Brand Blouse-Moore: When the actual Jenuwine family owned this place it could get fun, but ever since the new incompetent & rude owners took over it’s lame. The place has poor ventilation. Their cigar selection isn’t as good. They’ve got some pompous bar tender that tried telling me a Rob Roy is just a Manhattan. They are different cocktails! Nothing but grumpy old men hanging out in there. Great business plan alienating Millennials b/c when you’re Boomer go…nobody will be in there.

Second & 3rd attempt- we called to make sure they're open- no one answered the phone. Final attempt, we decided to just show up on a Saturday evening- This time the doors were open, but they said they're closed for a private event. Their business hours are either made up as they go or something is wrong here. Waste of time.

Mr RAGE 22: I don't smoke but it's actually a really relaxing place there's plenty of comfortable chairs to sit on and even recliners and two tvs and the cigar room is cool too I wish I took some pictures because it's actually pretty nice but anyway if you like cigars or even just want a place to relax check this place out

Would love to more of the history and I will definitely go back next time I'm in town. If I didn't mention the bartender,she was wonderful.

Even though I've been smoking hookah for about 20 years, I was still a member of the amateur Micky Mouse club when it came to learning how to smoke the best hookah. My objective was to generate the most flavorful clouds possible. This would not have been achievable if I hadn't run into Jaffar and his team at Hookah's R Us. The Mamay Custom Stainless-Steel Russian made Hookah, designed with a Dragon glazed bowl and LOTUS III heat management device, is the best hookah I have ever smoked. You get what you pay for, and money was well spent for the resulting smoke I have attained with it. Once again, I want to thank Jaffar and everyone else who helps to make Hookah's R Us the ultimate one-stop shop for all things hookah. Now I can claim with confidence that I'm smoking with the big boys.

Newaz Rahman: Bought a hookah from Starbuzz on 17mile/Ryan in May, which has a twist lock for the stem. Used it only once since purchase. Went to use it for the second time in July, and the locking collar literally came off clean from the glass bowl, just as I went to pick it up. Upon inspection, it was the glue that secures the collar to the bowl which had failed (no cracks). I called the store immediately on. And the store employee told me to bring it in, so I drove to the store immediately. Only for him to tell me he can’t do anything about it and that only the store owner is authorized to deal with such matters. I called the owner, she said bring to it in on Tuesday. I couldn’t come Tuesday but I called everyday since then for a week and I kept getting told, “the owner is not in”. What kind of owner runs a business without an employee authorized to deal with problems such as this?! Clearly this is a questionable business practice to intentionally avoid doing any refunds/exchanges… Anyway, I managed to get hold of the owner yesterday (07/08), after inspecting it she told me there is nothing they can do as they no longer stock this item and it’s been almost 3 months since I purchased it. Frankly, I think this is awful customer service, especially considering I called almost everyday to see if the owner was available for a measly $40 hookah. Only for the owner to turn around and pretty much say, “sorry this isn’t Costco or Sam’s club, you’re SOL, go and buy glue from Home Depot and repair it”, which I thought was an unethical response. Owner should take some classes in learning the meaning of actual customer service is. They could have atleast repaired it for me, but they clearly didn’t want to do that either. Nobody is going to be richer or poorer from replacing a $40 hookah. But rather it’s a customer you potentially gain for life from the service you provide. Disgusting experience from this dishonest and unethical business. From now on, I will actively tell people to avoid this place.
