Michelle Habib: The first time I came here I did a facial and felt incredible (with Tia). During the hand treatment she massaged my shoulders and neck and explained what she was doing, introduced herself and was very kind. Today I went in and unfortunately I did a facial, wax and pedicure. She didn’t even say who she was (I found out when I was leaving). She left me in the facial room for a long time with nothing being done (waiting for the mask to dry I guess) I just felt so uncomfortable. The wax was ok but it wasn’t as clean as mine usually are. And the pedicure was done using a couch and a large bowl (no professional pedicure area). I wanted to enjoy it more than I actually did. I would like to add however, the receptionist at the front was incredibly kind and sweet!

Rachel Gross: Not very accommodating, rude on the phone. I'm not on the client list bc I haven't been there before. I called to make an appointment and a lady answered the phone very rudly and snapped at me and said there were no available appointments, which is understandable but it's not understandable to be very rude to someone who's trying to get services with your business.

Mariyan Orow: This spa is really nice and I was recommended by a few people to come here so I booked an appt for a facial today before my birthday next week to pamper myself. I was a few minutes late because I couldn’t find the building (about 5 minutes) and the first thing the lady said to me was that she would have to cut my facial short because I was late. I told her that I understand and was late because I had to find the building and she just told me to fill out the paperwork and come on back with her. The facial was fine but she just felt unwelcoming and the whole facial felt very rushed. She didn’t introduce me to her so I didn’t know her name until I checked out and during the facial everything felt like it was rushed and just done too fast. I felt very unwelcome and during my service and couldn’t relax. I don’t think I will be coming back here in the future honestly.

L F: BEWARE of false advertising on gift cards. Clearly printed on my gift card, it says "1 Hour Full Body Massage." Today, I went there, and they told me I owe an additional $10. Apparently, it is their corporate policy to charge you more for a massage if they increase their prices between the time you purchase a gift card and when you use it. I called corporate headquarters and mentioned this is false advertising. They told me it wasn't and then hung up on me. This place is WAY overpriced, and you can get a higher quality massage from elsewhere. I will be contacting the Michigan Better Business Bureau and the local news problem solvers to get my $10 back. Massage Green is not a reputable place. I suggest you go elsewhere.Also, I called to get a massage and asked the receptionist to recommend someone who didn't go to school at Irene's. She said she had no way of telling that, and I should book a massage and ask the therapist myself. So I told her if she went to Irene's, I would have to cancel, and her response was she would have to charge for the full massage. I told her that wasn't going to work for me, so she said her manager would call me. It's been 4 days now, and I haven't heard anything back.

The front when you walk in is very calming, open, smells amazing and is very inviting.The sauna definitely exceeded my expectations. The massage was great as well.The only downside is the walls are thin, so I could hear everything. Vacuuming, conversations, lawn mowing, the train.But everything else is great. Recommend you check this location out.

Also they charged 4% for using a debit card and didn't mention up front there was an upcharge I didn't notice it when I signed my receipt, so that's on me. However, I think not mentioning it to the customer is deceitful.

They're strictly my own experiences.Pros and cons.For the price with groupon and a coupon it was good (approx 35$) but there are definitely better places to go.Pros- its conveniently located off GarfieldCon- it's in a small complex and not very advertised or visible. The sign says kashmere. only the window says be-you-tiful.(but I believe they recently moved because groupon gave a completely different location when I purchased, so this may be a work in progress)Con- I scheduled a very convenient appt for my busy schedule and when I arrived it said closed (I arrived early in case there was new client paperwork) I waited 30min before I called to see if they were gonna open, that's when i was informed I hadn't been properly filled into the books (but already paid my babysitter)Pro- they offered me a complimentary mini facial for the issue, shows responsiblity.Pro- the staff was super friendly and the decor was nice and relaxing.Con- most places I have been to give you a private quiet room, this was not. The room has a folding closet like door and I could hear 2 ppl conversing the whole time. Most places when u have a mask on they give you like a hand massage or something so you're not there just wasting paid time. My beautician put my mask on and walked out of the room came back 10min later n faintly smelled of McDonalds. Did not wash her hands upon returning. I've never been to a place where they repetitively leave the room during ur services as u dont usually open your eyes and that leaves u a little uneasy with your belongings in the room. Be-you-tiful also doesn't do an eye treatments during the facial (even a slice of cucumber would make a world of difference). Also most places explain step by step what they're doing and adding (but i didn't mind them not doing this as I'm not a talker during relaxing services) I will update this review one time after I use my complimentary service.This was not a bad experience, just different from what im used to.I see an update was given stating my lack of services were because I used a Groupon. But that's now how Groupon works and of this happens to you, you can submit a refund through Groupon. You can buy a Groupon 1-2x a year for the same place. This is so you can experience a place without paying full price. But enjoy full services. That way you can find your go-to place to be loyal to. It's not to receive a mini version. Unless they state it's a mini version. I did not use my complimentary mini facial as the response made it seem less then professional and won't waste my time.

Julia Hildreth: I enjoyed my float, I thought it was a very relaxing experience. My boyfriend liked his float too! He did think his water was a bit cold and we both wish the music was switched up throughout, it felt a bit repetitive in tone. I also was informed at the end of the float that if you know someone you can use their promo code for 20$ Off each float, but wasn’t informed at the beginning when he asked how I heard about it and I gave him two names? And since I had already paid I didn’t get to use either of the peoples codes who referred me. So I am disappointed by that.

Heather Horner: This was purchased for me as a gift from my daughter for Christmas. Honestly, it was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I walked in you could feel the peace. Today was my first time floating and I didn't think I could quiet my mind to relax but I did. (It was so quiet I fell asleep only to annoy myself by snoring.) After my short nap, I was able to really relax again and I felt like I could lay like that forever. I deal with a lot of neck and shoulder pain daily and it was nice to be able to let that go. I'm definitely going to be back. Today I was lead by the still waters and I truly feel restored.

Kala May: This experience was really great. I did a 1 hour float. The time did go by super fast but I feel relaxed and energized :) Will be returning! They have many different services as well.

Suzz: I had been curious about floating for a long time but never knew anyone that did it. Finally, I decided to just go ahead and book it. I bought a package before I left I enjoyed it so much!I have been sharing my experience with people and one thing I keep mentioning is I liked this better than a massage. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good massage, but I can never fully relax. I’m in a room with a person I don’t know, and they are touching me. Even when I get manicures and pedicures, or adjustments at the chiropractor, I am always told to relax my muscles and I can’t. In the float, I literally felt my whole body release. I was finally able to relax my muscles and then during the float I could relax!!! About 20 min in, I had adjusted my body a certain way and I felt everything align and relax. It was great!Staff was helpful and very thorough on explaining everything to me. The facility was clean and very nice.In the bath there are 2 buttons to control the music and lights. I thought for sure I wouldn’t be able to go into full sensory deprivation, but shortly after I started floating, I gave it a shot and it was great! I didn’t feel closed in or anything.The bundles can be shared, so what I have on my account, my husband can use.

Elyse Croce: I had my first float this morning. I accidentally made my appointment for another day and showed up this morning, but they accommodated me with no problem. The place is beautiful. I believe the owner built it himself. The tank was lovely and spacious. I especially loved the twinkle lights. The rain fall shower was glorious. I’d go just for that alone 🤣 The whole experience felt very spa like and I thoroughly enjoyed my float. I felt relief from my muscle pain and left very relaxed. I went using a gift card, and I will 100% be returning!

So relaxing and peaceful 🛀😍 my muscles were so relaxed that a couple times I was startled from my muscles twitching making my body jerk like I was falling.The owner was very kind and gave a tour of his establishment. He explained what to do before getting into the tub (which has so much Epson salt in it you will float without any effort. The water holds you 🤗). I loved this experience and purchased more floats so I will be going back very soon!

Ron Ben: First time float experience and will be returning. The staff was professional and welcoming. The owner gave a tour of the facility, float spaces include everything you need to prep for your session: a shower, shampoo, body wash, ear plugs, towels and etc. During the float you have the option of keeping the lights on or have your pod completely dark. There is music playing and you have the option to continue or mute during your session. For me it took a few minutes for my body to adjust and I chose to have lights out with the music. It felt like floating on clouds or in middle of the Dead sea. After the session there's complimentary tea in the lounge to relax more before departure. If you're looking to relax for an hour or two this is the place and highly recommend. There's also Yoga classes and a infrared sauna to check out. Thank you for a positive experience!
