Destroyer of Worlds: Come here if you want to wait at the register for 15 minutes without a single worker in sight. I walked out without buying anything because nobody was in there. Make sure you check the date on the snacks, a lot of their stuff is expired. Place really went down since that Arab started working the register. Place is a hangout for the trailer trash that live across the street.

Sheridah Cottingham: I don't know if it's covid and now a lot of people feel as though they can't lose their job because there is a shortage but customer service now is ridiculous. These individuals are so rude and disrespectful. I guess 7-Eleven is just giving contracts to anyone. I go into the 7-Eleven, I purchased two taquitos and a round donut with chocolate frosting. I pay for my items I'm very polite and I say thank you and I walk back to my car. When I get in the car I take out the donut and to my surprise it is stale (hard). I go back in and I tell the cashier name Brian. He proceeds to tell me that I can microwave it. Why he would propose that I microwave a stale donut is beyond me. I then ask for my money back because I had no words. He's prints out the receipt and goes to his phone and FaceTime his manager Miriam. As I'm standing there I'm thinking that well maybe he just is new he looks very young so maybe he just doesn't know how to process a refund. He then says I have a customer here who "claims" that her donut is hard and she said she wants a refund should I give her one? I was taking a back and puzzled as to how someone could be so horrible at their job that they would give such terrible customer service but it doesn't stop there. Miriam ask Brian, what did she buy? He responds, a donut. She then says, what!? She then replies, very snarky snooty tone what does she mean by hard? I've then proceed to say, just what I said it's hard and I would like my money back. She then proceeds to lie and respond we can't give you your money back. I ask why. She goes on to say because we're not allowed. I have lived near the 7-Eleven for numerous years. I have frequent this 7-Eleven for numerous years. About six to 10 years ago they were pretty good at their customer service. I don't know who these new people are but the 7-Eleven is now garbage. They really don't deserve any stars. Whoever owns the franchise, I don't know if Miriam owns the franchise, I don't know if it's a family affair. However, 7-Eleven needs to take the contract away immediately. They are destroying 7-Elevens reputation.

Phillip Whitfield: Frequented this location until an hour ago. I bought and ate 2 items that--under closer inspection--one had MOLD on it...perhaps both. When going back to the store for a refund the store manager wanted to only refund me for the item that I was able to spot the mold on and NOT the transaction as a whole. Now here I am...hoping I dont get sick. Shoo-ed me out of the store and accused me of begging for money. I couldnt care less about the money...it was the DISRESPECT.Never again.

Weekend Jail: Customer service is great-- however management may have a serious issue.Over the the past year or so, despite being 24/7-- this 711 will seemingly randomly close at various hours-- this has happened to me many times over the past year(s) where the store will be closed when it is advertised that they are open.Really sucks to walk to the store, and it's just closed when it should supposedly be open.The workers are all great, but upper management needs to get their stuff together-- I went there today around 10PM while everything shows they are open... and they are just closed (Employee told me they had closed 15 minutes ago). If you are going to close early please list that online.I hope this 7/11 gets better management.

Had a quick but engaging conversation while he was ringing me up. The pizza was really good, though I would come back just to feel appreciated and to visit with the employee. Highly recommend 👌!

David D: They open 24/7 and located at a major intersection just a mile south of Beaumont Troy hospital so their coffee and donuts stay fresh. The store is well kept and clean. I came in at 6 am on a Thursday and their coffee was freshly made.

Josh VanValkenburg: Pretty good assortment of hot snacks (pizza, wings, roller grillers) and plenty to drink. The staff is super friendly, and will remember you. Feels a lot more welcoming than some other party stores in the area.

G F: They have a lot of novelty items here, and semi collectable items as well. I noticed a few cheap quality items, marked up 4 times the amount. However, it's a brick and mortar, and the items were still cheap either way. Staff was really helpful, friendly, and they always seem to be running sales and deals. You should for sure check this place out, if your ever at the lakeside mall for sure!

They really need to hold some sort of meeting with their employees and make sure they are fully explaining the terms and conditions with their rewards program. A cashier asked me if I wanted to sign up for the rewards card. I asked him if it was a credit card, he said no. I asked if it was free to join and free to maintain, he said yes. I said yes and tried to pay for my purchase in cash, he told me it had to be a credit card to activate the rewards. From there I should’ve known what was going on. As I left the store I opened the informational booklet and saw that it was only free for the first month then $11.99 per month billed to a credit card thereafter. I went home and canceled immediately. Please be more transparent and upfront with customers instead of beating around the bush and being deceptive!

MICHAEL MACIEJEWSKI: So a lot of cool toys here I'm a person that's a collector and a dealer and I saw a lot of good stuff here I just don't know if they do mail order or not and when I ask the staff a question about funkle pops they really couldn't answer my question I want to know what the popularity is about them and they really cut and say it's matter of fact I really didn't seem like they wanted to talk to me but these are some of the cool toys I found there

Mr RAGE 22: I'm a movie collector and came here looking for some blu-rays and DVDs. And unfortunately the DVDs that I got were in very bad condition and I soon realized that this store only sells used DVDs& blu-rays and they can't even bother to make sure the disc are in good condition before selling for FULL PRICE even my Blu-ray disc wasn't looking very good but it's nothing compared to the DVD I brought which looked horrible. Even the box was somewhat damaged. I guess everything else is ok they have cool little toys and action figures headphones and electronics and even gift cards but if your coming here to buy disc. DVD or Blu-ray I wouldn't recommend it especially since the disc are only pre owned:(

Ava Morgan: The store overall had a wonderful selection of items and snacks. I would consider shopping here again. However my only issue is that the staff wasn’t exactly the nicest. The cashier who rung up my items was a bit rude, and didn’t seem to enjoy working there. It really puts a dull aspect on the shopping experience and completely kills the vibe of the store. I would recommend shopping here for cool anime and Sanrio items, but the staff attitude’s make me hesitant to return.
