Mariam Y: i literally took my dog inside and the cashier lady told me to not bring her in. i was holding her the whole time she didn’t bark or cause a disturbance. she was in my arms the whole time. there was no sign up front to let me know pets weren’t allowed because if there was i wouldn’t have brought her in. and i really didn’t appreciate her attitude and her telling me “not to take out MY dog with me.” mind your business ma’am. you should’ve told me before i walked around the store rather than waiting till the end to give me an attitude.

Smt 22: BEWARE!!!!!!! DIRTY COFFEE CUPS!!!! If I could give this store a zero star, I would. Went in today around 7:55 a.m. and the older blonde lady was refilling coffee cups and dropped about 10-12 coffee cups on the floor. She picked them up, stacked them together and put them out for customers to use!!!!! She also was coughing all over everything she touched!!! I am so disgusted that someone would do this!!!!!

Sheridah Cottingham: I don't know if it's covid and now a lot of people feel as though they can't lose their job because there is a shortage but customer service now is ridiculous. These individuals are so rude and disrespectful. I guess 7-Eleven is just giving contracts to anyone. I go into the 7-Eleven, I purchased two taquitos and a round donut with chocolate frosting. I pay for my items I'm very polite and I say thank you and I walk back to my car. When I get in the car I take out the donut and to my surprise it is stale (hard). I go back in and I tell the cashier name Brian. He proceeds to tell me that I can microwave it. Why he would propose that I microwave a stale donut is beyond me. I then ask for my money back because I had no words. He's prints out the receipt and goes to his phone and FaceTime his manager Miriam. As I'm standing there I'm thinking that well maybe he just is new he looks very young so maybe he just doesn't know how to process a refund. He then says I have a customer here who "claims" that her donut is hard and she said she wants a refund should I give her one? I was taking a back and puzzled as to how someone could be so horrible at their job that they would give such terrible customer service but it doesn't stop there. Miriam ask Brian, what did she buy? He responds, a donut. She then says, what!? She then replies, very snarky snooty tone what does she mean by hard? I've then proceed to say, just what I said it's hard and I would like my money back. She then proceeds to lie and respond we can't give you your money back. I ask why. She goes on to say because we're not allowed. I have lived near the 7-Eleven for numerous years. I have frequent this 7-Eleven for numerous years. About six to 10 years ago they were pretty good at their customer service. I don't know who these new people are but the 7-Eleven is now garbage. They really don't deserve any stars. Whoever owns the franchise, I don't know if Miriam owns the franchise, I don't know if it's a family affair. However, 7-Eleven needs to take the contract away immediately. They are destroying 7-Elevens reputation.

When going back to the store for a refund the store manager wanted to only refund me for the item that I was able to spot the mold on and NOT the transaction as a whole. Now here I am...hoping I dont get sick. Shoo-ed me out of the store and accused me of begging for money. I couldnt care less about the money...it was the DISRESPECT.Never again.

Sue: Rude older Indian lady tries to overcharge even when there is a sign in front of her about the sale. Then tries to charge for creamers for your coffee. And yells in front if other customers she's going to go to your work and hassle you and see how you like it?..when all your doing is trying to pay like ad says and go about your day..giving them your business as a customer.
Kinethia Black: This use to be a good location I could stop at in the mornings on my way to work, but whoever is the boy they hired is horrible. The last 2-3 times I stoped by it’s a total mess. No coffee, donuts in crates on the floor, trash and spills on the floor, and coffee counter a total mess.

Karalynn Kuecken: I was grabbing a coffee for my husband and myself, and went to check out with a bag of ice two coffees. My Husband grabs three extra creamers for the road for the coffee. We are about to purchase and the manager or store associate whoever the heck he was, starts yelling and cussing at My Husband saying he is stealing creamer, but we are buying coffee right so taking 3 to go creamers to add to his coffee in the car, shouldn’t be an issue right? The associate starts pointing his finger in my husband face yelling at him telling us he will call the police. The man was crazy. All that over some to go creamer for the coffee we were about to purchase lol. We left the coffees and ice on the counter and walked out. I’ve never been treated so poorly, it was wild. Sadly I don’t remember the associates name.

Brian Loussia: 11/27/21 I went to 7/11 around 7 pm and got a Buffalo chicken taquito and it tasted funny but I just ignored it because I thought it was old but few hours later around 11 pm I had bad stomach pain and was in the bathroom for 45 minutes wondering why then I remember the taquito was not done cooking and the cashier still gave it to me when I called the 711 at 11:54 pm the phone went straight to voice mail the franchise owner must take some actions if he wants his store to continue making money go to the 7-11 on 14 and Ryan if you wanna get food on the go and not get sick from it

Penny K: Had a uber pickup here. Everything was packaged and what i ordered in the bag. The pizza was actually not terrible. I have had worse from local places. The man working was friendly but working alone, he has to grab the phones, make food, ring people in and everything else that was required of him. The should get more staff for sure but other than that it was great.

Jazz R: I usually come into this location daily to grab a coffee and snacks, either before work or on a lunch break. All of my experiences have been great, except for yesterday (6/1/2021 around 2:45P). The cashier argued me on a price that I would normally pay for my coffee. His demeanor was very unwelcoming and mean. The increase in price was not a big deal to me, it was his terrible customer service. Once again, the customer service that I receive at that location is usually stellar, but yesterdays visit really turned me off of this location.
Serra Angel: The people here operating the registers will not let me put in my rewards phone number, I can't get Reward Points here nor can I cash them in. I even told them oh guess i cant put in my rewards, and he didn't do anything to remedy it.

lucythehuman: Entire store smells like cigarettes. Prevented my mother from making a purchase. The smell was absorbed by any open produce and hot food and should not be consumed. The cashier who was smoking (potentially the manager) also followed my mother outside the store continuing to smoke and put it out next to where she was standing. 100% believe this is a family run location because anyone in charge with any sense of professionalism would not tolerate this in their place of business

Pete Vougiouklakis: I posted this same review one month ago and it was taken down. I will keep posting this same message until owner decides to take action. Once again I visited this location and there where three people inside the store with no masks on. I asked the guy behind the counter if he’s aware that it’s a law that people and children must wear a mask indoor while in public places. His response was,”I can’t tell customers what to do”. His concern is his bottom line and not the health and safety of his customers. Do you mean to tell me the $1.50 that customer just spent is much more important to the owner than the safety of his customers?? This place is garbage and so is the owner!!
Fizzah Hussain: Perfectly fine store. No issues whatsoever. You can tell the manager does their best to keep customers happy. They've been stocked up during COVID with things like sanitizers, masks, and gloves. They even stay open after their temporary closing hours.

Used the bathroom halfway through someone knock on the door and screamed “YO!”so I walked out went to the counter to pay for my stuff and the guy at the register said why didn’t you ask me to go to the bathroom to wash your hands he was freaking out asking if I flush the toilet and all I said was I was washing my hands.. I didn’t know I was ghoing to get interrogated for washing my hands?! EMPLOYEE HAD DARK HAIR AND IT WAS IN A PONY TAIL... NEVER GIVING 711 any of my business again...

nathan stockwell: Not sure what's going on but staff is more interested in talking amongst themselves rather than helping people, when they finally do they're rude, if your having an off day and you have to deal with customers just stay home or get another job that doesn't require you be at least halfway decent in public

Brandon Lowell: Gave the clerk a chance to be an honest man and fulfill the sale he had going on for some donuts. He stared at the sale price debating on whether or not he's gonna try to save that extra dollar. I said it's fine as there was a lady behind me waiting. Sure enough the donuts were expired and dry.
Eric Verbeke: The gentleman behind the counter made my visit great. He greeted me as soon as I came in and seemed to actually care how I was. His attitude and demeanor was friendly and welcoming. Had a quick but engaging conversation while he was ringing me up. The pizza was really good, though I would come back just to feel appreciated and to visit with the employee. Highly recommend 👌!
David D: They open 24/7 and located at a major intersection just a mile south of Beaumont Troy hospital so their coffee and donuts stay fresh. The store is well kept and clean. I came in at 6 am on a Thursday and their coffee was freshly made.

This location "19 and dequindre" has a "Private Bathroom" for employees only. Needs better customer accommodation!! They also sell fake electronic cigarette devices that are illegal and dangerous.

ant man: the staff has always been courteous - the store is clean- lots of hot and cold food choices-good place to get your lottery tickets- they have a hot spot machine so u can check your tickets for winners-losers without needing help or waiting in line.the slurpee machines have way too much air whipped into the slush.- slurpees need 2 b more liquid and less air._but i find that in every 7-11 i go to.- i don't buy slurpees much anymore because of it..lots of cold fountain pop choices and fresh hot coffee with flavor syrups and hot cocoa and cappuccino like machine.there's an atm in the far right corner from entrance.they sell firewood and propane.if u need a insulated travel mug- they have lots of choices from $2-$6_and the 1st fill up is included in the price.if u download their app- every 7th drink (coffee-pop-slurpee-etc) is free.it's right next to the Plumbrook Professional Center- a small, deserted looking plaza. it's off of Plumbrook between Schoenherr and Utica
