Dawn: In theory it's a cool store. Self checkout. Lot's and lot's of options. But I go here at 630 am every morning to meet my son's dad. The cappuccino machine is usually down or spitting out water. LebaneseArabGirl: I started going here because of the non ethanol gas. It isn't even close to my house. I just started going here and the pumps have already been down once and problems with pumps some other times. Plus, I scanned my card on the pump, only to realize that the pump wasn't working yet again. I then switched pumps and had another problem on the next pump. Forty five mins later I received a notification that my card was charged for gas that I never received because of the fact that the pump was not working. I will not be back to this location. The owners should be ashamed of themselves and held accountable. Don't trust these people.

Shebella: Went there today and prepaid $50 on my card. The pump stopped working after putting in $5.00. I went back in they said I'd have to move to another pump and run my card again for the remaining $45. I thought I paid a total of $50, but no, I was charged $45 and the $50 and was told quite rudely I would have to wait for a hold to be released on the $50 transaction. That they couldn't just refund me the money. So my plans for my day were totally thrown off cause I needed that $50! That's very Bad Business!

The place 👉 IS CLEAN AND ORDERLY and have a much better staff. The app, the deals, promotions, layout, restroom, EVERYTHING is great. Just one thing that needs cleaned up 👉 ZACK. Zack is rude, arrogant and the most immature person in Customer Service. Not quite sure who Dr. Pimple popper thinks he's getting rude, surly and short with but he needs to watch his tone and attitude. The entire country is on edge and people are stressed to the max with the day to day uncertainties and don't need him adding more drama to our lives of crisis. It's simple, Zack: show up; punch in; ring up; get check; refill Ritalin script; repeat.

I don’t think she has worked there a real a long time but she is definitely an asset!

Great service, but I have a comment to make on the person after me who posted that review about racism. When I got the patch done on my car it was also 20 dollars and I am a Caucasian person. It was an overall great gas station with great prices.

Eric Harris: Their main mechanic gave me a price on the phone of 15 for a patched tire. After I received the service he jumped the price to 20, Granted it was only 5 dollars he only switch the price in my belief because I was a black man. I caught it immediately because the guy who actually did my tire looked at him and was like it's only a patch! But he repeated himself and said 20.. beware of the sly racism here.

ant man: the staff has always been courteous - the store is clean- lots of hot and cold food choices-good place to get your lottery tickets- they have a hot spot machine so u can check your tickets for winners-losers without needing help or waiting in line.the slurpee machines have way too much air whipped into the slush.- slurpees need 2 b more liquid and less air._but i find that in every 7-11 i go to.- i don't buy slurpees much anymore because of it..lots of cold fountain pop choices and fresh hot coffee with flavor syrups and hot cocoa and cappuccino like machine.there's an atm in the far right corner from entrance.they sell firewood and propane.if u need a insulated travel mug- they have lots of choices from $2-$6_and the 1st fill up is included in the price.if u download their app- every 7th drink (coffee-pop-slurpee-etc) is free.it's right next to the Plumbrook Professional Center- a small, deserted looking plaza. it's off of Plumbrook between Schoenherr and Utica

Ramy Elias: I have been coming to this gas station to wash my cars for 5+years and never had an issue with them until today. I paid $10 for the touchless car wash and when i was done with it I went forward for drying the car and it usually gives you 60 seconds of drying time and mine suddenly stopped at 40 seconds which was terrible cause my car was still super wet. I went inside the gas station to ask what happened and the guy said this issue has been happening to everybody that gets a car wash… if so why not fix the issue before stealing money from people for a car wash. I simply asked the guy to give me another wash so I can dry my car and he refused and said I gotta talk to the Manager in the morning. If the touchless car wash isn’t operating right you guys shouldn’t sell any until you figure it out and fix!!! This is stealing not telling people the car wash doesn’t work drying. That’s almost every reason anyone comes! I will not bring my cars or any of my friends cars to this horrible gas station again.
