Mike Walsh: That did a good job on the door, however it took 8-9 weeks to have it fully installed. After we order the door it took four weeks for the door to come in and then another week for them to come out install it, which is what they said it would take. When they came to install the door was cut wrong they said it was a manufactures fault, so they said they would have it remade and expedited and would be in, in 1 week. 2 1/2 weeks later no response from fortune so we called to get an update and they said that the door was delivered to another dealer. It would take over a week for them to get it into their store finally three days after it was arrived at their store they came and installed it. Happy with the installation just very unsatisfied with the customer service and time frame.

Very fast and efficient with removal of old unit. Cleaned, restored, and prepped mounting surface for new installation. The finished installation was excellent, just beautiful. They cleaned up the area and gave some maintenance instruction. Would not hesitate to give the highest recommendation to Fortune Shower Door to anyone wanting shower doors.
