I didn't realize the drain kit was missing until they got ready to install the tub. Shame on me for not having everything they needed to install. Anyway, after calling several stores in the area, no one had it until I got to Vic Bonds. Even though they were closing soon, the nice young man ask me where I was coming from and told me to come on. They will be open at least 5-10 after closing. I arrived after closing and they welcome me in there store and provided me the service as if I was their first customer of the day. They didn't rush me like there were ready to go home. KUDOS to you Vic Bonds!!

Bill Hopkins: I rarely do reviews unless the experience is unbelievably bad or good. Unfortunately this one is the bad. I'm not a plumber, just a DIYer. I went in with a faulty shower diverter valve that had a handle stuck on it. Its from an old 3 handle shower valve that I don't know any history on. I do know enough though that there are tons of kinds/brands/sizes of valves. I went to the counter and said I just need help with the diverter because it leaks. The guy without looking at it just quickly says "is it Gerber, all we have is Gerber". I don't know which is one of the reasons I was taking in to a plumbing "specialty" store. I say "how would I tell?". He says, "you need to take the stem out." I say "ok, I took the screw out of the handle, is it just stuck or am I missing something." He says "I dont' know I'm not a plumber". Wow, ok, thanks for the help, neither am I. I thought this was a specialty store with guys who have seen tons of plumbing parts weekly come through their doors and at least can maybe have a suggestion or heck, even LOOK at the valve and give an opinion. Luckily there was another plumbing supply store further up Groesbeck on 15 mile. The guy there dug right in and got the handle off and then sold me a new valve and tools to reinstall. Do yourself a favor and go there instead. Super friendly unlike this place.

Cloud meter was preset, no configuration needed, just plug-and-play.Once setup, I logged in to the website and entered the kWh costs based on time of day (this info is printed on your electric bill). System generates detailed monthly reports based on actual time of usage.Highly recommended!
