I am approved for SER to pay water bill after Covid, I paid my balance that was asked of me, and turned in all documents, I came home today with a orange tag on my door and no warning they shut off water same day as tag placed. When I called WSW they said they never received SER payment, so I asked for 1 day to contact caseworker and get straightened out, I have children here and the MGR Randy refused to help at all. I attempted to contact worker with him on the phone, and he did not care. Knowing that it could take 24-48 hours for worker to respond to message.

Pete was here the next day and explained the damage to the system in detail and understood my concern to replace equipment quickly to ensure water quality. Wolverine crew came out the very next day and installed all new equipment. On top of that, they proactively delivered bags of salt and filled my tank for me.Not only did I get fast, thorough and friendly service (Nick and Alex are absolutely awesome!), I was able to breathe easy that my water was pure and clean.
