Maria Sauls: I placed an order today at 11:44 am for cobblestone. The rocks were in my driveway at 12:17 pm. The person that helped me on the phone was very nice as well as the driver that dropped off.

Norm Shomo: Called up and explained I came up a little short on slag sand for a job I’m on, asked if I could stop by and fill a few 5 gal pails. Pulled up and yard man/owner asks me what I need, I tell him and he says we don’t sell it like that? Woulda paid $20-30 for literally 20 shovel fulls. Told him I’ll go get my job trailer and they can load it with their loader, he says ok. Great way to treat your contractors!!!! I’ll drive an extra 10-20 minutes and spend my money at your competitors every time.
Cynthia Crouse: Very welcoming when we went in. Their prices were very reasonable for purchase and delivery. Amazing customer service from start to beginning. The driver was extremely nice. The best part was we ordered 3 yards of rocks and had it 2 hours later. The boss at the front desk was really accommodating and really nice. Thanks for the great service!

Midwest Caliber: Would give a lower rating, but I can't. Ordered a good amount of topsoil delivered. Paid ahead. Was told they could do it by the person I paid with. Was never delivered and nobody contacted me. I requested to be the latest possible delivery on Saturday cause the job was Sunday morning. I thought 36 hours was plenty of time to move 6 yards of material 3 miles. Paid for something that was never done. Disputing the charge.

Nahel Eshaq: The worst experience I've had. I had their service about over a year ago but was too busy to add a review. First, they messed up my order when I had already paid for shipping. So I called the office, the person there said I should go to their office and replace the order. When I told him that it was not my fault and that the order was very heavy, he kept refusing. Then when I mentioned that I am spending thousands of dollars on their product, he said it was just a drop in the bucket for them.Besides the owner that was pretty nice, almost everyone there was quite rude.Secondly, they charge 20% restocking fees in case you over order something and want to return it.

Mike Naughton: Abbott and Costello at the counter here are great, they always know what parts I need even when I don’t. Always helpful, never a long wait and 99/100 times they have what I need in stock. If you need irrigation or lighting parts/tools stop in.

Called Rainbird from SiteOne parking lot & Rainbird was concerned their failed Rainbird. Rainbird is hadelibg my issue directly.

The guy on the phone was helpful.Sadly, I found the employees working inside this store to be neither helpful, friendly or knowledgeable.Also, the store has a terrible sewage odor permeating from the restroom & dirty mop buckets, etc. are all over the place.

Etienne Reabow: Absolutely recommend this place over other sprinkler stores in the area. Staff & products are way better. Whether you're a home owner or contractor they have what you need to install or repair any sprinkler system. Yes they sell STA-Rite pumps.

Claude Greiner: Tried to give this place some business, but since I am not an irrigation contractor the branch manager quoted me over $200 for a 3/4 inch vacuum breaker.The same item at a competitor down the street was $72.I get it I’m not a landscaper or Irrigation contractor, and you don’t want to give me wholesale pricing. Don’t mind paying a few dollars more, but don’t expect me to pay 3 times the price.I buy sprinkler parts on a regular basis from Home Depot and Lowe’s. I was hoping to find a place where they had everything I was looking to purchase in stock and at a decent price.Home Depot and Lowe’s have good prices, but their selection stinks. That’s why I tried to take my business here.Unfortunately I had to take my business elsewhere.
