Jeff Lewis: The quality of their product has gone down tremendously, their management leaves a lot to be desired, most carriers do a great job, newspaper carriers at that is. But the carriers get the short end of the stick all the time, customer sometimes could be a little bit more understanding to the platter with the carriers have to go through most carriers have to drive 3040 miles to get to the Sterling Heights location to pick up papers and then they have to go back to their routes, and of course people can say well get an earlier start leave earlier wake up early don't do this don't do that, but most of the carriers Who deliver they have lives too and sometimes in the trucks are late in the papers are late customers need to be a little bit more understanding. The $5 service error for a 15 cent paper is ridiculous, meaning if a carrier only makes $0.15 per paper and a paper gets wet, blows off the porch, is somewhere where the customer don't see it because they don't look, or by some chance the customer wants an extra paper and say they didn't get it, the newspaper agency charges carriers $5 as a service error that's the real problem.
