Maria Sauls: I placed an order today at 11:44 am for cobblestone. The rocks were in my driveway at 12:17 pm. The person that helped me on the phone was very nice as well as the driver that dropped off.

Norm Shomo: Called up and explained I came up a little short on slag sand for a job I’m on, asked if I could stop by and fill a few 5 gal pails. Pulled up and yard man/owner asks me what I need, I tell him and he says we don’t sell it like that? Woulda paid $20-30 for literally 20 shovel fulls. Told him I’ll go get my job trailer and they can load it with their loader, he says ok. Great way to treat your contractors!!!! I’ll drive an extra 10-20 minutes and spend my money at your competitors every time.
Cynthia Crouse: Very welcoming when we went in. Their prices were very reasonable for purchase and delivery. Amazing customer service from start to beginning. The driver was extremely nice. The best part was we ordered 3 yards of rocks and had it 2 hours later. The boss at the front desk was really accommodating and really nice. Thanks for the great service!

Midwest Caliber: Would give a lower rating, but I can't. Ordered a good amount of topsoil delivered. Paid ahead. Was told they could do it by the person I paid with. Was never delivered and nobody contacted me. I requested to be the latest possible delivery on Saturday cause the job was Sunday morning. I thought 36 hours was plenty of time to move 6 yards of material 3 miles. Paid for something that was never done. Disputing the charge.

Nahel Eshaq: The worst experience I've had. I had their service about over a year ago but was too busy to add a review. First, they messed up my order when I had already paid for shipping. So I called the office, the person there said I should go to their office and replace the order. When I told him that it was not my fault and that the order was very heavy, he kept refusing. Then when I mentioned that I am spending thousands of dollars on their product, he said it was just a drop in the bucket for them.Besides the owner that was pretty nice, almost everyone there was quite rude.Secondly, they charge 20% restocking fees in case you over order something and want to return it.

Brian C: This review is for propane refill. People were very nice and courteous. And no waiting so I'd recommend this place over Uhaul ONLY if you're filling empty tank.Uhaul charged me for amount of propane that went in the tank. This place charges flat fee ($18 something for 20lbs tank) for each size tank regardless of it's empty or not. So if your tank is about half full and want to top off for a trip or party, I wouldn't recommend this place. But this is their policy which I wasn't aware of so I wouldn't deduct a star for that.Overall experience was excellent.
Michael Kraut: This place rocks! Literally and figuratively. They have everything we need to run a successful landscaping and snow removal business.

People there have been great talking with, my customers had nothing but compliments on the delivery driver the prices are fabulous and the product is unbelievably outstanding!! Best mulch I've ever worked with. Great job guys!!!! It's nice to know there is a company around that provides a great product at an affordable price for the small business community.
