Marla Daniels: Clean, quiet store with nice staff. Just the right size for what they sell.
Steve Paridee: Stopped in to make some copies. Was in and out which was great. There was nobody at the copy machines. There was only to staff members working at the time so there wasn't any interaction with them, other than when I sat down to try a new desk chair, the one representative did come over right away.. they always carry a wide variety of office supplies and other supplements that might be needed. Full line of printing services are availableOnly complaint that I did have. Had to use the restroom. Not to give out my business but the restroom was disgusting. Filthy. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks or months. The sign on the door stated it was last checked on the 9th. The floor needed mopping, trash taken out as it was overflowing, urinals needed to be cleaned as they were dirty. It's a attention to small details that count and this is one of them. As it corollates to how the rest of the store is ran as a whole.Plenty of parking, handicap parking and entrance, restrooms. Hours varyThey accept cash, credit cards, debit cards. One can setup business accounts (ask to speak with a store manager for details)

My husband cheated on me in the local gas station, so I moved to a different house and needed an office set-up. Logan helped me big time with his wonderful experience. I was very upset too because of the divorce, but I felt very happy knowing genuine people like him exist and care. I mentioned to him how upset I am due to the divorce and he enlightened me by saying "on a rainy day, Office Depot washes the pain away". It warms my heart. I wish my ex husband was as wonderful as him, anyways, thank you so much!

D Lee: I can not adequately express how incredible and service-forward this company is. Their products are priced better than fairly, though remain of the highest quality. Most importantly, and unfortunately increasingly rare in today's world, they are 100% committed to ensuring your needs are met and expectations exceeded; before, during, and after the sale. In particular, co-owner and co-founder Johnny Ginnetti's word is his bond, and that word is rock solid. Of note, I'm certain that my particular sales needs were miniscule compared to other business that they conduct, but I was nonetheless treated like I was putting in a multimillion dollar order with them. What other company does that?! I've met more than my share of duds and flakes in the service industry, and I'm only sorry that I didn't find Efficient Office Solutions earlier.UPDATE March 2023: The pneumatic piston in my chair started to fail and the seat kept occasionally sinking. I called Johnny and without a second of hesitation he said the piston would be replaced and things made right. As they didn't have any in the warehouse, they ordered it expeditiously and my chair was back to perfect functioning order in no time. How much did the repair cost, you ask? Absolutely nothing. I'm telling you people, this kind of customer service and insistence on satisfaction is exceedingly rare in today's world. If you need office furniture and want to be treated like royalty, look no further.

Josh Stros: Great company to work with for used office furniture. In late 2020 I had purchased a used Steelcase desk setup for my home office. About 2.5 years later I had a minor issue with the desk, I contacted Johnny who promptly offered up multiple solutions to make it right. Contact was excellent, issue was resolved quickly and way beyond what I expected.I would definitely use again in the future for any office furniture needs along with recommend them to anyone in the market whether it be an individual or company looking to outfit a space. Josh Baumer: I love my new chair but I definitely had some issues. One, I had to be on top of the rep to deliver the chair in the week timeline promised. It was only after I paid in full that the rep tried to add an additional week to the timeline. Two, the left arm did not adjust when I got home. Through some Googling I found how to take the chair somewhat apart and fix the left arm rest. Three, the areas that were repainted we not painted very well. All stuff I could fix on my own just a little disappointed that I had to do all that. I really wanted to give this 5 stars.

Santa Claus: Placed an order for a desk online. 4 Days later called to see what was going on because I never received a reply. I was told my request was never received. I decided to place the order over the phone I told the man I would be using my Trade First account to complete the purchase he told me the price would be different then advertised. I expected there would be a difference but the price was double. Needing the desk quickly I agreed to the cost. Paul told me the desk would be ordered and delivered that coming friday, well friday came and went. I had to call and ask what was going on and every time I did I was given an excuse and told the next day. I did that 3 times until over a week late the desk was on the way. Two men showed up to deliver and set up the desk. One of the men smelled so bad the other office staff could not even stand to be in the same office as it was set up. The entire experience was unreal. I would not recommend this company.
