Upon my first appointment, Ash spotted the flaws before I even sat on her chair (literally). I was so glad to have finally found someone who knows what she is doing! She has a meticulous eye for detail and knows how the structure of the face is supposed to match the eyebrows (like an artist). She is very dedicated to her work and puts 100% into what she does. Highly recommend this place for "brow rehab", even if it's pricy (you get what you pay for). Reavy is also incredibly kind and makes every visit a blast! Nish Cina: I usually like lovely eyebrows especially in the past when I first started in about 2013 they used to always have at least 4 really good ladies giving speedy service and great work over the past few years they always have a wait and due to covid I understand things take time to adjust. But at this point.......I had an appointment for 10 a.m. this morning for lovely they open at 10 a.m. when I got there it was only one young lady working lovely is nowhere in sight and it's about 10 women in the lobby and three of us all saying that we had appointments for 10 with lovely yes she is nowhere in sight they don't try to offer any type of understanding for overbooking or wait times up to 40 minutes and we are talking only for eyebrows. I'm not going to lie when you can get to lovely her work is great however good luck trying to get an appointment with her or surviving the wait long enough because there is never any good stylist anymore or is usually only one so all the people in the lobby waiting or waiting for a lovely because they don't trust anybody with their eyebrows I'm over it this is ridiculous and especially when I started it was only $8 now is 12 which isn't bad inflation however for the service being received you would think it was lovely training school for eyebrows

Monika Koleci: One year ago I left a five star review and today I’m leaving this business a one star review. Today I walked in without an appointment and I was there first one there. No one else was waiting and only one girl inside getting a wax. When the employee came out she asked me what I needed done. I said eyebrows and bikini wax. She instantly sat me down and did my eyebrows. As she was doing my eyebrows a lot of customers walked in. After she finished my eyebrows she told me to sit and wait and she would do my bikini later so I did so without questioning her. She took 5 additional customers, all who walked in after me, first to do their eyebrows. (All of these customers were walk ins and none had appointments). It took me over one hour of waiting for other customers who came in after me to get my bikini wax. To make matters worse once I was in the room to get my wax the employee had the audacity to say “sorry it’s really busy on Saturdays.” At that point, I had to say something and told her how unprofessional it was for her to take me last when I came first and make me wait over an hour for people who came after I did. I told her when Sharada was the owner things were not run like this. After this she did feel bad and actually apologized for taking me last. The only positive remark I have from todays experience is my eyebrows. She actually did a good job threading them. Other than that, today was my last day at OneTouch brows. It’s unfortunate because I loved this business and it use to be a great place under the previous owner.Five Star Review from one year ago for reference:I absolutely love getting my eyebrows done by Sharada. My coworker told me about her five years ago and I have been seeing her since then. She does such a wonderful job and she explains exactly what she’s doing and why. She doesn’t over pluck and my eyebrows have become much fuller because of her technique. I drive 30 minutes to see her and it’s well worth it. Also, the business itself is beautiful and clean. Shady Mercury: After a very disappointing experience with a salon in the Grosse Pointe area (where I live), I searched for a place where diversity was apart of the business model, & I found The Brow Bottega. After my first appointment with Janee, I knew I'd found my new home for all my eyebrow needs. Janee is truly fantastic at what she does. Her energy is excellent, she is kind, affirming, & empathetic. She maintains a positive, calming atmosphere in her shop, & she enforces covid safety rules. Due to a recent health issue & major surgery, my eyebrows had begun to thin out & basically disappear. I didn't know to do, so I reached out to Janee, & she not only responded to me, but her expert advice helped me to get my eyebrows back to a much fuller state. & Janee was able to get them back the way I like, which made me feel better about looking in the mirror. I will never go anywhere else for my eyebrows. Janee is truly the best & I HIGHLY recommend her. Her shop is truly a safe space for people in the LGBTQ community!

Telayne Keith: A true professional, Jenee helped me find the parking lot since it was my first time and stayed on the line until I was settled. We instantly hit it off and she began her service. Her hand was so gentle and I have a moderate pain tolerance. It was over before I knew it. Her studios was clean and cozy. She asked how I like my brows to be shaped which seems small, but I can’t remember the ladies at the mall kiosks ever asking me that. She got me in and out in less than 15 minutes.I’ll be back soon!

Gio B: If you want your brows to look amazing, this is the place to go. I had been going somewhere cheaper, but the first time I came she turned them around.Covid safety measures enforced, spacing between appts, and I saw a whole tray of sanitizing products. I felt very at ease during my entire appt.I even had the issue where it double-charged me and the owner refunded the second payment without me having to ask/call, and then called me to let me know about the error and that she had returned the 2nd payment. Such an honest/ amazing eyebrow tech. Will make this my new regular spot.

They are always booked solid and can barely ever take walk-ins! So I guess I shouldn't leave a great review so it doesn't take me so long to get an appt! Lmao!

ShMom (ShMomma): Whatever they are doing , the brows grow back literally a week later. I gave them 2 chances already- since maybe it was a personal hair issue . But nope . Have had brows done elsewhere for years and they take at least 3-4 weeks to grow back. Very disappointing and way too pricey !!!! Would give less stars if I could .
