Rob Stewart: Ordered a new master bedroom suite in June of 2022 (5 pieces) and it was delivered in January 2023, well ahead of the expected date. The furniture is really outstanding, can't say enough about the quality. The delivery charge was reasonable given the furniture traveled from Michigan to Florida and the delivery itself was a greats experience. Very pleased with the entire transaction from beginning to end. I would most definitely buy from Amish Direct again!!

I had looked at one other shop before I stumbled across Amish Direct on a trip to Bed, Bath & Beyond (I'm new to the eastside). I couldn't be happier with the set I picked out. It is part of their "Quick Ship" program. Even though I ordered it a couple weeks before the Christmas holiday, it was delivered to me in just over (4) weeks! The quality is excellent. She was not willing to sell furniture & she was in a hurry to get rid of me & not allowing to see or feel the furniture.. she kept on saying everything is recording in camera & owner will get angry if we touch or feel the furniture. I wanted to take a picture of the sofa to show it to my husband & she said it’s not allowed owner gets angry. I wish I can give zero star. Please don’t go there.

The bed set she delivered to my house did not look like the one in the magazine and she refused to return it even though it wasn’t a finished piece of furniture and there were broken pieces. I would give them 0 starts if I could. WORST PLACE EVER. Save your money and go elsewhere. Rip off. They are now on hall road. stay away!!!

Scott Sheats: Ordered furniture for our entire home, came in 4 different deliveries. All furniture is top notch. First 3 deliveries were very professional. Last delivery the guys came in smelling of pot, dragged a dresser across freshly painted walls. Went to store to talk with owner, she threw the delivery policy in our face saying they were not responsible. For the amount of business we gave them I expect better. Not even an apolgy.

Sweet and Sassy Treasures: I bought the most beautiful console, custom made to 75” according to my specifications. I chose door style, hardware, stain colors, everything. I searched for months looking for a tv console that was solid wood at any price point and I found nothing until I walked into the Amish Furniture Collection. Everyone was so helpful and kind and my piece came in a few weeks early. I still had to wait over 20 weeks but it was so worth it. It’s the first thing everyone notices in my room.

The delivery people however were not. They left the two chairs unwrapped and in the rain, refused to remove the old chairs (already paid for this) and brought wrong/broken chairs. Upon refusal of delivery they were rude and unprofessional. They also refused to bring the old chairs in.

Katelyn was the designer that helped us. She came to our home, got an idea of the style that we liked, took measurements and pictures, and put together a whole design idea. We went back a couple weeks later for our follow-up consultation to see what she came up with. We ended up buying everything in her design (with the exception of some artwork for the wall). She did an amazing job! I highly recommend working with her. Ethan Allen provides this consultation free of charge, which makes it even better! We are very pleased with the quality and construction of everything we purchased.

First off they weren't supposed to. They continued to call, and we don't want them in our home. We asked for refund, and they said no. I would not get involved with this company. He moved furniture around for us to see different chair choices with different couches, and best of all we didn’t feel pressured to buy and we weren’t stalked by crazy sales pitch people as we were freely looking around either. I feel like I have made a new friend! I got to know about him which made my furniture buying experience much more fun. What an impressive young person! He went above and beyond to answer all our questions. He was very personable and professional and very down to earth all at the same time. I had great quality and quick service not to mention. Can’t wait for our delivery to arrive, and thank goodness that it’s not gunna take like 6 months like other places.I highly recommend Alonzo Jones at Bejnars fine furniture. 10 stars hands down!

Susan B: Bejnars has always been recommended to me by family members that know the family from back in Hamtramck. My immediate and extended family have shopped here for years. I purchased a full living room set here a few years back and found the woman I worked with to be extremely helpful. I believe her name may have been Leanne and she was working as a designer. Their pricing was quite competitive and great customer service at the time. I went there twice in the last 4 months for some additional pieces I wanted to purchase. First was for an ottoman. Customer service was not great. 2-3 people were chatting but no one even acknowledged me for quite some time. When I was finally helped, the woman was very distracted and not paying much attention to what I was even saying. Priced out a King Hickory ottoman and it was much higher than Hampton House just up the road so I made my purchase there. The second visit was to get a price on a home office set from Magnussen. Benjars is the only local store to carry this brand, otherwise I would have went to Hampton House. I had an idea on pricing as I was browsing online and had a made a few calls to authorized dealers for the brand that were not local to get an idea of pricing. I was slightly taken aback when I saw the pricing I was quoted compared to the other quotes I received. I decided to go with Home Living Furniture out of New Jersey. Even with the $399 delivery fee the total cost was $3k vs $4.5k I was quoted by Bejnars. I called back and gave the sales associate an opportunity to sharpen her pencil and provide a more reasonable price but she was not interested in my business. I much prefer to support local businesses, but not at a 50% mark up premium. I won’t be making a 3rd trip here. I’m not sure what’s changed, but the store is just not what it used to be. I used to recommend this store store to people but cannot do that anymore based on my recent visits. I would also advise doing your market research on pricing for whatever you buy.

P Huck: Sales staff extremely nice. And helpful. The problem I have is with the King Hickory leather recliners I purchased 10/1/2018. I also purchased the Guardsman insurance on the chairs. Do not purchase waste of money.First thing is the chairs I thought were made in USA are made in China. Look to make sure your tags say made in USA. Now the quality of product. One chair leather is worn by dog walking by. Second chair seating pad rip and also ripped cushion. Put claim in with Guardsman and was not covered because of manufacturer defect and do not cover body oil. I was told to resubmit my claim which I did and waiting to get turned down again.

My husband and I came in with three workers talking among themselves and not one person greeted us or asked us if we needed help the whole time we were there. It wasn't until we were a few feet away from all the employees did one come from the back and tell us someone would be with us in a minute. We were there for an extra 15 minutes and no one bothered.The furniture is lovely, though pricey, but it felt like we were dismissed upon coming in because we are younger than their average clientele. Either way, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Sharon Heikka: The majority of the furniture in my home is from Bejnar's Fine Furniture because I have found it to stand the test of time. There is something to be said for durable solid furniture verses the cheaper stuff, especially when you have kids!! I love that it is a family locally-owned business and their attention to and appreciation of their customers is evident. The sales staff give great ideas in not only functionality of the furniture but also the fabrics and colors. They have an in-house interior designer that I didn't personally have come to my home but she gave her suggestions on fabric and color patterns while I was there and that is huge to me since I am design challenged!! They have hundreds and hundreds of fabrics to choose from and a variety of furniture styles. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Charles Filar: Wonderful experience with Bejnars. Recently purchased a leather couch and love seat. When the furniture was delivered to Bejnars from the manufacturer it was obvious that the leather color was much lighter than the swatch we had picked out. Also, the manufacturer had added nail heads when Bejnars' order sheet clearly stated that there were to be none. Bejnars immediately worked with the manufacturer to build new furniture for us, an in addition, delivered the other set to our house in the meantime so that we could use it for the holidays since we had already gotten rid of our previous furniture. Kathleen was lovely to deal with. Highly recommended!

bkbroiler13: Julie did a fantastic job refinishing our oak cabinets! They really do look like brand new cabinets and it’s the one thing in our whole home remodel/update that everyone compliments the most. If you have old looking outdated cabinets that are still in good condition, don’t waste your money on new cabinets! Julie will make them look brand new! She’s also very professional, quick, and extremely pleasant to work with! Thanks Julie!
