They're strictly my own experiences.Pros and cons.For the price with groupon and a coupon it was good (approx 35$) but there are definitely better places to go.Pros- its conveniently located off GarfieldCon- it's in a small complex and not very advertised or visible. The sign says kashmere. only the window says be-you-tiful.(but I believe they recently moved because groupon gave a completely different location when I purchased, so this may be a work in progress)Con- I scheduled a very convenient appt for my busy schedule and when I arrived it said closed (I arrived early in case there was new client paperwork) I waited 30min before I called to see if they were gonna open, that's when i was informed I hadn't been properly filled into the books (but already paid my babysitter)Pro- they offered me a complimentary mini facial for the issue, shows responsiblity.Pro- the staff was super friendly and the decor was nice and relaxing.Con- most places I have been to give you a private quiet room, this was not. The room has a folding closet like door and I could hear 2 ppl conversing the whole time. Most places when u have a mask on they give you like a hand massage or something so you're not there just wasting paid time. My beautician put my mask on and walked out of the room came back 10min later n faintly smelled of McDonalds. Did not wash her hands upon returning. I've never been to a place where they repetitively leave the room during ur services as u dont usually open your eyes and that leaves u a little uneasy with your belongings in the room. Be-you-tiful also doesn't do an eye treatments during the facial (even a slice of cucumber would make a world of difference). Also most places explain step by step what they're doing and adding (but i didn't mind them not doing this as I'm not a talker during relaxing services) I will update this review one time after I use my complimentary service.This was not a bad experience, just different from what im used to.I see an update was given stating my lack of services were because I used a Groupon. But that's now how Groupon works and of this happens to you, you can submit a refund through Groupon. You can buy a Groupon 1-2x a year for the same place. This is so you can experience a place without paying full price. But enjoy full services. That way you can find your go-to place to be loyal to. It's not to receive a mini version. Unless they state it's a mini version. I did not use my complimentary mini facial as the response made it seem less then professional and won't waste my time.

Caused me to flinch and completely took off half the brow. Lady said it was my fault. Would not recommend if you're not comfortable with threading.

Rose Shamoon: Ash is not just an esthetician, she is an artist. I have unfortunately had my eyebrows butchered by many salons over the past years. Upon my first appointment, Ash spotted the flaws before I even sat on her chair (literally). I was so glad to have finally found someone who knows what she is doing! She has a meticulous eye for detail and knows how the structure of the face is supposed to match the eyebrows (like an artist). She is very dedicated to her work and puts 100% into what she does. Highly recommend this place for "brow rehab", even if it's pricy (you get what you pay for). Reavy is also incredibly kind and makes every visit a blast! I will not go anywhere else for my eyebrows and will wait as many painstaking years as I have to, for them to grow out with Ash's help.

I had to pay a head of time because supposedly they had to open specially for this on Sunday, but when I got there ON TIME she was working on someone else and she delayed me 25 minutes for the wedding and I was late to the wedding, so she hurried up and she took very short time to do what I asked her to do, and did such a disgusting job on the makeup, I looked horrible. Julie Patterson: I got highlights and a haircut in March and it was $75. I returned and got highlights and a hair trim and as I'm paying, she says the price has gone up due to Covid and its $110. So basically I paid $35 more for her to half wear a 25 cent mask. She should have told me up front that they were going to charge that much more instead of just springing it on me after my hair was done. Bad business and I won't be going back.

Skylar Cherwalk: I booked a hair cut here, upon arriving I was greeted by my stylist who didn’t even offer her name so I have no idea who she is to warn potential customers. She took one look at my hair and told me how damaged it was and I agreed because my hair has been through a lot. She washed my hair then sat me down to give me a cut. The WHOLE entire time she cut my hair she was telling me how damaged my hair was and other rude comments about my hair(mind you this was 30 minutes of rude remarks)like I said I understood that, but really do you have to say it more than once?? i don’t believe she had any harmful intent with these comments but it came off very rude and not helpful at all. I can only hope she wouldn’t say these comments to someone struggling with medical disorders and or body image issues. After saying about every rude comment about my damaged hair she didn’t even give me a good haircut. I’m not writing this review with bad intent I am just trying to warn future clientele that one of the stylists has a lot to say about “damaged” hair and it could be potentially hurtful for someone.

Amie Dozier: I just wanted to give a special and amazing review to the ladies and Alexandra-Vincent-Esthetics in Sterling Heights. Tone does the most fabulous job on my semi-permanent lashes. Over the weekend, I received sooooo many compliments. Not only were my lashes beautiful, setting up the appointment was painless. In most salons, you are lucky to get appointment when needed, however there is never any issues, in addition.. I received a text notification and reminder which made it easy to add to my calendar. The appointment even started at the exact appointment time, so I was able to get in, and get out without any stressful waiting. If you want to look and feel beautiful, go to Alexandra-Vincent-Esthetics in Sterling Heights they got you!

And she said "take off your clothes". So I took off all my clothes in front her (i don't think she even cares). no prep, no explanation. I Also the room was so dirty and wax itself was very hot. I told her several times wax is too hot but she didn't listen until the last min and she was very annoyed by that. She kept saying "I can't do this because you kept closing." (she totally ignored what I said about wax!!) now I have redness and soreness (thanks for that). also wax itself was very painful... she is very rude. This was the WORST experience ever and I would not go back again.i bought this though groupon and I definitely regret. i am going back to the place I used to go. (very nice people and clean place, just more expensive. but it's worthy..!) Before you buy this through groupon, read through the review at groupon (esp about this person..!!!) ******everything madie ray (person who left review about bernett a yr ago) is ABSOULTELY TRUE******** absolutely horrible horrible experience!!!

This was my first time at this location but not my first time getting a wax. It was so uncomfortable compared to other places I have been. The area was so congested and not clean that I felt like I was at a doctors office, but even worse. The lady literally stood in the room with me while I undressed.I only went in for a promotion they were running. But, I will never come back to this place.

Unquestionably the best threader I have ever had!I have always been very pleased with my experience. I will not go to anyone else. Raji is definitely my go-to for threading! There’s never a stray hair left behind!The only negative I had was that she was there alone. This has been the case every time I go there but she never complains. She has handle walk-in clients, the phone ringing off the hook and explaining that she has to call clients on the phone back when she is done with her client in the salon. But once she starts my service, she stays focused and lets the other distractions go.
