signed a document . I have not had any follow up since and never received any equipment. This is not how you do business. I had gotten a bill from them and called my insurance and was told how to handle the bill. I then said I had never received any equipment and was told that they would take care of it and not one piece of equipment or follow up phone calls. My experience during the sleep study was fine but after care is horrible.

Hush Little Birdie: what do users think?
Mary Ellen Loveridge: Alicia is amazing and I would highly recommend her. Our son had struggled to sleep through two nights in a row. Thanks to her adjustments, he has slept all night since day one and takes two solid daily naps. He doesn't even cry when we put him in the crib. Her plan is easy to follow and she is available for any questions that arise. Everyone in our house is happier and more rested because of her! Thanks Alicia!!
Ashley Moore: We first started working with Alicia when our son was 16 weeks old. Within two nights we saw a huge difference in his ability to soothe himself to sleep - which means we got more sleep right away, too! We went back to her when he turned 9 months to help with the 3 to 2 nap transition.First, from a practical standpoint, it is reassuring to work with someone who has such clear expertise in the area. She’s good at explaining to the “why” behind her suggestions, which really helped us learn some foundational elements that we are still using.Sleep training your child can be hard. At no time did we feel pressured into any particular kind of approach; she listens to what you’re comfortable with as parents, and helps formulate and tailor your plan from there. Alicia is so kind and supportive with parents through the process, reassuring and helping with the adjustments. She is responsive, warm, and genuinely cares about helping set up solid sleep foundations for children. We’ve already recommended her to several friends and will continue to do so.Last but not least, once we got his bedtime routine and schedule down, we got our evenings back, which has been so wonderful for our friendship and marriage. We are SO happy to have worked with Alicia.
Greg Harrington IV: Alicia came highly recommended from a colleague after hearing about the major struggles we were having with our premature twins not sleeping well or consistently. Alicia did not disappoint! She was a game changer for us inexperienced first time parents and we are so much happier having used her guidance to get our twins on a consistent schedule and sleeping through the night. Our twins were about 12 months old when we started our plan. It’s not easy! It’s actually very hard at first and stressful! But we got through it and have zero regrets. We would totally recommend HLB to anyone needing help with their kids sleeping!!
Michelle Parkkonen: Alicia is incredible! Our son is FINALLY getting the rest he needs (and so is the rest of our family). Her communication style is super effective and she is incredibly responsive. If your child is struggling with falling asleep and staying asleep, Alicia has the tools to help. She is thoughtful and tailors a plan that fits your family. I'd highly recommend Hush Little Birdie!
Disha P: Alicia helped me sleep train my 10 month old. My baby woke up 3-4 times at night and hardly napped during the day. I had tried sleep training independently and had failed miserably. Alicia listened to all my concerns and helped come up with a plan that I felt comfortable implementing. My baby now sleeps through the night (12 hours) and naps twice during the day. I would highly recommend Alicia.
Kelly Carey: We started working with Alicia out of desperation. Our 11 month old did not nap well and was up 6-8 times per night and taking at least 2 bottles. From the first day, she started napping better! By day 2 she was napping independently in her crib for 2 good naps. Within the two weeks of working with Alicia, she has a solid one hour nap in the morning, a two hour nap in the afternoon and is sleeping through the night (no more night feeds!) for 12 hours! We are so proud of her and SO happy we chose to work with Alicia!
Sarey Ruden: I came to Alicia skeptical and sleep deprived. 2 weeks later, I am feeling more like my "old" self (with 8+ hrs of sleep a night) and a believer in sleep training. Alicia's method and guidance were successful and I couldn't be happier!
Carissa Ortman: Alicia’s expertise was invaluable to our family! She listened extremely well and put together a great plan for us that addressed the struggles we were facing. My only wish is that we had started working with her sooner!!!
Lindsey Loepp: Alicia was just what my family needed. We were going back and forth between having a good little sleeper for a few days to up multiple times in the night. As a FTM you are given a lot of unsolicited advice and you just don't know what to do. We as a family just all needed to get some sleep and be well rested!Alicia meet with us 1:1 to develop a plan that fit our babies needs and our lifestyle. She gave us the tools to be successful and transition through many sleep stages. I can honestly say if you follow the plan it works!!! By night two our little was sleeping through the night and learning to self soothe like a champ.Alicia was always responsive and offering help at every step of the way. She would check in via email and text. We worked closely together and now I feel confident with the tools that I have learned to keep my baby well rested and myself! She will share some life changes items with you but I can't say enough great things about the travel black out curtains, GAME CHANGER for day trips and vacations! If your on the fence about doing this, do it. I thought about it for months and wish I had done it sooner!THANK YOU ALICIA! I have a well rested, growing baby and I feel 10x better as well!
Meghan Damman: Alicia is a sleep magician! Working with her was one of the best decisions we could have made for our sweet Bodie. He required eating, bouncing, rocking, shushing- all the things, for over an hour to get to sleep. Then he would sleep 20 minutes and be right back up. We were going crazy. We wanted our sweet boy to get rested and in turn, mom and dad too! Alicia made a plan that we were all comfortable with and was the best support during our sleep training transition. Bodie adjusted almost immediately, we could not believe it! He now falls asleep independently, stays asleep and wakes up the happiest guy! We would not be where we are right now without her help. I would refer everyone I know to her! Thank you so much, Alicia!
Gina-Marie Vincent: So grateful for our time working with Alicia! Our sweet boy has been sleeping so much better :)
Tiffany Baugh-Helton: We spent a year trying to solve our daughter's sleep issues (needed to be rocked to sleep, woke up every night, sometimes multiple times and sometimes once for hours) and get some sleep ourselves. Alicia helped us fix everything in three days! Honestly don't know what we would have done without her!
Kate B: Best decision ever working with Alicia! Our daughter was a pro at bedtime stalling. Alicia walked us through how to approach different scenarios, and I feel like she really got to know our daughter and find a routine that worked best for her. Alicia also provided us with a behavior consult, which has really helped us navigate some big emotions with our daughter. Would absolutely recommend!
Katie: Alicia was absolutely amazing; our 9 month old is sleeping so much better and seems happier during the day. She was professional, kind, and informative in her delivery of the information; her support and knowledge was spot on and her guidance appreciated.
Amanda: Alicia provided a behavior consultation and write up for my family and me. I was nervous on what to expect because I had never done anything like it before but from the paperwork before to the phone consultation Alicia was so thorough and thoughtful. I could tell her number one priority was helping my family get a plan in place that would help reach us goals we had for our family. She listened, provided great feedback, and I never felt judged or less than. We have been putting our plan in place and have already seen improvements! We are grateful for Alicia’s help.
Alison Robinette: I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Hush Little Birdie. When we first contacted Alicia, we had no idea what to expect from a sleep consultant. Alicia took the time to explain the process to us and talked us through our options, which ultimately allowed us to be 100% comfortable working with her on our desired approach. She was extremely responsive via email and text; having her "on call" to answer our questions during the process was fantastic! Our daughter went from sleeping only while being held to sleeping through the night in about 5 days and we haven't looked back. If your little one is having troubles sleeping I highly recommend working with Alicia - you won't be disappointed!
Lindsay Wuwert Ganues: Alicia is an amazing person to work with. She takes the time to understand your child and their dynamic. My husband and I were referred to Alicia from our Pediatrician and we can't say enough wonderful things about her and her services. Our 2 1/2 year old son who previously woke 3-5 nights out of the week is now excited about bedtime and will go to sleep on his own, instead of an hour or more bedtime routine. We have our evenings back, and a full night's sleep! We highly recommend her to everyone!
Britt Dresser: Alicia was a lifesaver for us as we worked to teach our 5 month old how to sleep longer stretches at night. She was incredibly supportive and taught us so much about infant sleep patterns, giving us the confidence to continue with good practices after our time working with her. We went from wakeups/feedings every 3 hours overnight to getting 9 hours of sound sleep within a week. She also gave us great tools to deal with regressions, travel, and transitions. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
Lauren Wine: We had really great success with Alicia’s sleep plan. I did not think I would ever get to the point where I could just lay my baby down and he would go to sleep but we got there and life has changed so much!!
Corey Palmer: Best money we have ever spent! Alicia was a joy to work with and made the whole process relatively painless. Our daughter was breaking her bad sleeping habits within a few days and has shown consistent signs of improvement over the past few weeks. The only thing I would have done differently is reach out earlier!
Michelle Erickson: Alicia changed our lives in just a few short weeks! Our 5 month old who was once a decent sleeper, started waking several times per night, and at his worst was not sleeping for more than 1 hour at a time all night long.My husband and I tried everything, but with all of the resources out there we could not hone it on what was right for our baby. After over a month of complete sleeplessness we knew we needed help!Enter Alicia, she took the time to learn all about our little one and developed a personalized and very detailed plan. The results were almost immediate and she continued to make adjustments until he was consistently sleeping through the night!Alicia is a true professional and a pleasure to work with!

Capitol Area Pulmonary Associates: what do users think?
Tari Muniz: My experience with the NP was great. She listens and takes my values into account when setting up a care plan. The office staff could be a little friendlier.
Ethel Barkley: My experiences with MD brry gorAbubakar are wonderfulThe staff is proficient , pleasant and make you feel very comfortable . I've feel fortunate to have him as my MD and I highly recommend him
David Line: Rachel, Kristin. Matt, did an excellent job, took time to make sure everything was done right. And dr Aboubakar did good as well . If you ever need a pulmonary place this is the one !!!!!! Spread the word thanks.
Mark Koch: Super friendly staff, appointments were prompt
Brenda Trygier: Amazing doctor and staff!!! I felt so welcomed and cared for.. anyone looking for a pulmonary doctor this is the place to go! Highly rated
Robert Wittig: First time patient, I was pleasantly surprised by the greeting I received from everyone. I also found Capitol Area Pulmonary Associates website very informative. Their web site showed me how to wear the home sleep test kit, as to a very detailed description of the main types of Sleep Apnea.
Paula Slack: Good day. Yes, I am a patient as well as a provider at this office. I recently joined the office as a provided, but have been a patient for over 4 years. I appreciate Dr. Aboubakr and his honesty and directness. He has a caring heart, however, it is knowledge, expertise and consistency that gave me the desire to work for him. I appreciate the fact that the office staff has been a moving target and has been frustrating for me as a patient but as in life change is the only constant. Thank you to Capital Area Pulmonology Associates for treating me and accepting me as a provider.
Dustin Comstock: I was blessed to have Amanda as my tech!Kind hearted, knowledgeable, and very professional. Thanks for caring, Amanda :)
Valerie Johnson: As has been said previously the office staff is lovely and amazing. Unfortunately the doctor couldn't care less. If you have declined in health since you got there you obviously are wrong and so go somewhere else. If you have questions about the treatment go somewhere else. If you haven't improved by the mere presence of Dr. Aboubaker then obviously there is something wrong with you so do whatever you want - he has no guidance for medical care, no suggestions, no advice just go somewhere else if you are not perfectly healthy. At the first visit he does not ask how are you but merely tells you how great he is. As a medical professional I am embarassed by his lack of caring and ego. You would be better off asking the housekeeping staff for advice.
dennis d: I feel very fortunate to be their patient. I have always been treated with respect and I have complete trust in them. My insurance prescription coverage may change yearly and they have engaged in many battles in my behalf. Thank you Capitol Area Pulmonary for all you do for me.
Kayla Aldapa: The office staff and doctor were very helpful and very nice!
Briana Straub: Dr. Aboubakr is an extremely caring and attentive Doctor. He was able to find the diagnosis that so many other Doctors' missed. His knowledge and compassion for what he does makes him an obvious choice when looking for a specialist in his field.
Dawn Lambert: Dr. Aboubakr was very nice and professional. His staff seemed to be nice, but not organized. I have been trying to call and have been unable to get through. I need a prescription and can’t seem to get one. The medical supply company faxed a request for an order multiple times with no results. It’s been a month. When I went to my appointment to see the doctor I asked the staff about my prescription. They stated they would fax it that day. Still no fax and it’s been 2 weeks. I can’t get the supplies I need. When you call and tells you to leave a message, but nothing happens. It is extremely frustrating to try and get things done.
Alka Badhwar: Office staff is rude I would not recommend him to any one the office staff runs the office they decide whom doctor should see or not my husbands test was done in June no one contacted us we called a few times and finally when I went to the office receptionist told me that dr abubaker is not going to see him
Kelly Ohlert: Couldnt tell you how their service is because it's impossible to get any. I've left 4 voicemails over the course of 2 weeks, and have had my doctor follow up as well, and they dont ever call back to schedule an appointment.Gosh it's a good thing an inability to breathe isnt serious or anything.Edit: 4 weeks went by before giving up, and referring to different pulmonologist.
Shirley Robinson: The whole office is awesome! Dr Aboubakr is thorough, explains things great with my mom, and is very pleasant. The technician who did her breathing tests was very patient. The office staff is pleasant and gave both of us appointment cards.
kelli basey: I love the service Dr. Aboubakr and his staff gives my mother they are so nice and they answer any questions we have concerning my mom. They care about my mother's health and he listens to her complaints and does everything humanly possible to make her feel better. I think more doctors should have better bedside manners because they forget their dealing with humans with feelings and just making a patient laugh sometimes is the best medicine they can give.
cheryl moon: Dr.Aboubaker and his staff are the most efficient people that I know in the medical field. They greet you with professionalism, wonderful smiles and laughs.Personally,I like this behavior. It makes you feel that you are the most important person’At the time. Adress issues expendiously. If we werent critical care patients. we wouldn’t be going there .I appreciate everything they possibly can do for me.The staff and Dr. go way out of there way,to make sure all questions are answered and procedures explaineExplained before you leave.I for one, thank DR Aboubaker and every single person that are involved in my care.THANK YOU ALL.Cheryl j moon
Susan McNeilly: Very personable and thorough.
Life with Norman, Daugherty and Shook: How do you tell someone with pulmonary issues, they have to wait two months for an appointment? They did not even call me on my referral. My doctor sent it on a Wednesday and I called them the following Monday, I tried to call on Friday but they closed at 11:30am.
Jim Vandermoere: Very friendly and informed. Great staff.
