Rob Stewart: Ordered a new master bedroom suite in June of 2022 (5 pieces) and it was delivered in January 2023, well ahead of the expected date. The furniture is really outstanding, can't say enough about the quality. The delivery charge was reasonable given the furniture traveled from Michigan to Florida and the delivery itself was a greats experience. Very pleased with the entire transaction from beginning to end. I would most definitely buy from Amish Direct again!!

I had looked at one other shop before I stumbled across Amish Direct on a trip to Bed, Bath & Beyond (I'm new to the eastside). I couldn't be happier with the set I picked out. It is part of their "Quick Ship" program. Even though I ordered it a couple weeks before the Christmas holiday, it was delivered to me in just over (4) weeks! The quality is excellent. The delivery people however were not. They left the two chairs unwrapped and in the rain, refused to remove the old chairs (already paid for this) and brought wrong/broken chairs. Upon refusal of delivery they were rude and unprofessional. They also refused to bring the old chairs in.

Becky Radloff: My husband and I went to the Ethan Allen store in Sterling Heights to look for some new living room furniture because we were remodeling our home. Katelyn was the designer that helped us. She came to our home, got an idea of the style that we liked, took measurements and pictures, and put together a whole design idea. We went back a couple weeks later for our follow-up consultation to see what she came up with. We ended up buying everything in her design (with the exception of some artwork for the wall). She did an amazing job! I highly recommend working with her. Ethan Allen provides this consultation free of charge, which makes it even better! We are very pleased with the quality and construction of everything we purchased.

Rick Billington: Ordered in March after the 72 he no refund period, after which we all were locked down from Covid19. They first called during lock Stay at Home wanted to deliver. First off they weren't supposed to. They continued to call, and we don't want them in our home. We asked for refund, and they said no. I would not get involved with this company. All greed, no compassion. We will loose a couple grand, and I will see if I can cost them 10 times that in lost revenue... Buyer beware

J S: Let me start by saying this is the best Rent-A-Center! The process is really easy and helps individuals who can’t or don’t want to put down a huge lump sum on an item be able to afford nice things. I’d suggest if you do decide to go through here to READ your contact ASK the questions you need to ask so that you UNDERSTAND what the process is. The staff does explain exactly what’s gonna happen. Some of the reviews I read on here are people just not educating themselves on what the process is or they don’t care enough to pay attention. The staff can and will answer your questions. I will be back!

Vicki Selva: I rented a recliner short term. The ad said $24. Per week. No one indicated that there was a minimum rental period, nothing on the contract either. I paid $108. Up front, I understood as a deposit. Everything was fine then, but, the chair ended up being very uncomfortable, so after 2 weeks I called to have them pick it up. When I asked about them returning my $50, that's when they told me there was a one month minimum and they were keeping the money. Not sure how I could have seen that coming, so I have no advice, but, try to understand ALL of their policies before renting here. They ruined my experience over $50.

Went in today to look at queen size mattresses and seen they had none on display. We asked about the beds and were told that they do not display them anymore they keep them in the back. I was then asked what kind of mattress I was looking for so I replied the kind that's comfortable and that I can lay on. I was then told that I could go to the back and feel them. Honestly who buys a mattress without laying on it first to see if its comfortable? I can't tell if I like it by touching it. Anyway rent-a-center I did get the exact same bed you offer from art van pure sleep less than an hour later. It was a little more money but at least I got to try it out first. I will not be returning any more.

Alexandra Morgan: I am only giving them 2 stars because of the first transaction I had with this company was great. The second time was a disaster. I order a bedroom set that was suppose to be delivered on 1/24/19. The order didn’t get put in due to a death in one of the worker families. Which is a situation that no one could predict. What I am upset about is the fact I called the store 4 times between 12-4pm and they lied about the delivery being made that day. The worker told me that the bedroom set was on it’s way that day multiple times. The worker couldn’t comprehend that I wasn’t upset about the initial order not being set out. I was upset I was being lied to and five hours of my time was wasted. The employee I spoke to was extremely rude and needs more training. I have called to leave complaints for both the general manager and store manager. It’s sad that it has been a week and no one has contacted me. It’s shows how much they care about their customer and their company. If the hired ups can’t handle customer complaints in a timely fashion, it’s no wonder they have workers working for them that act like they don’t care about the company. It sets a example that this is okay. Upside after have to sleep on the floor because the old bed was tossed and five hours of my life wasted they did deliver my bed.
