James Bruin: Horrible experience with this company. Purchased the P5 Split King Mattress with the adjustable base and caused discomfort and pain for my wife and I. For such an expensive mattress it didn't feel much different than me $100 air mattress we use for camping.We called Sleep Number customer support for a solution and they said they would 2nd day air mattress toppers to see if they helped. Well they don't and they did not arrive for 5+ weeks (so much for second day air). The adjustable base is not refundable and Sleep Number says that it fits other mattresses, but it does not. The non Sleep Number mattress overhangs the width of the base at least 2 inches. Now we are stuck with a more than $2000 base that doesn't work and they are still charging us a $250 return fee. WORST company to work with and horrible customer service.AVOID DOING BUSINESS AT ALL COST

Very down to earth, easy to talk to, and ZERO PRESSURE to try to get me beyond my budget. Gary Clark: I can't say enough good things about my experience with Mattress King. All aspects have been incredible. We worked with Mark as our salesman, he was easy going and not pushy at all. He guided us through selecting a mattress that works for both my wife and I. We even had a lot of fun while trying out all the different mattresses. We ended up purchasing an adjustable frame to go with our new mattress and look forward to the added benefits of this frame. The delivery guys were awesome as well. They took great care bringing in the frame and mattress, they took time to diagnose and fix a small issue of some crossed wires that came in from the manufacturer incorrectly. They cleaned up all of their mess and took my old mattress out to the curb for me. They even offered to carry my old frame to the basement for me. From start to finish, this purchase experience has been incredible! A big thanks to Mattress King, Mark and the delivery guys for providing such a great experience.

I remembered I was dealing with Devon the store manager over the phone for my first purchase so I went in to see what he can do so we can get a replacement. Devon was the best man for the job, we picked out the new mattress, paid the difference and we’re told a delivery date to pick up the old one and place the new one - all in under 20 minutes!!! Lubna Kareem: Bought a couch set in February didn’t move in til after Easter basically middle of April and here I am more than a month later trying to have them replace a damaged couch that I received. Is there a reason why the couch would came in with scratched that were patched with off white paint on it ? For a couch thats that much I didn’t expect it to be shipped in a poor condition and another scratch that I saw later insurance didn’t even wanted to fix. That’s a side of the cable that didn’t work and I had to get a generic cable that’s so short doesn’t even reach the wall plug. Couple weeks after use the motor broke and we are waiting on replacement. Mind you when the service guy finally came decided to drill more screws in the couch to fix it that didn’t help ended up ripping the inside lining of the couch. You guys need to inspect your product before shipping it to the customer who is paying for it and let your delivery people be aware that if the product arrive in such a bad shape to take it back regardless of how “heavy” to them seems and “hate to take it back”Very very bad customer service very very disappointed and I wish that I can have you guys take that back but what I know is that I would definitely never ever shop there again but like one of your customer service person say one customer will not put you out of business

Becky Radloff: My husband and I went to the Ethan Allen store in Sterling Heights to look for some new living room furniture because we were remodeling our home. Katelyn was the designer that helped us. She came to our home, got an idea of the style that we liked, took measurements and pictures, and put together a whole design idea. We went back a couple weeks later for our follow-up consultation to see what she came up with. We ended up buying everything in her design (with the exception of some artwork for the wall). She did an amazing job! I highly recommend working with her. Ethan Allen provides this consultation free of charge, which makes it even better! We are very pleased with the quality and construction of everything we purchased.

Then coming out to my house and showing me fabric for reupholsteing my dinning room chairs and decorating suggestions.Everyone Loves my rooms! I couldn't have done it with out her patience and most of all her expertise. Rick Billington: Ordered in March after the 72 he no refund period, after which we all were locked down from Covid19. They first called during lock Stay at Home wanted to deliver. First off they weren't supposed to. They continued to call, and we don't want them in our home. We asked for refund, and they said no. I would not get involved with this company. All greed, no compassion. We will loose a couple grand, and I will see if I can cost them 10 times that in lost revenue... Buyer beware

Aaron Grauert: The tackiest furniture I have ever seen! There was a very nice big gross looking stain on the carpet right when you walk in. Not sure who in their right mind would buy furniture from here. To each their own I guess. The lady was rather nice, resulting in the 2 star rating.

She was not willing to sell furniture & she was in a hurry to get rid of me & not allowing to see or feel the furniture.. she kept on saying everything is recording in camera & owner will get angry if we touch or feel the furniture. I wanted to take a picture of the sofa to show it to my husband & she said it’s not allowed owner gets angry. I wish I can give zero star. Please don’t go there.

Indecisive: Me and my friend were going in to look at furniture for his grandma's bday and she also cant walk, and she was being really rude and nasty to us and ended up calling the cops after he took a picture of her because she took a picture of him and pushed him out of the store. I don't recommend coming here or letting your kids/teenagers come here
Rosemary Shamoon: Went to their location in Rochester and I had the worst experience. All the bed sets I bought were broken after 1 month. The bed set she delivered to my house did not look like the one in the magazine and she refused to return it even though it wasn’t a finished piece of furniture and there were broken pieces. I would give them 0 starts if I could. WORST PLACE EVER. Save your money and go elsewhere. Rip off. They are now on hall road. stay away!!!

The salesman was very helpful, signed me up and delivered the next day. The two men who brought my table were also very nice, set my table up and gave me instructions. It's a beautiful, strong, well made piece of furniture. I strongly advise anyone to go into this store and at least inquire about what your looking for. I never did, thought they would be way to expensive. They are not!

Rob Stewart: Ordered a new master bedroom suite in June of 2022 (5 pieces) and it was delivered in January 2023, well ahead of the expected date. The furniture is really outstanding, can't say enough about the quality. The delivery charge was reasonable given the furniture traveled from Michigan to Florida and the delivery itself was a greats experience. Very pleased with the entire transaction from beginning to end. I would most definitely buy from Amish Direct again!!
