They literally have everything you can think of. Jadden Kirchoff: Very poor experience.Have purchased over $150 worth of products from this store. I recently purchased two eleaf batteries. On the first day of using it both batteries worked great. On the third day however one of them stopped working. The battery no longer would turn on. The only time the battery would work is while being charged. Then after another day it no longer worked while being charged. I planned on taking it back just to exchange it for either another e leaf or a cheaper battery with no refund. I live in east Lansing and bought it while visiting my family in the area so I planned on trying to get a replacement or another battery in exchange for this battery when I was able to come back down as I had spent over $60 on batteries alone. However the woman who was helping me was incredibly rude and asked why I hadn’t called and told me nothing could be done. Furthermore as I was standing there another man with an eleaf battery was having some issues. The rude woman then blamed the man for his battery not working even though he had just bought it that day and came back on the same day and still refused to do anything. The woman then proceeded to tell me the same thing, nothing could be done. I understand store policies about exchanges but if you are repeatedly selling faulty products and refusing to replace them and then blaming the customer is not okay. I’m honestly starting to think they are selling counterfeit eleaf that unsafe with the amount of problems the eleafs have and refusing to accept them. I do not recommend going to this smoke shop. Shop anywhere else unless you want a faulty product with no chance for any type of reimbursement.

Never have product in stock, Copenhagen mint pouches and if I try to buy something else it's expired and dried out and unfortunately when you buy some tobacco products it's coded and not dated, so you don't look know what you are getting until you open it. Best suggestion is to keep on driving and find some other location to buy your tobacco products. Almost $7 for dried up can of Grizzly chewing tobacco 🤬

Tori Score: I went in to this location to buy a case of bubblegum vapes for myself and was asked to leave by the 2 young very immature girls working there because my 18 year old daughter was with me...Called and asked to speak to the manager and was laughed at and clearly they thought this was humorous...we saw our neighbor as we walked in and they also refused to sell him anything and asked him to leave bcus he knew my daughter also...when I went back today to speak to a manager I was told that they had every right to refuse me because they said I acted suspicious...then was told that my daughter who is 18 has no business vaping....only being 18.....so I will never return to this location...I have never been treated so poorly.. the vapes were for me

As I was about to purchase the correct battery my wife spotted a hot pink one that she liked better we ask the owner if that was also the same size as the one I was purchasing because it was $20 more expensive of course he said that it would fit. When we got it home it wasn't even close so I turned around and went back up and she told my wife to get out of his store he doesn't do refunds she didn't ask for a refund she just asked for the battery that was cheaper and a difference in the cash to be given a store credit once again he told her to get out of his store. Luckily I didn't go in when she went back in for the return from the way he talked to her and the amount of anger in her when she returned to the vehicle probably would have got me a trip to Sterling Heights jail
