Victor Borelli: My wife and I went in to buy a new battery for her vaporizer. As I was about to purchase the correct battery my wife spotted a hot pink one that she liked better we ask the owner if that was also the same size as the one I was purchasing because it was $20 more expensive of course he said that it would fit. When we got it home it wasn't even close so I turned around and went back up and she told my wife to get out of his store he doesn't do refunds she didn't ask for a refund she just asked for the battery that was cheaper and a difference in the cash to be given a store credit once again he told her to get out of his store. Luckily I didn't go in when she went back in for the return from the way he talked to her and the amount of anger in her when she returned to the vehicle probably would have got me a trip to Sterling Heights jail

BB8 Eight: Nice store and it could be an honest mistake but lately there's been a lot of bait and switch pricing. They overcharged me $5 and $10 on two different days recently. Keep an eye on their pricing.
V Patel: very neat and clean store. The environment is absolutely different in a very good way from other stores and brings in positive vibes. Very sweet employees also, they are always engaging in conversations and willing to help out. I definitely recommend going to this smoke shop because it offers a wide variety of items to chose from and sells good quality items. Good prices compared to other stores too for sure.

Malak: This spot has been my go to spot for all my smoking needs for awhile now! Always treated with respect and get my questions answered about all the different products they have. They literally have everything you can think of. Valentina is so nice to talk to she tells you about their deals they got going on and actually helps you find a product that works best for you instead of just trying to sell you whatever. Definitely would recommend this spot to my friends and family!

Jadden Kirchoff: Very poor experience.Have purchased over $150 worth of products from this store. I recently purchased two eleaf batteries. On the first day of using it both batteries worked great. On the third day however one of them stopped working. The battery no longer would turn on. The only time the battery would work is while being charged. Then after another day it no longer worked while being charged. I planned on taking it back just to exchange it for either another e leaf or a cheaper battery with no refund. I live in east Lansing and bought it while visiting my family in the area so I planned on trying to get a replacement or another battery in exchange for this battery when I was able to come back down as I had spent over $60 on batteries alone. However the woman who was helping me was incredibly rude and asked why I hadn’t called and told me nothing could be done. Furthermore as I was standing there another man with an eleaf battery was having some issues. The rude woman then blamed the man for his battery not working even though he had just bought it that day and came back on the same day and still refused to do anything. The woman then proceeded to tell me the same thing, nothing could be done. I understand store policies about exchanges but if you are repeatedly selling faulty products and refusing to replace them and then blaming the customer is not okay. I’m honestly starting to think they are selling counterfeit eleaf that unsafe with the amount of problems the eleafs have and refusing to accept them. I do not recommend going to this smoke shop. Shop anywhere else unless you want a faulty product with no chance for any type of reimbursement.

I'm not sure if this is how you run things but whoever runs this store should know their employee just dipped out

Brand Blouse-Moore: When the actual Jenuwine family owned this place it could get fun, but ever since the new incompetent & rude owners took over it’s lame. The place has poor ventilation. Their cigar selection isn’t as good. They’ve got some pompous bar tender that tried telling me a Rob Roy is just a Manhattan. They are different cocktails! Nothing but grumpy old men hanging out in there. Great business plan alienating Millennials b/c when you’re Boomer go…nobody will be in there.

Their business hours are either made up as they go or something is wrong here. Waste of time.
Mr RAGE 22: I don't smoke but it's actually a really relaxing place there's plenty of comfortable chairs to sit on and even recliners and two tvs and the cigar room is cool too I wish I took some pictures because it's actually pretty nice but anyway if you like cigars or even just want a place to relax check this place out
