Kayla/ Anthony: A customer called explaining they were building a garden box and needed soil. Yes. He wanted it on the less expensive end, as most people do. Rather than educating the customer on the products, he was sold unscreened topsoil which is a HORRIBLE option for a garden box.That can be somewhat overlooked. HOWEVER, the quality of the topsoil was atrocious. The amount of twigs, giant clumps of rock hard clay, shredded plastic, and broken glass was inexcusable. Will never use or refer this company again

olivia Tsafantakis: I would give this company a zero if I could.. We purchased topsoil about a month ago and it's absolutely horrible. There are so many weeds it's unbelievable. The weeds have choked out the grass from growing. We had additional topsoil delivered from Rocks and Roots and that dirt is clearly better. There is a clear line dividing the two dirts. Do not purchase topsoil from this company, you'll have no grass and be pulling weeds forever.

Raj: Have new sod installed today, sod quality is great and installation was super fast, however we aren’t happy with their response and overall service. We called their office and we tried to discuss concerns or report issues, unfortunately there is no one would like to hear customer request/concerns, person who reached out to me on phone mentioned that he is owner of the company, he given just two options in an impolite manner, whether let their people finish their job or pull them out of the work and charge me for amount of time they spent, but neither he ask nor listen what my concern is. When I ask for quality check on the work they are doing at customer place, their assumption is that their people do their job well and their won’t be any problem.

Tami Vlad: About 3weeks ago I requested an in person quote to have my front yard sod removed and replaced. A week later found a blank envelope with a quote in it. This was the 7th. Reviewed it and it was wrong; called the company, discussed the quote explaining that the they quoted part of my neighbors yard not to mention just dropped it off in the mail box and didn’t bother talking to us (I work from home). I then asked for the person to come back out and redo the quote, that me and my husband wanted to walk thru the yard with him, that we were still interested. (Basically give them a chance to make the correction). The woman on the phone ultimately refused to have him come out in person to requote. Instead she said he will just update the paperwork via email. I called the 9th asking if they were going to fix the paperwork, she abruptly said it’ll get done this week. This was a over week ago and still no corrected quote.Absolutely terrible customer service from within the office and field employees who write up the quotes. Complete disregard for the potential customer and quality control. I mean honestly if I didn’t catch the error on the quote and scheduled for them to come out, they would’ve tore up part of my neighbors yard. I do not recommend.
